Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed celebrating Christmas with our family at the It’s All Good Cabin at Elk Springs Resort. The cabin was just a few minutes from town and provided spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. It was well equipped and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The resort staff was always just a phone call away, and they were quick to assist us with anything we needed. The kids loved the jacuzzi on the lower outside deck of the cabin. We are already talking about going back to the resort again later this year.

The upstairs mattress was TERRIBLE. You could feel the springs through the mattress. Halfway through the week, the internet wouldn't work. We found 3 roaches and there were MANY asian beetle all over the house. I understand the asian beetle as they are migrating, but ROACHES! That is disgusting! Overall we were very disappointed with the amount we paid for what we got.

Crumbs left on the table, internet not working, filth and dust on carpet by furniture, broken tables and chairs on the decks, it was gross. The internet only worked 25% of the time we were there and too hard to connect to hotspots, we changed batteries in thermostats so they would work after the battery warnings, no TV channels available. The shower leaked through the floor, so our stuff got wet from dripping water. It was too much to even ask about anymore, we were all frustrated. Would NOT stay again for sure. Too expensive for all the little issues that add up.

Wonderful time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful cabin, with a beautiful view. Being Sevierville it was a little far of a drive to everywhere no less then 20 minutes probably averaged around 30 minutes but it was a easy drive through the mountain roads. Did not have any luck with getting a Uber for nights we wanted to go out and drink and not need a DD. We will definitely be coming back and trying to stay in this cabin again.
