Loved the entire home. But even after several attempts to get someone over to the house to fix the major issues we were experiencing, no one showed up. I was extremely offended actually, because I let them know that an entire bedroom’s power wasn’t working, not even the sockets, nor the balcony light worked in there. And we had let them know we had cold showers the entire time. If it were the summer time, that probably wouldn’t have mattered, but we stayed while it snowed, because we love the snow. We loved being able to make snowmen in the backyard, we loved the pool table & piano & the awesome sound bar & the furniture in the living room, the acoustics in the shower when I chose to take a freeeeeeezing shower (I like to sing), but because no one ever came to fix the major issues we were having, I chose to give the review a 3. The house deserves a 5. But with zero assistance from their maintenance crew, which is obviously deserving of a (0) score, I had to balance out the entire stay as a whole a 3, because of the frustration we had not being able to utilize an entire bedroom, cold showers, and waiting for someone to show up to help that never did was extremely infuriating. We were all looking forward to a warm shower, because we were told someone was coming, but never got to experience it. But I appreciate the home & I can’t imagine putting blame on the home owner’s for these issues when it is in fact the maintenance crew that needs to take care of the place. We let them know about the recycling bin in the kitchen was already full when we arrived & there was some garbage as well in the garbage bin next to it in the bin. The recycling bin didn’t even have a bag (can liner) in it, so we had to dump out the previous people’s recycling into one of the limited bags that was left for us. We let the support team know of all of these things as well as the main ceiling fan light didn’t work the entire time. Again, we were expecting help, but to my astonishment, no one ever did, even dedicating our entire last day there to waiting for someone to arrive, so we didn’t leave the property. 5 star home, but 0 stars for the maintenance crew. Just so very infuriating when expecting someone to arrive that never does. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but someone needs to take care of the people that are spending tons of money to stay. I’m sorry. I even believe we deserve some compensation for our troubles, and not getting what we did paid for.
