This beautiful vacation home boasts over 2070 sq ft of open and spacious space, big enough for more than one family, sleeps 12 persons.

Fully furnished 4 bedroom home with a private backyard, BBQ and an inviting pool. Soak up sunshine in the sparkling pool or pull up a chair poolside and enjoy the Arizona sun and mountain views.

Some of the great features also include a roomy kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools and a large family room to enjoy entertainment on the flat screen TV with DirecTV cable. There’s also a soft water system. Laundry room includes a washer and dryer.

At the end of an exciting day, you'll be happy to retire to 4 fabulous bedrooms. The amazing master retreat features a comfortable Cal king bed, flat screen TV with DirecTV. The master bathroom has just been remodeled with a gorgeous walk in tiled shower and also has backyard access to the pool.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on bottom, twin on top and a second bunk bed with twin top/bottom. The fourth bedroom also has a bunk bed with a full size on bottom, twin on top.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac street just minutes from the lake, launch ramp and local shopping, dining and movie theaters.

Housecleaning will be provided after you leave for a nominal fee. Extra charges may apply if house needs extra than normal cleaning. Vacationing has never been easier!

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend Stay

The house was just like the listing, several beds so it was able to sleep 10 of us very comfortably! Back yard was great and we throughly enjoyed the slide. Location was close to everything, made for cheap and quick Ubers if needed. Thanks for a great weekend!!!

Great Getaway

It was a really nice place. The lake was close by. Only sad part was we found a dead bunny rabbit and my grandson had to toss it in the trash. It was sad but had nothing to do with the rental. Really nice get away.

Close to the Water

The home was very comfortable for our party of 12. Lots of beds! The pool was a fun addition for the kids when we weren't at the lake. The park near by was also a plus. Great location, downtown was so close and minutes to the water. The shower was cool the first night, but Jaime had it turned up within hours of us calling him. Very attentive and friendly.

Great Home

This is a great home. We had two families and grandpa and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and the family room, kitchen, and dining area was all open with plenty of room for everyone. The patio and pool area are great too. It's one block from a beautiful park. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone. Thanks to the owner for offering this home.

House was great. Well stocked. Communication with Jamie was easy and timely.

Property was convenient and well taken care of. The master bath arrangement was a little strange with the shower not having a door. It wasn't a huge deal but sharing the bathroom with the rest of the family presents a problem. Large master bedroom with large closer was nice. As mentioned by others pool is not heated so it was too cold to really use in October. Overall a good experience.

Cute, clean and & comfortable home , just as advertised

Our group enjoyed the home . The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The home was clean, comfortable and accommodated our party of 11 with no issues. There is a no noise/no pool policy after 10pm due to the neighbors having small kids. The neighbor is friendly and definitely looks out for the property. She was nice .
