Gehen Sie zu Restaurants, Geschäften, Kaffeehäusern und Pubs! Oder grillen und auf dem Deck entspannen. Haus mit 2 Niveaus mit einer Höhle und 2 Badezimmern. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Die Höhle befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang. Perfekt für Familien, Paare, Freunde! Zentral gelegen, nur 10 Minuten von LAX entfernt. Surft auf !!

Great place , great neighborhood

Really great place just steps to the beach. The house is well maintained and comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic, with several cafes, small grocers and restaurants.

Loved the location of this property-best part for sure. Steps to the beach, great access to the strand. Bathrooms need some updating, kids were not able to use the tub. Overall a nice spot for a good value to explore MB

Loves our stay

Lovely little municipality, family/neighborhood oriented, hop skip and jump down to beach. You could see and hear the beach waves. The property manager was a text/call away.

Great location and communication

We enjoyed our stay by the beach, being able to walk to the beach and restaurants/shops each day. We had a little issue during our stay, but the host was very responsive and got it addressed within a couple hours. We would gladly stay there again sometime.

Great weekend getaway

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a short walk to the beach. It was spacious and comfortable. If you are up for walking, it is only a mile and a half from the Manhattan Beach Pier and downtown. Close to lots of restaurants and yet quiet and chill. Our host, Eileen, was amazing and was on top of all communication. Highly recommended and would book again.

Perfect Beach House!

Great location! This place is down the street from the beach! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. WiFi was provided to us! I would definitely recommend this place. I would stay here again!

Steep Steps to the Beach

The place was clean, comfortable and very well located. We had everything we needed. Eileen was absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and communicative. My complaint is about the area, not the accommodations. None of the reviews mentioned that the short walk to the beach is actually down an extremely steep hill. All roads leading to the beach look like San Francisco - was not expecting that. Just beware if you have any mobility issues. Parking is terrible everywhere so everyone walks. If I were younger and had better ankles, it would have been better.

Lovely Beach cottage

This is a lovely beach cottage. Two blocks from a gorgeous beach and close to some really good restaurants. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

Great property for a family getaway in an excellent Manhattan location! Plenty of room for my family (three kids under 13) and a short walk to the beach. Amenities within walking distance and the property manager is fantastic. Looking forward to coming back again!

Great house for easy beach access.

This property was a perfect location to the beach and about a 25 minute walk to the heart of all the restaurants, galleries, stores, etc. in Manhattan Beach. The property manager was very accommodating and and always available to answer any w. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again in the future.

Conveniently located cottage

This is a simple cottage in a great location - easy walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Parking is a little tight, so large cars/SUVs might not fit. The owner, Eileen, is very easy to communicate with.

Needs a little work

The upstairs bedroom and kitchen are nice but The kitchen area and living room need new paint, The furniture should be replaced in the living room and the floors upstairs and downstairs are very dirty. Also the back barbecue deck area is a mess with filthy lounge chairs and debris everywhere. Had trouble with the downstairs shower and tub getting hot water and the upstairs lock on the door doesn’t open with the key. The good thing is the short walk to the ocean and accepting pets, which is very important to me

Great location

This house was 1.5 blocks from the beach in the El Porto district of Manhattan Beach, a very nice neighborhood. It was in the 70s while inland LA was sizzling hot. A great bike path and walking path run along the beach. The two floor arrangement meant we got one floor while our 16 year old granddaughter got the other one. Short walk to good restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Did have a few maintenance problems but they were attended to quickly.
