Entspannen Sie in dieser Balkonsuite im 3. Stock und genießen Sie den herrlichen Meerblick. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Queensize-Schlafsofa mit einer Memory Foam-Schlafmatratze und einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Eine neue Glasschiebetür ermöglicht einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und hält die Winde des Ozeans ruhig. Verspiegelte Wände sorgen für ein geräumigeres Erscheinungsbild und Fliesenböden machen das Gerät leicht sauber zu halten. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem 4-Flammen-Herd mit Backofen. Great little beach getaway

It is more of an “old school Florida vacation apartment complex” than “resort” but we love staying here for getaways. The resort is directly on the beach with amazing views and everyone is friendly. Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was right on the beach woth great views. Small condo just big enough for the two of us. The only down side was the air conditioners were crazy noisy and the furniture was quite outdated and looked a bit dirty due to age.

Ocean view but not much else

We booked the room imagining a beach side condo. Upon arriving, we realized this wasn’t a private property at all. Instead it was an old beachfront motel from the 1940’s or 50’s. The bed was a double for 2 adults. The unit was not clean and the furniture was extremely soiled. The property was generally neglected and needed work. Billed as a pet friendly property, we were shocked when we were given a laundry list (literally 15+ bullets) on the rules for pets. The rules included not allowing pets on bedding or furniture. If your pet jumps on furniture, you were directed to ask for a set of sheets to cover the soiled, aged furnishings. We broke our reservation (which I will commend the front desk for being accommodating) and moved to a Marriott property. Upon checking out, we nearly got trapped in the elevator that was malfunctioning. The maintenance man admitted he had been trapped in it several times that week. If you have other options, avoid this property.

Nice long weekend stay

This condo at Beecher's Lodge faces the ocean and is a nice place for a few days stay. It is a good size for one couple. I would not put four people in this room as it is very small. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable which is very important to us. The furniture is old but the price reflects that. The view is the reason we rented this condo. The view from the balcony is great!

Didn’t want to leave!!

Loved our time in 331! It is small, but bigger than a hotel room. It has a balcony facing the beach where we watched the sunrise and ate breakfast every morning. The fridge wasn’t working the first night and the staff replaced it before leaving for the evening. Everyone was very attentive to our needs, especially Lisa and the front desk staff. We WILL be back! ❤️

Disappointed

1. Spectacular view only redeeming quality. 2. Furniture outdated and should be replaced; the sheets i used to cover them as requested were an upgrade. 3. Glassware very nice but the pans have seen better days-NEED REPLACING! 4. Tiles although white looked clean but we wore our shoes the entire stay otherwise our feet were black with dirt. 5. Pest control was scheduled during our stay which is very inconvenient as we were on vacation and our days planned out ahead of schedule so couldnt allow it as we had our pet- thats why we paid pet fee. Overall our stay was pleasant, staff were friendly and attentive, the condo is perfectly located close to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. I think tjis really could be a better condo with a refresh of the amenitees.

Great Weekend

This is a nice little condo to stay in. Had most of what we needed. As others have mentioned, bathroom is very tiny, but that can be worked around. I wish I had known it was a smoke free property before booking. You have to go behind the office to smoke. The beach is very nice and the pool was also enjoyable. I would consider staying again.

Crescent Beach

The beach was awesome. Not crowded, very clean. Loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves. The condo needs some updating but it was comfortable enough although very small. Overall we had an enjoyable, relaxing time.

For the rating of this room that’s about all it had going for it. Appliances were outdated. The couch and seat was atrociously gross, don’t bother flipping the cushions. Please please someone update the couches & chair! The color green on the chair in the picture isn’t it’s real color that’s the grossness. The storage was a little odd and slim too. The cabinet door are starting to break because there are no handles and people just yank them. The bathroom needs an update as well. The sink was so short it came to my husbands knees literally. The bathroom door made it nearly impossible to get in and out of the bathroom, especially if you are bigger. And the fan in the bathroom is obnoxiously loud. Unfortunately it cuts on and off with the light. The overall decor was okay but outdated. Also the amount of mirrors everywhere especially the bedroom was odd. No cable or access to internet tv. Neighbors were loud above & to the side. Would not stay in this room again.
