Gorgeous house & stunning view!

Our group has been renting homes in TX and OK for twenty plus years for a New Years Eve trip. This house is one of the very best. The host was so responsive and helpful. The view is stunning and house is just gorgeous. Plenty of room and activities for our group. We always cook and the kitchen had it all!! Great memories made here!! We have only rented the same home once or twice and not lately— between our 4 families we travel a lot —this house is so worth another stay!! Thank you to our wonderful host!

Laketime was fabulous!

Laketime is a beautiful, very well appointed home that is fully stocked with all the essentials! The decor is wonderful too! Gorgeous sunsets are visible from the back porch and pool. The 4 kids the time of their lives between the pool annd fishing on the dock. The owner is so very nice, and readily available when we had questions. We could not have been happier with the property and the setting. Thanks, Brooke!

Nice house with an amazing view and amenities!

Our group enjoyed the deck, views, outdoor tv and seating, pool table, shuffleboard, watching deer, lots of fridge space and comfy common areas and beds! Great space.

Best Stay at PK!

Wow. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and had an absolute blast. This place has absolutely everything for the kids (and adults) to have fun. There is a TON of room both inside and out. The rooms were all very well appointed and the views from the living room at sunset cannot be appreciated until seen in person. We didn't have a single issue. Brooke is the best host and we plan on making this an annual event!

Our new favorite place at PK

There’s a good reason for all the 5 star reviews. This place is well stocked, beds amazingly comfortable, property is loved and cared for. They even upgraded the rope swing while we were there, even though the last one was just fine! And owner’s responses were always immediate. Also, this is the best part of the lake. Period. Quiet cove, and once out of the cove you’re at hells gate and the beautiful cliffs of pk.

Perfect Lake Getaway

The Vrbo owner saved our family trip! Our original vacation house sustained damage in a recent hailstorm and had to cancel the night before. We were so lucky to find a window of availability at PK Lake Time. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our reservation request with less than 24 hrs notice. The house was perfect for our family of 10 (ages 12 through 76). We had a great time playing games, watching movies and preparing meals in the great open family space. We also grilled, hot tubbed, star gazed and played all the garage games. This was our first vacation at PK so we rented a boat at Bluff Creek Marina and toured the lake. It was cold but we highly recommend so that you can see the beautiful lake and houses. We wish we had more time and plan to come back again in the future. Thanks so much!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway Spot

Had a fabulous weekend with friends and family. The place is spacious, cozy, clean and the owners have included very thoughtful touches. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. AMAZING PROPERTY

Everything about this property was amazing! The house was beautiful inside and out with a stunning view. We rented this house with two other families from our baseball team since we were playing at rocker B ranch. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and all the open space. The games in the garage were an added benefit for everyone as it kept us all busy. The house was simply beautiful and very well maintained. Even with the number of people we had, we all had our own space and plenty of it! The hot tub was perfect since it was a bit chilly while we were there. The beds were very comfy and the lines were great! I don't think there's anything the host didn't think of for our travels. The host was very nice and quick with communication! We would love to stay here again during the warmer season to take advantage of the lake location and use the boat dock connected to the property. Definitely a 10/10 property worth every penny!!

15 yr old Daughter Bday party

Daughter and friends had a blast. Swimming from the dock. Kayaking and the ease of taking them out on our boat to tube. Along with the game room/garage the girls were constantly entertained. Adults enjoyed the scenery and the peacefulness of the quiet mornings and evenings on the patio. Also enjoyed the night fishing from the dock.

We started renting out our home and it has become our passion. We now work here, stay here, and play here. My husband DeWayne and myself sell real estate here, manage homes around PK and are the owners of Smart Realty and Smart Vacation Rentals. We love Possum Kingdom and we hope you will love it just as much as we do!

We love spending time with our kids. When we aren't at the lake we are generally at the softball fields or another kids activity. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We have a large extended family so we built this house specifically for larger groups in mind. We always want to go on trips where the adults and children can both have a blast. We are on the water and we have made the dock a really fun area for everyone. There are kayaks and paddle boards, rope swings and also loungers for relaxing. We also made the garage an area for having fun too. We have shuffleboard, darts, corn-hole and a pool table. We have a large front yard where we love to play softball, flag football and other outdoor activities. There is something for everyone here!

I think what makes this house unique is all of the outdoor living space. We have 1500 square feet of covered patio. This area has a hot tub, a large picnic table, an outdoor living area and a full outdoor kitchen. We also have a large two-tiered dock. We love the outdoors and we put a lot of time into designing the perfect area for everyone.
