This property has all the comforts of home in the heart of the Great North Woods. The home features three bedrooms and two baths, a comfortable living room with a cozy gas fireplace, and a large kitchen great for entertaining and cooking for a crowd. With plenty of onsite parking this is a perfect base camp for all your North Country adventures. We are only one mile from the Millsfield ATV parking area. We have direct snowmobile trail access, and we're within a few miles of some of the best fishing in Maine and New Hampshire. At the end of the day relax around the campfire in the fenced in backyard.

SxS Adventure

We brought our side by sides from Pa to ride the trails. The house was absolutely awesome. It was very clean, private and it had everything you could possibly think of. The location was great. The host was very responsive. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. Highly recommend this place.

Our second time staying at this property for fishing trip. House is great, very clean, well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. We have been coming to Errol for many years to fish and this house is the best place we have stayed at.

Great House for Fishing Trip !

My husband, our son and 4 good friends shared the house for a 4 day, 3 night fishing trip. Weather was mostly raining but they did get a good day out on Lake Umbagog . The covered porch was nice to sit & visit with each other. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked & living room had comfortable chairs to sit & relax in. Owner was very responsive to our questions. They would definitely rent this house again . Highly recommend.

Just Outstanding in Every Way

We found the Kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the property as a whole to be very large, highly functional, well organized, and super clean. The fire pit, foosball, cornhole, pool table, games, TV and beautiful private grounds offer much entertainment if you care to never leave the property. However, the vast surrounding area of rich forest and pristine lakes are beyond spectacular. When you combine all of this with a host who's main concern is that you are happy and having the trip you imagined you have one the best VRBO experiences imaginable. We will be back.

If you are coming to NH and not staying here you are really missing out. This place is absolutely the best place my wife and I have ever rented for vacation, over the past several years we have been going on month long vacations all over NH, FL, NC,and GA, when i say [the best] I know what I'm talking about. The house was just awesome and EXTREMLY CLEAN, well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation, the kitchen was so clean and so well supplied you can just walk in and start cooking. The bathrooms, again, very clean and well supplied, good attention to detail, the bedrooms are very nice and very comfortable. There is plenty to do if you want or you can just grab a drink and enjoy the beautiful view from the front porch. We really enjoyed walking on the trails from the house and around the property it's a beautiful setting with stunning views. This was the first place that we stayed at that we actually met the owner, David was super nice and very comfortable to speak with about the house and the area activities and amenity's, attention to detail and cleanliness are absolutely paramount to this owner and it shows, he should be teaching classes on how to be a VRBO owner. Five Star Stay

Our group of older fisherman (70-80) found this property to be a top notch property for quallity comfort. Beautifully appointed home with ample space that met our needs for a five night stay. Wonderful kitchen with all appliances and needs to satisfy all culinary needs for the chefs in the group. Comfy beds, bathrooms and perfect location. We will stay here again when in the area if available. Good Stuff.

Didn't want to leave

This is probably the best property my husband and I have rented in nearly a decade. Beautiful house and property, plenty of privacy, and property management was great. Make sure to buy your groceries ahead of time, as pickings are pretty slim in town. The only things that could be improved is having the parental lock taken off of the cable and have mattress toppers available, as the king and queen beds are very firm, and my husband ended up sleeping in one of the bunk beds.

Easy to find. Feels like your in your own home. Very peaceful area. Lots of room for your whole family. Lots of room to park your trucks and trailers also plenty of room to park cars by house. Very clean home

Beautiful Home in Secluded Area of NH

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home in NH. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool table in the basement was an added bonus for our three teenage boys! The house was incredibly clean and we felt very much at home during our stay. The property manager was very responsive to any questions I had before or during our stay.

Immaculate house with all the needed supplies with lots of unexpected extras.

The house was extremely clean and very well stocked with paper goods, soaps, even coffee filters. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The walking path was a surprise as was the little frog pond, so cute. It was a treat to park the bike in the garage. The ladies were really impressed with the buckets of goodies, such a nice touch. We loved the front porch. Tiki torches and a nice fire was the topping on the cake after a beautiful day of riding. Would definitely recommend this place.

I've lived in Errol most of my life and have always loved this town. It's a great place to enjoy the outdoors and raise a family. I'm a carpenter by trade but I've always had an interest in real estate and rental properties. When the last owners if this home hired me to fix a few things before they put it for sale I fell in love with it. My wife and I made an offer and we've been busy ever since. We have tried to set the home up the way that we would want it to be if we were renting it. I live about 2 miles from the home with my wife and two sons so there is always someone available to handle any situations that may arise.

This home is perfect base camp for large families or multiple couples with children. It has a large kitchen that the cook will fall in love with, a comfortable living room, and plenty of room to spread out. The back yard is fenced in making it perfect for smaller children to play outside and it also has a fire ring to relax around. The older kids will have 11 acres of woods to explore. Our large parking lot will hold a lot of trucks and trailers and its also a good spot for a ball game. The garage in the basement has a pool table which is available in warmer months and one bay available for your car or toys.

The greatest thing about this property is the privacy. You will have 11 acres all to yourself. There is a walking path through the woods and a fenced in back yard. The large parking area can also be used for ball games during nice weather.
