Sea Breeze ist unser Zuhause in der Ferne. Ein gepflegtes und charmantes 3-stöckiges Ferienhaus in der wunderschönen und üppig gestalteten Wohnanlage Calypso Pointe. Wir haben einen Gemeinschaftspool und sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Dieses dreistöckige Haus verfügt über mehrere Veranden, hochwertige Geräte, Granitoberflächen und vieles mehr.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Spieltisch, ein Esszimmer, eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitoberflächen und Geräten aus Edelstahl. Es gibt einen Essbereich für 8 Personen sowie einen weiteren Spieltisch für mehr Personen. Direkt vor den französischen Türen befindet sich ein überdachter Wohnbereich im Freien mit einem Flachbildfernseher. Der Hinterhof bietet eine benutzerdefinierte Feuerstelle und Grill, hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten und ist eine wunderbare Kulisse für Familien.

Dieses Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit Schlafraum im Erdgeschoss, eine wunderbare Master-Suite mit Doppelwaschtischen und einer großen Badewanne im zweiten Stock. Es gibt auch ein Gästezimmer und einen Wäschebereich im zweiten. Die oberste Etage ist ein Loft-Aussichtsbereich mit Fensterwänden, einem weiteren Queensize-Bett und einem Tagesbett mit Rollbett. Es gibt viel Platz für Ihre ganze Familie.

Wenn Sie nicht mit dem Santa Rosa Beach 30A-Gebiet vertraut sind, ist es ein bisschen magisch, wenn Strandgemeinden gehen. Mit siebzehn Meilen makellosem weißem Pulversand und smaragdgrünem Wasser. Nur wenige Strände sind vergleichbar. Dieses Strandhaus und diese Strandgemeinschaft sind ein wunderbarer Ort, um Familienerinnerungen mit Stil zu schaffen. "Hinterlasse keine Spuren" am Strand. Der nächstgelegene öffentliche Strandzugang ist "Lake Causeway # 41" 5173 W Co Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. Es gibt 5 Parkplätze an dieser Stelle. Der nächstgelegene ist "Palms of Dune Allen East", 4925 W Co Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459, dies ist nur ein Zugangspunkt ohne Parkplatz.

Great Time

First the house was very CLEAN which is the most important aspect, and the kitchen overly stocked which was nice. Location in approximates to the beach was great as well. Easy to get there by walking through the homes back gate. Gulf Place was a cute little area, the ice-cream shop and restaurants were close. The pool is right up the street. Great house, great price, great location. We had a great time, we really enjoyed the backyard and deck.

Sea Breeze on 30A is a delight!

Sea Breeze was the perfect situation for our family: five adults and four kids. We were impressed by the well-stocked kitchen, the beautiful private back yard, and the easy walk to beach access. The weather was the best I've experienced in many different visits to beautiful 30A, so that was a bonus, for sure! All our active beach days were rewarded by good nights' sleep in comfortable beds. We'll be back!

Family fun!

Great space for a family gathering! Plenty of room to spread out and lots of room to play games at the large table. Super close walk to the beach or to the community pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House in a Great Location

So Close to the Beach

The home was just a couple minute walk from the beach. We loved the salt water community pool. The management company was very informative and took care of anything we needed within hours. This was a great find!

Wonderful Beach Experience

We had a wonderful trip. The location was perfect! We walked to the beach and there were a bunch of yummy restaurants around us! My only critique was the communication leading up to the trip was a little spotty. Other than that we would come back.

Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Breeze! The home was beautiful and had everything you could even think about needing. Great location to the beach and a super-easy walk to the wonderful pool area. This was our first time dealing with Beach Luxury Vacations and I could not be any happier with their service. Constant and immediate communication throughout the process. We definitely will use them again and hope to stay in this lovely home again.

The house is beautiful! The pool was great. Loved the kitchen and all of the pots and pans provided. We enjoyed our stay the beach is a short walk from the house but when you get to the beach access most of it "Private " . There was only a small area for public beach access. It was very crowded! We chose to drive futher down the beach to another public access area.

The Heart of Florida 30a Cottage Lifestyle!

We just returned from a 10-day stay at this cute, comfortable cottage located within walking distance of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located about two blocks from a beach access and there are nice Gulf Views from the top room! The home is well taken care of and is full of amenities, from a well-stocked kitchen to closets and containers full of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The backyard and back deck are like a second living room with lots of seating, TV and a nice fire pit. We have no reservation in highly recommending this rental!

First let me say, the home is lovely. The TV off the kitchen outside porch turned on but remotes didn't work. The cushion on that porch are worthless and flat like nothing. Omg , the towels for 10 guests was joke, there were hardly any white towels for us. And that 3minute walk to the beach is true but there is a strip a few feet wide the homeowners over there might let you come on. they had a police beach there and has us move 2 times into a little strip. We went there anyway the beach of course is beautiful.People very snooby.

Great week at the beach

Our original property had some major deck construction that wasn’t finished in time for our stay. So we were relocated on the day of our arrival to another property in the same complex. It was a little tricky to review the new property and sign the new agreement from the car while already en route but the property company was very accommodating in helping to make sure our stay still happened. (Also pretty sure our new accommodations were more expensive without us having to pay more). Since this VRBO review is probably still going to be associated with the original property that we didn’t stay at, I won’t comment on the house itself (although it was perfect with no issues at all) but will instead simply say kudos to the property mgmt for the good customer service and helping us still have a great week with the kids and extended family!

Nice quiet neighborhood inviting home

This was a nice home that allowed for plenty of room for my family. Very clean and well kept. Just as described. Just an FYI be prepared to bring everything you need for cleaning and any beach equipment or towels. They are not provided. My only complaint didn't have to do with the home but with the beach. There is public access about 5 minutes away but there is only about a 40 foot wide space of access and there was at 100 - 150 people crammed in that space. There are security guards and local beach front home owners that are constantly bullying people to move all their belongings. Even telling people they cant be on the wet sand if in front of their private house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably go back but to a different beach area. Loved that it wasn't in an overly busy area but still close to everything.

Nice place to stay

The house itself was very nice and charming and it was only a 5-minute walk to the beach which was very nice!!! The cleanliness of the house upon arrival was not 100%. We were told that certain things would be left in the bathrooms and there was not. There was a lack of hand soap and dish soap etc. Overall it was very pleasant for the nine of us to stay. The property managers were very quick to respond to any concerns or issues that we had and they were addressed very quickly. The pool on site was a very nice feature for when it was too hot or we didn't want to lug all of the kids stuff to the beach it was a nice change of pace. The rooms were very comfortable. The location was perfect and very easy to get to other beach locations and it was just a quick drive to Destin as well. One thing I would recommend for families is to bring a baby gate to block off the steps going upstairs we did not bring one and we constantly had to chase our two year old around to make sure she did not escape up the steps!

Terrible customer service!

This house was great for the first half of the week. Very nice design, plenty of privacy even for a large family and some recent updates. The management company, however, was a complete nightmare. We were notified that they were going to be installing a new dishwasher (existing one was wonky but still working). After no signs of anyone all day, we figured it was not going to happen. Just before 5pm we were getting ready to cook dinner and a very nice man shows up to replace the dishwasher, closet doors, and new window AC units (several hours of work starting at 5pm?!). He replaced one AC unit and I told him it was not a convenient time for the dishwasher since we were trying to cook dinner. He politely agreed. Little did we know, asking him to leave was a big mistake. The management company called us a few minutes later. We explained that we found this timing to be inappropriate. That’s when they threatened us of “breach of contract” and EVICTION. After a heated discussion, I surrendered to their threats and it took hours for the man to install the dishwasher, finishing around 9:30.The repair man was so nice and trying to just do his job, but the management company’s handling of this was so outrageous.They were more concerned about proving that the contract said they could do this work whenever they want, rather than providing good customer service and compromise. It literally was their way or the highway for our family that night with a Sheriff escort. Unbelievable

Overall good stay

I think 3.5 would be a more accurate rating for this house. Many things contributed to the positives of this property. The beach access was good, just a few minutes walk and manageable for even my 4 year old. The house itself is really cute and the backyard area is beautiful, with nice landscaping and plenty of seating. Some updating has been done in the bathrooms and on the main level, and it feels very bright, open, and airy. It was fairly clean, but some areas, like the dining table, I had to clean myself to feel comfortable using for the week. The drawbacks for me are the carpeting upstairs, the top fourth bedroom, and the household supplies. All of the main level has hard floors which is nice, but the carpet throughout the upstairs was in need of replacement. It had several places with questionable stains and felt gross to walk on after being in the sand and wet. To access the bathtub with the spray nozzle which works best for my kids required a walk up the carpeted stairs and bedroom. The fourth bedroom upstairs is up a really steep staircase (the handrail was also missing for our visit but we were alerted to that prior to check in) and I was uncomfortable with my small kids accessing it. It was also extremely hot up there- way too hot for the window unit to keep up with. For daily upkeep we were only given a basic broom and dustpan. I would have loved to have a cordless vacuum to try to contend against all of the sand that inevitably ends up on the floor (no matter how much you spray your feet). Several items were well stocked, and we had plenty of toilet paper, towels, and dishwasher pods. Other things like laundry soap and coffee filters we had to go searching for. Also note beach towels are not provided. The fire stick for the tv didn't have batteries in it, and there were no batteries for it in the house. Walmart is fairly close for gathering any needed items. Nothing was within walking distance for my small kids other than the beach. For adults, a walk to the coffee shop and restaurants would be manageable. Overall we had a nice stay and felt it was priced fairly.

Great location

This home is a short walk to the beach right out of the back yard. It was clean and had many kitchen items so no need to bring those. We really liked the back yard area with the fire pit. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
