Es ist eine charmante Villa in einer Wohnanlage, umgeben von viel Grün und mit Blick auf das Meer, nicht weit vom Zentrum der Baja Sardinia entfernt.
Das Haus ist ideal für bis zu 5 Personen, verteilt auf zwei Ebenen und besteht aus:
• Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Klimaanlage, Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten und Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
• Erdgeschoss: großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Klimaanlage, Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (ohne Klimaanlage) und Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Sofas und einem Essbereich bietet Blick auf den großen privaten Garten mit Blick auf das Meer. Im Garten gibt es eine Außendusche und einen Rasen mit automatischer Bewässerung.
Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich ein großer Innenhof, in dem sich der gemauerte Grill mit einem überdachten Essbereich befindet.
Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Elektroherd, Fernseher, Espresso und amerikanische Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Entsafter, Haartrockner, Wi-Fi-Box.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis für Personen enthalten, die tatsächlich in einer Woche bleiben.
Bei Buchungen von mehr als einer Woche ist es möglich, eine Änderung gegen einen Aufpreis pro Person von 10 € für Bettwäsche und 10 € für Handtücher (vor Ort zu bezahlen) zu beantragen.
Nebenkosten: Gas und Strom - in der Buchung enthalten.
Kurtaxe pro Person - in der Buchung enthalten.
Internet - in der Buchung enthalten 10 GB pro Woche.
Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz vor dem Grundstücksgarten.
Für Kunden nutzbar, gibt es einen Tennisplatz und einen schönen Wohnpool (100 Meter vom Haus entfernt). Das Wohnschwimmbad kann vom 1. Juni bis 30. September von 9.00 bis 14.00 Uhr und von 16.00 bis 20.00 Uhr genutzt werden.
In Gehweite befinden sich ein Restaurant / eine Pizzeria, ein Supermarkt, ein Tabakladen / Zeitungsladen und andere Geschäfte.
Auf 200 Metern erreichen Sie einen Sandstrand, der nicht ausgestattet ist und besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet ist.

Beautiful house in a nice and calm area with a great view!

We had a really nice week in this beautiful house. Everything was clean and well equipped! The best of course is the view over the sea! We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach a lot! The area is really calm and clean! We can definitely recommend the house!

Wonderful place

The villa was wonderfully equipped, the location was excellent. Close to a private beach. Swimming pool was a bonus for the children. Lovely garden, outdoor living space and a quiet back garden excellent for windy days. All that you need from a Sardinian holiday.

A little piece of paradise

We have had the most relaxing holiday here. From the first communication until check out our host Emiliano and the property manager, Mrs Milly have been really helpful, responsive and kind. The accommodation is beautiful with views over the harbour at Cala Bitta. The pool is fabulous and the sea is a very short walk from the pool and the property. Baia Sardinia is beautiful. There are a lot of restaurants nearby but you definitely need a car which we were advised of. There is parking at the front gate to the property. The villa itself has everything you could want or need. It is very comfortable and we have loved our stay here. If you are looking for total relaxation in a quiet and beautiful place I would thoroughly recommend this place. Emiliano is a gentleman and gave us so much good advice as did Mrs Milly.

Beautiful Hidden Gem

The views from this villa are spectacular. It has a tranquil feeling and makes your morning coffee taste better than ever before. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside space was very comfortable. Emiliano and the house manager Milly were very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us very good restaurant recommendations and beaches to visit. The pool is lovely, the views around it are amazing. It is very quiet, we mainly had it to ourselves most days. I would totally recommend the area, within easy reach of most places. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place!

Holidays in paradise. Perfecto!

We had a wonderful stay in ''Ca Giulia''. It was very easy to contact Giuliana, the renter of the house, who gave us some great tips in advance and during our stay. Everything worked our very easily because the organisation was perfect. The house itself is very clean and tidy and has everything needed for a nice holiday. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a great view to the water, a barbecue area and of course a short walking distance to the big pool and beach (1-2 minuts). Enough space in a fully contained house with highquality interior, decorated with typical sardinian dishware, which contributes to the atmosphere of being on holidays. The garden was very nice and green and cared for by a gardener. They offered beach towels and a sun umbrella. Getting to Baia Sardinia is also easy if you do not want to take the car at night, as it only takes 15-20 minuts by walking. We found that Mucchi Bianci or Baia Sardinia were the perfect location to discover the beautiful sights of the Costa Smeralda and The Maddalena Archipelago. We would highly recommend to do the catamaran trip, which Giuliana can help you to book. Even though it was our first time in Sardegna and in the house, we fell in love with both and will definitely come back. See you next time! Thank you Armando and Giuliana for a lovely holiday! Wunderschöne Location

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem im Oktober waren die umliegenden traumhaften Strände und Buchten menschenleer und wunderschön zu genießen. Im Haus und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang. Kleine Abstriche bezüglich der Matratzen (für Schwergewichte eher ungemütlich), des etwas schlichten Mobiliars und des Tennisplatzes (Betonplatz mit vielen Unebenheiten). Aber das hat unseren Urlaubsspaß nicht getrübt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Blick und gute Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Baja Sardinia. Der Check-In und der Check-Out haben problemlos geklappt, die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur war vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt. Fragen und Probleme wurde kurzfristig per WhatsAPP oder persönlich gelöst. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön, genossen haben wir auch den Garten und die große überdachte Terrasse. Toll war auch der Gemeinschaftspool und die Nähe zum Hausstrand. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann vielleicht, dass die Straße doch mehr zu hören und mehr befahren war, als gedacht. Und das W-LAN war etwas langsam (LTE-Stick), aber man ist ja schließlich im Urlaub ;-) Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Beautiful holiday house with everything you need

Communication and check in was smooth, very friendly and helpful. The holiday house itself is lovely, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The view from the very nice and spacious terrace is beautiful with great sunsets. Baja Sardinia is very close with shops, restaurants and a nice beach. It was a great place to stay and explore the north east of Sardinia. We are a small family of three.

BELLISSIMA ESPERIENZA......

Ho soggiornato per 15 giorni in questa splendida villa all'interno di un residence bellissimo con piscina e campi da tennis. La villa è curata nei minimi particolari, arredata con gusto! Una persona di fiducia del proprietario, presente sul posto, si prende cura degli ospiti dal check-in per tutta la durata del soggiorno!Ha due affacci esterni, uno da sulla strada dove è presente la zona lavanderia , un grande barbeque e un grande tavolo, l'altra sul mare, un giardino curatissimo, con un portico ,divani e un altro tavolo.. dal piano superiore è possibile ammirare il mare, il porto di Calabitta, a poche centinaia di mt di distanza, dove è possibile affittare gommoni e barche . A piedi è possibile raggiungere il parco acquatrico, la spiaggia di PORTO SOLE e una piazzetta dove ci sono bar -tabacchi- supermercato bancomat ecc. L'ottima posizione permette di soddisfare ospiti di tutte le età ..per i piu giovani ci sono tantissimi locali nelle immediate vicinanze.

La casa è accogliente, ha un bellissimo patio ampio e comodo con vista mare e corredato da divani. Il giardino è bello e curato, i miei bimbi ci si sono divertiti molto e io e la mamma ci siamo rilassati li a prendere il sole mentre dormivano dopo pranzo. Il balcone della camera matrimoniale al piano superiore ha una vista magnifica. Il mare a c.a. 300mt è molto comodo se non si vuole prendere l’auto ed è idoneo anche per bimbi piccoli come i nostri. Valido il barbecue nel retro, utilizzato più volte per grigliate. Adattissimo per famiglie anche con bimbi piccoli.

La casa é ben situata, vicino alla piscina comune con altre case (un po’ freschina) e a due spiagge. A 10 minuti a piedi c è un piccolo supermercato e un bar, molto pratico. Molto comodo per arrivare in 25 minuti a piedi al Città di Baja Sardinia. La casa è molto pratica, la cucina ben attrezzata e la grandezza ideale. Abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze! Grazie!

Wonderful house with a memorable view

What a wonderful house to stay in and a view that we will remember for a long time. We loved sitting both on the balcony and also using the outside space. From booking the house to leaving the owners were very attentive and helpful. We had a problem with the Wi-fi but my requests for help were responded to immediately and Mrs Milly who looks after the house locally also came to check everything was ok with it. The pool is a good size and there was always plenty of space and a sunbed to sit on - we were often there by ourselves. The beach we could walk to was delightful and quiet with lovely clear, calm water to swim in. We had never been the the area but loved Baia Sardinia and Porto Cervo was also worth a visit just to see it. We took a boat trip out using the local tourist office to see la Maddalena archipelago but although it was beautiful it was like being herded from one place to another - a smaller boat would have been better. The house itself had all the equipment we needed and we made good use of the bbq and air conditioning. We would have appreciated being left a tea towel as we had to go out and buy one and the only other negative would be the road noise although even then my son loved to see the fabulous cars zipping around. A wonderful stay and we hope to go back again and would not hesitate to come back here.

Wonderful Family Stay in Sardinia

We have just returned from a week staying in this beautiful property. There were four adults, a toddler and a 7 month old baby. The villa was so well equipped and everything was well set up for our baby. The pool was practically empty each time we used it and the beach just a stroll from the villa was so lovely. The location was ideal also with a petrol station, supermarket and restaurants near by. We had a packed week seeing different areas of the Costa Smeralda including Arzachena, Porto Cervo and Castelsardo. Armando and Guiliana and Milly were so helpful. They really wanted to ensure we had the best holiday. And a very nice touch with a bottle of Prosecco being left in the fridge as we arrived on my birthday. I highly recommend staying here, you would not be disappointed. Thank you for a perfect stay, it was just what we wanted.

Schöne Unterkunft mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Wunderbare Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, allerdings auch LEICHTE Lärmbelästigung durch Straße in der Nähe und abends durch Ferienanlage (Musik, Entertainment). Das Haus und der Garten sind gepflegt und einfach ausgestattet. Schöne Terrasse und Grill. Der Hammer sind der sehr gepflegte Tennisplatz und Pool (10m x 20m) und die wunderbare Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge. Insgesamt empfehlenswert! Sehr freundliche Vermieter!!!

Fantastic hospitality from the house owners. A nice house in a great location. Pool area was fantastic for the kids. Can only be recommended.

Excellent villa with shared pool

A very nice property with an excellently equipped kitchen, utensils, crockery and coffee makers. As our stay coincided with a heat wave the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a great relief, but it was missed in the downstairs. Also the shower in the downstairs bathroom is so tiny that we weren't able to use it and so ended up with all of us having to share use of the upstairs bathroom. The onsite swimming pool is excellent and it and its surrounds are very well maintained. We also used the provided tennis racquets and balls but it was really too hot to play! We found the beach at Porto Sole that was recommended to be excellent especially as there is a new beach cafe. The nearby supermarket is very handy and has a good range of products. Baja Sardinia is also convenient for bars and restaurants but is a little too far to walk to. We did find the nearby road noisy at night and were also disturbed by the entertainment coming from the club at Cala Bitta (although it did finish at 11pm). We also suffered from mosquitoes especially in the evenings which we suspect are thriving due to the excessive garden watering. The owner and property manager were very attentive and always on hand via WhatsApp if we needed anything.

Pfingstferien mit family

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und tolle Anlage mit Pool und Tennisplatz. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um den Norden von Sardinien zu erkunden. Insbesondere die Strände waren traumhaft und um diese Jahreszeit noch nichts oder voll. Die Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern war überaus freundlich und bei Fragen erfolgte eine umgehende Reaktion. Wir, d.h 2 Erw und 3 Kids haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen.
