Dieses Blockhaus liegt direkt am HWY108 und bietet alles, was Sie für einen Kurzurlaub benötigen.

Der untere Außenbereich lädt zum Nachmittagsschlaf in einer Hängematte ein, während das Oberdeck mit einem Gasgrill und Liegestühlen für einen perfekten Grillabend ausgestattet ist. Es gibt auch eine Feuerstelle zum Aufwärmen beim Betrachten der Sterne.

Gleich hinter der Decktür befindet sich das gemütliche Wohnzimmer. Es wird teilweise von einem Gaskamin beheizt und verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV sowie WLAN. Wenn Sie es vorziehen, den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen, gehen Sie ins Spielzimmer und fordern Sie Ihre Freunde zu freundlichen Brettspielen heraus.

In der Küche finden Sie alle wichtigen Geräte und Werkzeuge, darunter einen Gasherd, eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler. Alles, was Sie brauchen, um einen einfachen Snack oder eine Mahlzeit im Familienstil zuzubereiten, während Sie lässig am urigen Tisch im Bankstil speisen. Nehmen Sie nach Ihrem erholsamen Schlaf Ihre dampfende Tasse Kaffee auf das Deck und beobachten Sie, wie die Sonne über den Bergen aufgeht.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie eines der vier Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Badezimmer auf dem Flur.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit Queensize-Betten. Das dritte dient gleichzeitig als Spielzimmer mit einem großen Schlafsofa. Das Obergeschoss hat auch ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Hunde lieben die Sierra! und sie sind eingeladen, hier zu bleiben. Wir haben Hundefutter und Wasserschalen in der Waschküche die Treppe hinunter. Die Waschküche verfügt außerdem über eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Trockner, sodass Sie die Urlaubsgarderobe Ihrer Familie jederzeit auffrischen können.

Great property for family celebration

My family and I stayed in this cozy cabin to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. Robert was very responsive when we had questions which we appreciated. The location was perfect for access to exploring Pinecrest and Twain Harte. Loved the bonus of the EV charger onsite!

Great time at Dogwood

We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed. The location is great, easy 25 min drive every day up to dodge ridge and just 10 mins from Twain Harte for groceries. The neighborhood was quiet and we had daily visits from the turkeys. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept so well. We have stayed at a dozen cabins btwn Twain Harte and Pinecrest and this cabin is in the top 3 and we would gladly stay again.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Robert is incredibly kind and thoughtful a host. We created the best family memories at his cabin. It was a magical experience as it snowed while we were there. Tons of love was put into the cabin with the decor and design. Super cozy, but not cluttered. Wonderful place for a family to escape in the mountains located just past Mi-Wuk and right before Longbarn. We will definitely come back again as the cabin rest a couple streets above Lyon Lake for some great fishing.

Amazing cabin in Mi-Wuk village

This cabin checked all of the boxes my family and I were looking for. It has been renovated very nicely with a gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms which made the atmosphere very homey. Even though the weather was in the high 90s we had a great time outside playing corn hole in the spacious side area as it was well shaded. Additionally, we enjoyed our trips out to Pinecrest lake and into Twain Harte which are located very close by. Overall, this was an amazing cabin and we look forward to visiting again.

Great place near Pinecrest!

This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking to be closer to nature. It's only 15 minutes from Pinecrest Lake, where we played in the snow. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with supplies in the kitchen, games / books in the game room for the kids. The kids (ages 4-6) had space to play outside. We roasted s'mores in the great fire pit. Robert was great in communicating with me before and during the trip. Definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway in a quiet neighborhood

The stay at the Dogwood Digs was enjoyably. This is a beautiful, cozy, clean cabin. The owner is very kind and helpful. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and the beds are comfortable. However, we would like there to be more light in the rooms, it's quite dark inside, especially in winter. The internet is slow and those wanting to watch movies may be disappointed. The house description says there is a hot tub, but it's not there. For some guests this might be a bummer. Nevertheless my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the Dogwood Digs cabin. Thank you Robert and Shelly!

WONDERFUL WEEKEND GETAWAY!

My husband and I and 3 of our friends had a quick getaway at this wonderful cabin in the woods! Everything was comfortable, from the furniture (beds were awesome), the interior/external space, everything you needed was there (we couldn't find the cutting boards the first night - FYI they are on a hook by the fridge :-) ) Love, love, love the tiled wall in the kitchen. The game room was so cute and the décor around the whole house was so well put together and well placed. The kitchen table was perfect for our games and dinner. Thank you so much for making this long overdue weekend stress free and relaxing! Owner awesome to communicate with!

Amazing cozy cabin!

We absolutely loved our time at the Dogwood Digs cabin! We booked the cabin for a New Year's Eve trip with our three children. What a beautiful place to ring in 2022! It looked like a postcard, the property was covered in snow. Robert is an amazing host. He checked in with us before we drove up about any road closures and everything we might need to know about staying there after six feet of snow! Once at the property Robert immediately answered any questions we had. He was friendly and easily reachable. And the cabin itself is truly adorable. Each room is cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could need. We did not eat out once. We cooked and played board games and stayed in by the fire. During the day the property is so much fun. Most everything was covered in snow while we were there, but we had plenty of room on the property for snowballs fights, building snowmen and we made our own sled run! We also loved the location of the cabin. We took long walks, the scenery is so beautiful. We will always remember our 2022 New Years so fondly because of the warmth this cabin retreat gave us. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again to Robert for being such a kind and gracious host!

This cabin is an absolute gem! It's decorated beautifully inside, and we loved the attention to detail. We loved our stay! The home had every amenity a vacationer could need! The decor was adorable and furniture sooo comfortable. The teens loved the board games and cornhole area! The air conditioning was a huge plus since it was a little toasty.

Perfect Family Get Away

Fantastic family cabin with all of the comforts of home in a stunning setting. Everything was exceptionally clean. Fully stocked home - dishes, towels, games, etc. Loved getting to bring our pets too! Robert is an awesome host - very helpful and available. Wonderful Stay

My family really enjoyed our vacation at the Dogwood Digs cabin. It is beautifully designed and was a comfortable stay. From the decor to how well supplied the whole cabin is you can tell that much thought and care has been put into making this cabin a perfect getaway home to the mountains. We cooked all of our meals with ease. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area. We are so thankful that dogs are welcome here! The location was perfect for us as we were close enough to Pinecrest Lake. Robert and Shelly were amazing hosts, they were so quick to respond to any questions we had.

Fantastic, comfy cabin

When we vacation, we usually always rent private properties so we have a lot to compare this to. This was one of the best, coziest places we have ever stayed. The attention to detail is amazing. From the communication from the owner to being able to find everything on property that you could need or forgot to bring from home. The kitchen is very well stocked and easy to work in. The furnishings are so comfy and welcoming. It is also in a great area, close to all the nature outings you could want. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great time in the mountains.

Perfect Getaway to the Mountains

This property is spacious, clean and cozy. It's apparent that the owners have put a lot of thought into what makes a comfortable place for visitors. We felt welcome to enjoy ourselves, whether it was outside, near the fire pit and playing corn hole or it was indoors, in the living room and kitchen where we read books, played games and prepared meals. This is a cozy cabin, and it has all the comforts of a modern home. The s'mores welcome package and the whimsical items in the home are nice touches by the owners. We would definitely stay here again!

We own a real Estate company in the Central Valley and wanted a place close by to get away. It seemed a shame to leave it sit vacant for weeks on end so we decided after 8 months of remodeling we would offer it to others so they could enjoy it too. We love the large outdoor space and there is something special about spending time in a log cabin.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We wanted something big enough for our family to come up and enjoy Christmas together. The log interior is just something you can't mimic. It is like stepping back in time but we added all the modern amenities for longer stays. We think the cabin turned out to be the best of both worlds. Old National Forest charm and modern updates so more time could be spent outdoors.
