Historischer 1930 Beach Bungalow auf Eckgrundstück 50 Schritte vom weltberühmten Clearwater Beach entfernt. Der Strand ist weniger als eine Minute entfernt! Clearwater Beach hat mehrere Top-Plätze bei Auszeichnungen in Bezug auf seine Ufer und Attraktionen gewonnen. Diese perfekte Urlaubsumgebung ist mehr als ein Zuhause in der Ferne, mit Charme am Meer, der Sie ständig daran erinnert, dass das Ufer in der Nähe ist.

Das Haus selbst ist exquisit mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht aus und fühlt sich an wie eine Seite von Architectural Digest mit Möbeln, die wunderschön, aber auch sehr komfortabel sind. Entspannen Sie sich vor dem Kamin in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Meer.

Beach volleyball tournament

We booked the house because we really wanted to use the hot tub. Unfortunately, it worked some of the time so that was a bummer. Talking through a property manager instead of directly with the owner was difficult too, especially since our stay was over a holiday and the business was closed. The house was in a great location, clean and very cute. We loved the outdoor area and used it every night as a family.

Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect! First, few steps into home and bungalow. Secondly, few steps to the beach. Family was able to go to beach during the day as well as every sunset. The home was clean, furnished nicely and had a well stocked kitchen, some small toys and plenty of towels. My son and Family used bungalow (children 6 and 8). My daughter and Family(2 year old) used the queen bedroom, hall bathroom and small bedroom. Grandma and Grandpa used the Master with ki g size bed and adjoining bath. The outside of this home is spectacular! Plenty of nice seating, a saltwater pool with adjoining tub area. The pool has about a 6' area with shallow water for the 2 year old. The deep end went to about 6'. Covered patio area had mini fridge, ice maker, gas grill, sink large television. We enjoyed during day and evening. In addition to bragging on this home, I can brag on Beachtime Rentals. Staff us so nice, always answer texts and questions quickly. They responded very quickly to an issue we had upon arrival. I would highly recommend this home and Company.

HS Graduation Family Celebration in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience at this property was nothing less than Excellent. From the moment we walked in, the experience was top notch. The entire property was clean and organized throughout. There were also plenty of clean bath towels and pool towels for all to use. The amenities were very much appreciated by all; From the pool, to the hot tub, to the grilling/lounge area, to the convenient location from the beautiful white sands of the beach (approximately 100 steps away in a less-crowded section of beach;) this location is great. It was such a relaxing atmosphere where everyone in our family enjoyed themselves. There are two Publix food markets conveniently located, as well as a Target for any last minute items (beach chairs were needed.)Our Favorite local restaurants included Frenchy’s (there are four locations,) the Island Way Grill, Spotted Donkey Cantina, and (our most favorite) Cesare’s At The Beach Italian restaurant (I enjoyed the lasagna which was a close second to my mom’s...... that means a lot!)We were also able to walk to the center of the fun at the Pier (approximately 1.5 miles.) The sunsets were also gorgeous!This was a last minute location switch from a previous rental property by our rental agent (approximately one week prior to arrival.) We appreciate our rental agent working to find this available property. We also want to acknowledge the owners of this property for accommodating us with such short notice; we truly do appreciate it.This was a celebration trip for our youngest daughter’s high school graduation; it did not disappoint.We highly recommend this property, and hope to return to this location for future vacations. Great little beach get away.

We live in Florida but wanted to stay at the beach for a month. This little place is so convenient to all the restaurants and beach shops but yet secluded set back in a residential neighborhood. The beach is literally steps away and never crowded. Everything worked great the pool was a nice spot to cool off and socialize with family and friends.

Absolutely a. Amazing stay

First, Michael and Janet are wonderful owners....so pleasant to work with and very attentive to any of your needs. This place has everything you could want and more. Clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms all through the house and bungalow. Perfect hang out spots for the entire family to enjoy at once. Experienced a lot of rain during our stay but the cabana and hot tub allowed us to continue our stay in paradise. Not certain how there could be anyplace better to call a home away from home. Just want to say thanks and hope our paths cross again.

Beautiful home, amazing outdoor pool/cabana, owners are great!

We stayed at this property for a family reunion trip. The home is everything described and more. The proximity to the beach is a one min walk, making it easy to go back and forth. The pool and cabana set up is a resort; from the amenities, to bbq grill, lounge seating, surround sound outside, and tv; it makes it hard to leave the house. The interior is very comfortable and cozy. And most importantly the owners are extremely responsive, and very accessible for anything we needed during our stay.

Stellar property in an ideal location

This place was perfect for our family vacation, including children of a variety of ages. It truly is steps from the very clean and beautiful beach. The house itself was spotless. The separate rooms, particularly the separate bungalow, were essential for us so that each part of the family had their own little retreat. The cabana was perfect for spending time outside while avoiding the hot June sun and the pool was amazing. We would very gladly return!

Absolutely Beautiful Home!

My family and I have stayed at this home a number of times, most recently in March 2018, and always leave wishing we could stay longer. The home is stunning, and the outdoor amenities make you feel like you have your own private resort. All of this steps away from the beach! The owners are more than accommodating, and have been extremely helpful/responsive. We would have a difficult time staying elsewhere, as there is little chance any other property would meet our expectations set by this home! Would highly recommend!

What you see is LESS than you getn

The best pictures can’t do this property justice! The 1930 bungalow has been remodeled into a vacation home dream! The private outdoor area boasts plenty of room for all your friends! A wonderful kitchen and living area are beautifully decorated and functional, not that you will be spending anytime inside! Bathrooms have plenty of room, and the guest house was perfect for our extra guests wanting more privacy. We pay attention to detail, and this place has it! Every square inch has been used wisely! Mike and Janet were wonderful hosts, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us! We will be back.....unless we buy a house and become neighbors! ;)

Beautiful appearence natural environment

We had some struggles with the function our stove top was not working well our hot tub worked some of the time. The grill fan was absolutely chalked full of grease but the owners were attentive to the problems

This house was amazing. A perfect setting to relax with friends and only steps to the beach.

This beachside home is simply georgous. The outside pool area was great for adults and kids. The inside is filled with a stunning ambiance and provides the comfort of a relaxing vacation. I totally recommend renting this house.

Fun week of sun - great location

The outdoor cabana and pool are amazing!!! Day and night, the pool is relaxing. Beach towels were provided which was an added plus. Having a private pool for the entire family with only steps from the beach was also great. The cabana has a beer fridge and ice maker. Many nights spent talking, relaxing in hot tub, and watching TV. The house was fine. We were expecting a bit more toiletries other than hand soap. We purchased dish soap, TP, laundry detergent; stocked up for the week. The Washer & drayer available a HUGE plus. A few issues with WiFi and TV at pool during our stay. Owners responded to address any questions we had. Beach house - eh. We didn't use it other than a bathroom. Smelled a bit musty when you walk in. Once the A/C is pumping, it's fine, but we opted to all stay in the large house. Convenient to everything. Make sure you have insect repellent. At nights, the bugs are everywhere - it's Florida. Beautiful property and we enjoyed a fun week.
