Casa Albero ist ein luxuriöses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten für einen fantastischen Familienurlaub. Alle Schlafzimmer haben luxuriöse Badezimmer oder Nasszellen in Farben, die mit den Schlafzimmern kombiniert sind. Die prächtige Lounge mit Blick auf den beheizten Pool und die Berge sowie das Esszimmer mit einer atemberaubenden modernen Einbauküche. Die Küche ist mit NEFF-Geräten ausgestattet. Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen, integrierte Kaffeemaschine sowie ein amerikanischer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach mit Eis und Wasser vom Fass. All dies wurde entwickelt, um Ihrem Urlaub den WOW-Faktor hinzuzufügen. In der unteren Etage befindet sich der Art-Deco-Heimkino-Raum mit einer umfangreichen Filmbibliothek und einem Spielzimmer. Das Spielzimmer ist als American Diner eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Bar, einen Tisch, ein Sofa (kann als Doppelbett genutzt werden), einen Billardtisch, einen Flipper, Brettspiele und eine Jukebox. Es gibt auch ein viertes luxuriöses Duschbad und WC sowie einen praktischen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Waschbecken. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Klimaanlage oder Heizung für alle Räume, die mit einer energiesparenden Heiz- / Kühlpumpe betrieben werden. Im Winter gibt es eine solarbetriebene Fußbodenheizung und einen Holzofen in der Lounge. Die Lounge bietet Platz für 6 Personen, einen großen Fernseher mit Zugang zu den meisten britischen Kanälen (IPTV), einen DVD / Blu-Ray-Player, HIFI und ein drahtloses Soundsystem, das das Esszimmer, die Terrasse und einen tragbaren Lautsprecher für drinnen oder draußen speist. Es gibt einen zusätzlichen Fernseher im Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, damit die Kinder ihre eigenen Programme sehen können. Extern gibt es eine große Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden oder einfach nur zum Entspannen am Pool. Es gibt zwei schattige weiche Sitzbereiche, einer im Garten und der andere auf der Terrasse. Ideal zum Entspannen beim Lesen eines Buches mit einem Glas Wein. Es gibt auch einen Esstisch für Mahlzeiten im Freien, an dem man sich am Ende des Tages unterhalten und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Dann gibt es einen großen tragbaren Weber Kettle BBQ, der in Aktion gesetzt werden kann, damit der BBQ-Vater einen Beitrag zum Kochen leisten kann!

Excellent villa

Really lovely villa, fitted and furnished to an exceptionally high quality and fully equipped. Peaceful ( but not far from what you need) with great Mountain Views. Warm pool. The games room becomes addictive. Communication with owners and local agent excellent. Thank you Bob and Denise. A very enjoyable holiday and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villa to others. Amazing villa

We had high expectations when we saw the listing for this villa and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Communication with the owner was very good leading up to our arrival and we felt like we had a great amount of information. When we arrived the villa certainly had the wow factor. Spacious and well equipped throughout. The views were lovely and the location very quiet and not at all overlooked. The cinema and the diner were the icing on the cake and we used them daily. We go to different villas in Spain every year but we would definitely return to this villa: it was pretty much faultless

This is the fourth time staying here. We have been returning for the last 8-9 years or so. Absolutely love it. For the facilities and standard of the property, it’s reasonable priced. Fantastic villa

The whole experience was wonderful. Communication from the owner was great and lots of helpful info given to us before our arrival. The villa is absolutely stunning with equally stunning views. We were met by Anna who showed us everything and was on hand should we have any queries. The villa is of an extremely high standard and we really relaxed and enjoyed our stay. We found it very central for visiting surrounding areas too but of course a car is essential. Just wish we could have stayed for longer !

Superb villa in a lovely picturesque location!

This was our second stay and Casa Albero and it still is as fantastic as before. The location is ideal and 5 minutes away from Mijas Pueblo which is a beautiful village on the edge of a mountain. The facilities are five star! I’m a keen cook and the kitchen is fully equipped. I loved the cinema room too! Elaine and Sue, who manage the property were fantastic and always available to help. A first class villa in a commanding location.

We stayed at Casa Albero for a week in mid October. The property is exceptionally well presented and equipped with a fantastic kitchen dining area, superb bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Views over the surrounding countryside are uninterrupted and the location on the edge of the development is very quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool,games room and home cinema were a great hit with the kids, providing all day entertainment. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone!

Amazing Villa

We have stayed in quite a few villa in different places but this was one of our favourites . Communication with Bob leading up to stay was excellent, met at villa shown around . Villa is very well equipped . Pool good size and plenty of shade around if you need it . 3 good size bedrooms all an suite and amazing cinema room and games room downstairs. You will need a car but we liked just being away in the hills and villa not overlooked . Will definitely be returning

Blissful and relaxing week

We had a wonderful 8 nights at Bob and Denise's villa. It was exactly as described and the location was in a peaceful urbanisation a few minutes drive from Mijas. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, and the comfortable beds meant we all had brilliant night's sleep. The villa was very well equipped, with a particular highlight being the amazing cinema room and extensive collection of DVDs. The villa is so easily accessible from the airport and there are some lovely local trips. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa. Bob and Denise were so helpful and responded straight away to any queries.

Splendid villa

We had a fantastic week in this fabulous villa. Our first day was not ideal with a forest fire very close by, but care taker Anna handled it all very well. The villa is very spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the wonderfully shaded terraces, the music system, and of course the pool. Our sons had fun in the ‘diner’ playing pool and listening to a lot of golden oldies on the juke box. With Mijas and Fuengirola just a short drive away there was plenty of choice in restaurants. Wish we could have tried more! We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to visit again.

Great experience

This is a great house, especially for people who want to spend some quality time in it, without bothering to go out (i.e. nice diner room with pool table, real movie theater with excellent sound). But if you are feeling like it, in 10 min drive there is Mijas Pueblo where you can find restaurants and small shops. One very positive remark about our hosts. Bob & Denise (with the great support from Ana) did their best in trying to make our vacations perfect. Specially when unexpected things happen, they were always there with a solution. We are really looking forward to visit this house again, hopefully soon.

Amazing Villa

From the decription and pictures we saw before we went we knew it was going to a lovely villa, but when we got there we relised it is so much more, words can't describe the quality and attention that has been applied to this fantastic villa both in the building of it in the 1st place and the fixtures and fitting within, the views are stunning, the size of the place is huge and what can I say about the Amercan dinner and cinema room, you will never find better facilities in a rental villa!! this place has definatly raised the bar on future holiday bookings, I think we will need to come back here for ever now as we will never find anything like it again. Bob & Denise were fantastic in the booking process and once we got there Elaine & Sue who were the caretakers were brilliant, explaining how everything worked (believe me you need it with the cinama setup) and being available during the stay if we had any further questions after the initial check in. Can't wait to book again.

Idyllic property with amazing views and fabulous facilities.

The villa was just what we wanted, with private pool and quiet location. Our boys loved the pool table and cinema room, but spent most of the time enjoying the fantastic pool. The villa is up in the hills above Mijas, about ten minutes drive into Mijas Pueblo, Urbanizacion Valtocaldo. The area reminded me of gated communities you see on TV in Los Angeles. Sheer luxury. You will need a car to go food shooping or go to the restaurants in Mijas pueblo, but this was a small price to pay for the stunning, uninterrupted views and beautiful sunsets at night. There were several areas to sit outside, with a veranda off the main bedroom, a large family dining area to the front, and lovely patio couches with awning above at the entrance porch, plus a table and chairs to the side door. Also beautiful sitting area in the garden. This would be ideal for a big family wanting their own space at times to sit out, aswell as the big living room, cinema room and games room for entertainment at night. We would definitely make a return visit!

Awesome family holiday!

Wow..... everything about this property was just perfect! From the booking process, communication with Bob and Denise (the owners), the guides that they provided ahead of our trip, through to the meet and greet by Anna (the housekeeper). Thanks so much for making our stay just perfect. We are certainly suffering the holiday blues 😬 The villa was just what we wanted, and more. The location was perfect, about 10 mins drive from Mijas Pueblo, with stunning views from the many outdoor seating areas. The pool was clean and a great temperature, and provided many hours of fun and relaxation each day for our family. Just what we needed. The standard of villa was 5*, and had all of the amenities you could want from a holiday villa (home away from home), including a cinema room and American diner, with lots of games and entertainment - a great option to keep the kids out of the midday sun! This is certainly a villa we wouldn't hesitate in booking again, and again, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a luxury villa, with everything you could possibly need for an awesome family holiday in a perfect location. A fabulous luxury experience at Casa Albero

What a beautiful villa, very clean lovely bedding and soft towels. A very well equipped kitchen with American fridge with ice & water on tap. Denise & Bob have done an amazing job decorating and designing the villa with real attention to detail. We very much enjoyed the cinema room and had an American evening in the diner followed by a movie! Elaine gave us a full & detailed tour of the house on arrival and was readily available for us in case we needed anything clarifying. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool. Many visit to Mijas to enjoy the shopping and tapas, with trips to Antequera which is a must see and Rhonda with the amazing bridge. The views are stunning when sitting on the verand with a glass of wine watching the sunset or sitting in the comfy seating area. This was topped off with a final meal in the El Postillon lovely prawns Pil Pil and a steak to die for. All in all a very happy satisfying holiday and would definitely return next year! This was to be our first holiday as a family renting a Villa. Family of 11 months to 79 years. We wasn’t sure what to expect but knew from the photos/info it was going to be great. However, we were blown away from the minute we arrived. We were met by two lovely ladies Elaine & Sue who look after the villa, they were very knowledgeable about the equipment and area and gave us lots of advice. Bob & Denise have put a lot of thought into what people enjoy and want from a holiday, the quality and style of the villa and its equipment is the best, no expense spared. From the music system to the Cinema and Games room. The ambiance of the area is a dream, we had fun filled days around the pools & gardens and relaxing evening BBQ’s eating on the terrace watching the sunsets over the luscious green Mountains. 100% tranquillity. 12 Euros in a taxi to the nearest village Mijas which is well worth a visit. Wow, we felt spoilt....

From the very moment we arrived at the gated entrance, it was clear that this was going to be a luxury break! The house is high enough in the mountains to have the most amazing views, yet only a 10 minute car journey into the beautiful Mijas. The house is stunning, and extremely well equipped. The cinema room and games room were a big hit with my teenager and younger son, they were able to have fun whilst the grown ups relaxed with a glass of wine whilst taking in the fabulous views on one of the many outdoor seating areas. The pool is a great size, very clean, although a touch on the chilly side but it was only April so the solar panels aren't configured to heat the pool much until beginning of May. That didnt stop us Brits, once in it was fine 🤣. We decided against hiring a car as we've never driven on the right side of the road before, but it was never a problem as taxi hire is very easy and not too costly. We used an app called PideTaxi, which pinpointed our exact location, and we could do everything via the app, and have a taxi at the door within 15 mins. It cost between 9-11 euros into Mijas. Mijas is a picture perfect little town, very photogenic, with an amazing choice of eateries and things to visit. There is a small supermarket right by the taxi rank in Mijas, called Erosion, which we used quite a lot. We have never stayed somewhere more than once, but we certainly wouldn't hesitate to book again as it really was a perfect break for the whole family, in a perfect luxury villa. Thankyou!

Denise and I live in South East England both having had professional jobs as careers. Denise in HR and Bob in IT having owned his own business, sold this and teamed up with a work colleague to repeat the experience for his colleague.
We both have an interest in home design, having created lovely living spaces in our main home and in our holiday home, Casa Albero.
Being a host is a massive responsibility and a we put a great deal of effort in making sure our guests have the best holiday experience possible.

In 2013 we decided to build a holiday home in the exclusive Voltacado Urbanisation near Mijas. The project was finished in July 2015 with gardens completed in September the same year. We do hope all enjoy this beautiful home and stunning location.

A modern classical fully air-conditioned home set out in a contemporary style with all the modern fittings and facilities you only find in top luxury homes. This includes a home cinema room and an American style games room with pool table, jukebox and pinball machine in the ground floor. The heated swimming pool over looks the mountains and is set into a large open terrace with shading, where needed. Additionally, there's a large quiet shaded area in the gardens, for relaxing or just reading a book. The lounge opens onto the kitchen and dining room with great views to the mountains and down to the coast. The master bedroom with King size bed and guest bedroom with a Queen, also look out over the mountains. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with the master bathroom having a walk-in shower. Under floor heating is provided for the winter and a wood burning stove in the lounge for an extra boost if needed.
