We always stay in Sea Pines, but this is our favorite spot yet!! A+ location, A+ renovations, A+ setting.

Nice but some FYIs

The condo has very nice updates in most living areas -- kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The master bed is comfortable. The living room furniture (two recliners and rug) are definitely old and stained. I'm surprised there are no beach towels, so bring your own! There's also no beach toys or beach gear provided, other than a very, very small cooler ---at least we didn't find and did not see mentioned in the information binder in the condo. The location is good and close to Harbor Town, and if you're in a car, be aware turning left out of the parking lot can be challenging, as it's very close to intersection and is busy. Bring your spices, as there is only salt and pepper in the kitchen. Nice view of golf course and pond behind the condo, and we routinely saw a gator (or two) sunning or swimming in the pond. Would consider staying again the future!

Reading Week getaway with family

We have been to Sea Pines and stayed in the Harbour Town area several times. This location and condo was excellent. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds/bathrooms for everyone with a great kitchen as well. Tennis courts close by too. Only negative was we would have liked access to a BBQ but we made it work. Overall, an awesome condo!

Wonderful stay for Thanksgiving!

This was such a great house for our family to stay in over Thanksgiving. We know Sea Pines Hilton Head well from many years of visits and this place was in a great location near Harbor Town and the beach. Lovely 3 bed place, on the water and golf course, easy for us all to relax in.

Fantastic location in the heart of sea pines

What a peaceful place to spend vacation! If you love golf and tennis, this condo is ideal for a Hilton Head Sea Pines vacation. The tennis courts are right outside the door and you are sitting on a little lake on a golf course! Just the right size for a family of six

Superb location and many updates

We love Inland Harbor and this is, by far, the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. All bathrooms beautifully updated, lovely updated kitchen with wonderful appliances, appealing nautical decor throughout and almost 180 degree views of the lagoon (including “Swampy” the alligator) and the golf course. It’s a quick walk to the Shops at Sea Pines Center and a very doable walk to Harbour Town. We had far more room than we needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed this obviously loved villa. Thank you to the owners. We will return!

Wonderful stay!

We so enjoyed this place! It is everything we needed and more! Plenty of space and all updated! The kitchen was beautiful and had all we needed for cooking at home. Location is awesome..it is a quiet neighborhood, but close to beach and harbor town. We rented bikes from breeze bikes (great place) and loved biking to the beach and the lighthouse everyday!!! So many places to bike w great trails. We enjoyed watching alligators in the lagoon from the back porch! So beautiful everywhere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Sea Pines Christmas

The location cannot be beat. The unit was spacious and accommodating, but very dated. The living room furniture and dining room table seemed to be the only updated pieces in the unit. The pillows were lame and old. The kitchen had a "hodge podge" of items, so preparing meals took some creativity. We were surprised that there was not any spices, oil, sugar, etc left behind from previous renters. We usually rent through VRBO and can depend on a few cooking basics to be on hand. Only one trash bag was available so it was fortunate that we had some grocery bags on hand for trash until we could get to the store. Again, renting through VRBO we can always count on a few of these extras to be on hand. The main tv in the living room was not a "smart tv", which we were disappointed about. We were hoping to be able to stream some movies. This was our first time using VACASA and we were not overly impressed. The house needs an overall update from kitchen ware to linens. The cabinets were a mess and the closets had random stuff in them. Just odd for a rental. We did enjoy the tennis courts lined for pickleball. With some updating, organizing, and stocking of better kitchen essentials, this unit has wonderful potential.

Girls Weekend

Great 2 Weeks!

Location is great, close (walking distance) to Sea Pines Center and Harbourtown. Everyday we made the short drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club to enjoy the beautiful facilities and spend time at the beach.

Rooms with a view!

After having rented a variety of accommodations in Sea Pines Resort over the years, this was one of our favorites near Harbour Town! Excellent location for accessing the harbour, beach and many other attractions on the resort by bike. The unit was comfortable and well stocked, with amazing views of a golf course and a lagoon featuring lots of wildlife. Pool area was lovely and enjoyable. Brought our dogs and had plenty of places to walk them away from the neighborhood gators. Highly recommend this one!

Inland Harbour 2431

Sea Pines Resort is such a beautiful place and the condo we stayed in was nice. Very nicely decorated and perfect for our family. Loved the open floor plan and floor to ceiling windows that allowed for tons of natural lighting and spectacular views of the lagoon and golf course.

The Villa was nice and located very near Harbour Town. The Villa was in need of a deep clean and an update of the kitchen. The outside rear windows looked like they were not cleaned in years.

Beautiful home

We had a great time and enjoyed all the windows! The pool is close and clean. We even spotted some wild life in the pond out back. Our only minor inconveniences were not finding a wine bottle opener, lack of additional garbage bags/coffee filters, and the many emails and text messages. We would have preferred a single email or letter to address check in/codes/check out. Overall it’s a beautiful place!

Great location

The unit was in a great location within Sea Pines. The only draw back was the updates that are needed in the kitchen and baths. It was mentioned in previous reviews and I believe there is a plan for a remodel. The owners have updated the flooring throughout and the furniture was in lovely condition. I am a clean freak and found the condo could have used a better cleaning of the walls and windows. Being that the unit sits directly over a lagoon, I assume keeping the windows clean is not as easy as you would think. We did have to place a few calls into Vacasa which were quickly addressed although one particular issue was never resolved. Overall, we were pleased with the size of the unit and the amenities offered. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with every possible option. The pool on site is literally cleaned every morning by a pool company. The landscapers were there multiple times throughout our two week stay, keeping the grounds looking beautiful. If the remodels occur, this unit will easily jump to a 5 STAR top of the line rental.

Family weekend

Got to check in early which was awesome! Townhome was very nice but toilet paper holder in downstairs bathroom was coming off wall and back deck was very dirty. But other than that great location and nicely furnished! Could have had more trash bags and some type of food coverings. Would have been nice to be given a map of sea pines or had one in rental, first time at Sea Pines and we had no idea what and where things were!
