Das kristallklare Wasser des Teiches lädt zum Schwimmen, Angeln, Kanufahren und Kajakfahren ein. Die erste Etage verfügt über ein offenes Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Die fertige untere Ebene des Hauses ist ideal, um sich im Familienzimmer, im Badezimmer und in zwei zusätzlichen Bonusräumen auszubreiten, die als Schlafbereich genutzt werden können. Genießen Sie Ihre Zeit am Vereinsstrand. Die Miete erfolgt mit einem Kanu und Schwimmwesten. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre eigenen Angelruten mit und genießen Sie die Angebote von Josephs Pond. Sie müssen Ihre vierbeinigen Familienmitglieder nicht zu Hause lassen, da dieses Haus tierfreundlich ist und einen vollständig eingezäunten Garten hat. Dies ist eine Sonntag - Sonntag Miete. 125 USD Verwaltungsgebühr zuzüglich geltender staatlicher und lokaler Steuern. Stornierungsbedingungen: Zahlungen werden abzüglich einer Gebühr von 15% (der Gesamtmiete) und einer Verwaltungsgebühr erstattet, wenn die Immobilie zu den gleichen Bedingungen des ursprünglichen Vertrags erneut vermietet wird. Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um die Immobilie erneut zu vermieten, können jedoch keine erneute Vermietung garantieren. Die Restzahlung ist am 1. Mai fällig. Buchungen nach dem 1. Mai sind vollständig innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Buchung fällig.

The pond!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the open layout of the home and access to beautiful Joseph’s Pond. We spent most of our time enjoying that. Aside from the pond, you do need to drive pretty much everywhere- there isn’t very safe pedestrian access out of the community.

The property was accurately described in the listing. No complaints. Our only suggestion is to have some guidelines posted within the house on where to find things (like the window screens, which we eventually found) and what is off-limits, if applicable (e.g. there are towels and linens in the cabinets which we didn't use, but still good to know in case something comes up and we'd need to).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for two weeks in July this summer. It was an IDEAL location for our family. Situated on the pond, our children were outdoors most of the day jumping off the floating dock, playing in the kayaks, canoe and paddle boats. The fishing was amazing...we were so grateful to have the two fishing poles to use. The house itself was lovely, and accommodated our group perfectly. We spent many evenings sitting out on the deck for dinner, and enjoyed the tree swing outside. The house is about .3 miles from the Cape Cod bike path (a must for any families) and about a 5 minute drive to the beaches (Bank Street beach in Harwich was our favorite). We would recommend updating a few of the pans and add more blankets (the house had AC which we loved but it got chilly at night).

We would rate this property as one of our top two. Being the first renters, we have a couple of suggestions/comments:1. Is the owner aware that there is a very serious gypsy moth infestation in that area?2. The smoke alarm in the kitchen goes off with only one burner on the stove being used. We made a temporary fix by removing the alarm and placing it about 5 feet away. We replaced th alarm when finished cooking.3. We have Comcast as well down in Maryland, but this system was totally different. After trial and error and a few days, we figured out how to play a DVD, locate CNN, etc. A letter of instruction would be helpful.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the house, its fenced in backyard for our two dogs, its location right on the pond with kayaks and a canoe, and the friendly neighborhood. Harwich is a great area, and is centrally located to all parts of the Cape.We found that the cleaners had not done a thorough job after the prior occupants and this started us off feeling disappointed rather than excited. We reported this to the property management and it was addressed immediately. We also pointed out a few relatively minor maintenance items, and super-friendly handyman Dan was there immediately to fix. After that it was smooth sailing, and we actually extended from 4 to 5 weeks.

However these are the things that were wrong: 1. Front entry was full of cobwebs and dead bugs. The beautiful deck was dirty, all railings had to be cleaned. 2. Overgrown weeds and trees. 3. Mouse dropping and old old food in cabinets. Comforters we’re dirty and never replaced. They were sent out to laundry on Monday. No screens on the windows. Beach needed to be raked out. Lots of winter leaves.

We spent the majority of our time on the large deck enjoying the scenery. There is ample room for guests to sleep, eat and relax. The neighborhood is quiet, and is a nice place for walks. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. The location of the house was very convenient, and we found great local restaurants, shops, trails and beaches to visit.

Perfect Getaway During Uncertain Times

We had a lovely stay, relaxing, perfect location and our dogs loved the yard and the beach! We had all kinds of weather; hot, cool, a little rain but it was perfect. Beautiful time of year. We mostly stayed close by and did takeout or delivery or cooked in - especially with the current situation, but it was exactly what we needed! We definitely want to come back! We wished we could have stayed longer.

Booked a Second Week

We're still here enjoying our time!! Love it here. Perfect for us; perfect for our dogs and just what was needed in these uncertain times. Working from home for the last six months doesn't mean you don't need to get away! Love the whole setup of the house and it's very "homey". Not done yet. Still another week of relaxation ahead! The beach in the yard, the crystal clear water and we love this area. We've stayed in Harwich before but love this neighborhood. Our dogs love the yard - lots of new smells. 😊 Thinking about booking next year!

We were disappointed that the beach shown on the property was nonexistent, as the water was right up to the shore. We enjoyed the kayaks and the lake was great. Access the sandy beach shown required a walk up the road or a drive was required. The house needed a better cleaning. In particular, the downstairs bathroom was filthy.

I knocked my head on it a couple of times before training to remember it.2. The door to the patio has a really bad squeak. I tried WD-40 but it needs more than that. I think the lower hinge is off center.ey, that all small stuff...really enjoyed our stay.
