Dieses wunderschöne zweistöckige Stadthaus befindet sich im prestigeträchtigen Windsor Hills Resort! Das Stadthaus liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptclubhaus entfernt und ist gut gepflegt, wird ständig aktualisiert und wird Ihnen sicher gefallen. Diese Einheit ist eine Endeinheit, die privater und größer ist als andere Stadthäuser in der gleichen Gegend.

Wir haben die Küche mit einem neuen Tisch ausgestattet, neue Betten hinzugefügt, Verdunkelungsvorhänge installiert, damit die Gäste gut schlafen können, und neues Dekor hinzugefügt, um dem Ort ein frisches, sauberes Aussehen zu verleihen.

Family Vacation with Grandparents

Our family of 4 (kids ages 9 & 5) plus grandparents spent the week at Silver Spoon. It was a perfect location for our first trip to Florida—we got to experience a little bit of everything. Day 1: arrive & pool timeDay 2: Cocoa Beach & Kennedy Space Center Day 3: Pool day at the resort and Icon ParkDay 4: Sea WorldDay 5: Pool day at the resortDay 6: Universal Studios Islands of AdventureDay 7: early flight homeCommunication, check-in, and check-out were so easy! The little pool in the back was perfect while we made dinner, at the end of the day, or for when the adults needed a little down time. The big pool and slides were great for our pool days! The kids enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, searching for gators, and lizard hunting when they weren’t in the pool. Shopping is nearby whether you’re looking for groceries, souvenirs, or restaurants. We loved Sweet Clicks (gelato) which is just down the road. Highly recommend for a central location with lots of entertainment!

Just book it.

If you’re lucky enough this property is available, book it. Incredible location for Disney vacations (10-15 min drive!) Walmart is a 2 minute drive for any last minute needs or shopping for food for the rental. Close to restaurants and shopping. The home is better than pictured. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The resort pool is amazing and the drinks are NOT overpriced. It was safe and quiet. Can’t say enough positive things!!

Enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as described. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were “just right” for a young family of four plus a grandma. The location of Windsor Hills was close to Disney as well as shopping areas to pick up any items we left at home. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.

Great stay; will return!

Everything we needed for our family vacation! 4 adults and a 4 year old. Plenty of space - the house is big enough that everyone had their own space and bathroom. Great location. Close to Disney parks (under 20 minutes with no traffic) and very short walk to the clubhouse and main pool. Walmart, Starbucks and fast food restaurants are just down the street. We appreciated the amenities provided by the hosts and used the stroller on our park days.

Perfect in every way

Great townhouse met all our needs and more. Only fly would have been great to have a shelf in the first floor bathroom and more hooks for towels in the bathroom and our bedroom otherwise amazing place super clean loved having the little splash pool. We will definitely come back.

Family Vacation

Although the weather didn’t cooperate we were able to make the most of our trip. The hosts communicated very well & responded promptly to any questions. The home was perfectly located to our daughter’s gymnastics meet at ESPN & near all Disney’s attractions. I would recommend this property to family & friends.

wonderful and thoughtful hosts

my wife, 10 month old, and my in-laws stayed here during an athletic competition. The check-in was smooth, the hosts were incredibly communicative, and they had a lot of little things that they thought of that we normally would’ve had to pack, or go purchase. Great experience, Wood would love to stay again!

Disney Vacation in January

The listing was advertised with "Free Pool Heating" but the pool was not heated when we arrived. After a contentious conversation with the owner, the pool heat was turned on to a suitable temperature. The owner was aware of the air temperature days in advance and did not have the pool ready for us to use. If the pool and the conversation with the owner had gone over well, the other items would not have bothered us as much.The home was very clean and had all the accommodations needed for a family with small children (pack and play, high chair, strollers, books, child friendly decor). The home could use a general upgrade with the mattresses, shower curtains, bath towels, kitchen pots/knives and general replacement of over-used items in the home. The home is located in walking distance to the community pool house which was perfect for small kids and family. Location to Disney World was perfect (15minutes) with Walmart and other restaurants in close proximity. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, family friendly with parks and safe walking areas. With the upgrades and a change in behavior from the owner, this property is an excellent find and wonderful location.

Clean, comfortable furniture (especially beds) and very well stocked. Host is detailed oriented and communicative. We have stayed in Windsor Hills before (close to Disney parks and stores for grocery delivery, etc.) but we really like this particular property!!

My family and I felt right at home, everyone had their own space. Everything was VERY clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. When I realized that even seasonings were available, i deceided to cook. The beds were comfortable and the plunge pool was just an added bonus.

Vacation stay

Home was clean and as pictured in the ad. Had a few starter items in the home which was appreciated. We loved the extra towels for the pool. The walk is actually quite short to the clubhouse if you use the walkway rather than the road. Communication with host was clear and they were responsive over email when we had a question prior to our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

The entire area felt comfortable and safe. We had zero concerns for our teens walking out on their own and the host provided the info with ample time to prepare and even leading up to our check in. One of the smoothest check ins we've had thus far. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect rental for Orlando vacation

This house was the perfect spot for our family. Our kids (5 and 8) loved having their own private pool and the resort pool was great too. The house had everything you need, including extra supplies if you forgot something. The best part was the communication from the owners when there were questions. That really made it that much more pleasant. Will stay here again.

Purchased the townhome to provide our guests with the best vacation experience for their Disney vacation. We love visiting our properties and updating the unit as much as possible. We enjoy owning and managing the townhome for visitors.

This property is an end unit, which is larger and more private than most townhomes. The pool area backs up to a unique green space that has a walking track and lounge area. This unit was fully renovated in 2018 and meticulously maintained by the management company and the owners.
