3BR, 2 Bad Luxus Condominium End Unit im Palms in Rehoboth Beach - in der Nähe von allem

Direkt an der Route 1 und 3 Meilen zum Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Innenstadt und den Stränden.

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von den Outlets, mehreren Restaurants wie Cracker Barrel und dem Park and Ride entfernt. Sie können einen Tag am Pool genießen, auf unserer abgeschirmten Veranda oder am Strand entspannen.

Komfortabel für 8 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder.

Schlafzimmer Layout:
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer zusätzlichen Doppelmatratze unter dem Bett für die Kleinen. Es hat auch einen Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und einen intelligenten Flachbildfernseher sowie einen DVD-Player.
Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten mit zusätzlicher Matratze unter einem der Betten. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Deckenventilator für Ihren Komfort.

Bei Bedarf haben wir auch zwei ausrollbare Doppelbetten.
Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Master-Bad hat eine große Dusche. Beide Badezimmer haben Handtücher und Handseife mit einer Vorspeise Toilettenpapier.

Das Wohnzimmer ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen mit einer Couch, einem Liebessitz und einem Drehstuhl. Die Ottomane öffnet sich mit zusätzlichen Decken. Auch mit Deckenventilator und einem Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player. Perfekt für eine regnerische Nacht, um Brett- und Kartenspiele zu spielen, die für Sie bestimmt sind. Vorausgesetzt, es ist auch ein Mini-Maisloch-Set vorhanden. Bitte bringen Sie DVDs Ihrer Wahl mit.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Koch-, Back- und Essutensilien. Toaster, Mixer, Mixer und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Der Küchentisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen mit einer Bar mit Gegenhöhe für weitere 3 Personen.
In der Veranda abgeschirmt hat auch ein Tisch und 4 Stühle für Ihren Genuss.
Außerhalb Veranda hat einen kleinen Tisch und 4 Stühle.
Ein Strandkarren erleichtert Ihnen den Ausflug ans Ufer.
Ebenfalls enthalten sind 4 Liegestühle und ein 7 Fuß Sonnenschirm.
Neu gekauft ist auch ein 38-Liter-Kühler mit Griff und Rädern. Vergessen Sie nicht Ihre Strandtücher und Sonnencreme

Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, so dass Sie einige Stufen hinaufgehen müssen.

Beautiful condo!

Our stay here was great! The condo was very clean and roomy for all 6 of us. The pool was nice and was not crowded, ever! It was a short drive to the beach with lots of shopping and activities nearby. Our view was not great but again, everything else was perfect.

Spacious condo convenient to all Rehoboth activities!

Had a wonderful weekend staying at your condo in The Palms. Your condo is nicely decorated, very clean and very convenient to all of Rehoboth's activites - beach, golf, dining, outlets... The rooms are large - we had 8 in our group and there was plenty of space and beds. We're looking forward to staying here again.

Decent stay

The carpets, dishes and “show linen” are definitely showing their age. They have an ant problem that was not disclosed and the unit had some cleaning discrepancies when checking in (dirty pots and pans, used beer can and cigarette butts). The stay was good, everything worked and good location. In the future I would consider renting from an adjacent property but not this one.

Great location but noisy

The house itself was very nice, close to the beach but the noise from the bedroom at night was awful you can hear everyone driving down the highway. We also had an issue all week with ants being all throughout the kitchen, the mangers did bring ant traps and sprays but it didn’t keep them away. Other than those two issues, this place is very nice and decorated and close to shopping and the beach!

Mom and Daughter Getaway

Perfect location for a Mom and Daughter getaway. We had 5 Moms and 5 Daughters and we never once felt cramped! The weather was gorgeous and the pool cooled us off after the beach and at night! We had one small issue with the fridge but they fixed it within the hour! I would highly recommend this location or any rentals Marcia and Mike have! FIVE STARS all the way!

Better than described!

Location is a drive to beach, 20 minutes in traffic or 20 minutes on a bike path if you have a back pack. Condo looks better than pictures! Flooring in living area is LVP. Furniture is older pattern but so comfortable, condo is comfortable and pretty. Plenty of room! Beds comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed to cook. We did a puzzle and played board games, nice big coffee table. Pool was perfect for a dip after a long day.You do hear the road and cars but I slept like a rock, it didn’t wake me at all. I called management a couple of times and they answered right away. There are bike racks in parking lot. Rehoboth is very bike friendly.For a family trip, this was a great place to stay!

Volleyball Beach Tournament

The condo was a lot better then what the pictures show. We had a great weekend and got a chance to just sit back and relax as the weather was raining and windy and the temps were cold the last day. My daughter spent time on the screened in porch chatting with her friends while we relaxed inside when we arrived until it was time to go to the boardwalk. I forgot it was the off season and a lot of stuff wasn't open yet on the boardwalk but Grotto pizza was so we had a good dinner. We look forward to staying here again when we are coming back down. Thanks for the great place to relax!

Everything was Great

The Condo was great. The only issues I had were, ant were coming into the condo's kitchen and the road noise at night. The ant issue was quickly addressed and resolved with the property manager. As for the nightly road noise, that was due to location and no one is at fault. I would not rent that particular site again due to the noise. The location however was so fantastic for visiting family, going shopping and eating out.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout was perfect, we had plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean and well stocked. They have a fully stocked kitchen, games and beach chairs. The online pictures don’t do it justice. If you like to shop, this is the perfect location! It’s a quick drive to both Rohobeth beach and Lewis beach! On the downside (but none of these would prevent me from returning): The carpets are old and worn and could use updating or a deep clean. The condo is on the main road and you can hear the traffic from the bedrooms and all emergency sirens at night. The condo is on the third floor, stairs only. Overall this was a great condo, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Good, clean but Highway 1 is a drag

The complex is generic but the unit was very clean, well decorated and spacious with everything needed. Kind of a pain to bring sheets and towels especially as a third floor walk up which is a struggle. Due to the heat the very small outdoor porch was not usable. Pool area is small with tables and limited shade. Bigger issue is route 1 is the view and it’s jammed up all the time. The short distance to the beach is not real time as in summer took 15-20 minutes to go 2 miles and then there’s no parking. Be prepared to circle. Price is really right. Arrived an hour early but NOONE from the rental agency answers their phone. Call back was hours later.

I was extremely pleased with the amount of space and the overall quality of the unit. Everything was very nice, it was great having TV’s with cable and Wi-Fi access for the kids. The pool was an amazing plus for my family. We had a great vacation and I would definitely come back.

Best Spot in Rohobeth

This Villa was well decorated. The owner provided many amenities such as games, things to use at the beach and some seasons for cooking. Location can't be beat. Right on the highway that led to everything in every direction. Looking forward to returning.
