Great Location & Value!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO very much and would highly recommend it. It is in a great location, had very comfortable furniture and beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying a book or just relaxing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and it was a great value! The carpets need to be cleaned but other than that, we would definitely return.

The condo property was clean & well maintained. We enjoyed the golf course. The Scottsdale experience was wonderful. Two reasons overall rating was not a 5.... -Laundry room is not in condo as most are today. -living room furniture is beautiful looking, but not that comfortable, at least for us. We would recommend this condo!

Great location

Having a gated entry was nice. We also had an assigned parking spot in the garage. The building hallways are old but the actual unit was good. The seating in the front room was good for two people, not sure if more people would be comfortable. There is laundry that is no charge on another floor but it wasn’t a big deal since you could see when the machines were available. It was nice to have it close. The kitchen had all the perfect appliances. All the things we needed were there. The location was perfect! We had morning coffee on the deck.

Would book again.

Was just as promised. We were allowed to decorate for Christmas. The fireplace was beautiful and definitely the main focal point. We had no problems to report to owner who lives in same condos. You will need to bring your own personal items. Such as shampoo, conditioner, Nothing a trip to store won’t fix.

Quiet, comfortable and safe.

This was our first visit to Scottsdale and we couldn't have picked a better location. The condo was close to golf courses (as well as a par 3, 9 hole course you can use), beautiful city parks and shopping. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the patio in the evening overlooking the first hole of the condo course. David, our host, met us when we arrived and showed us our parking spot and the condo which we really appreciated. He even came back a little while later when we had a question about the AC. The master bedroom was very large and had a comfortable king sized bed. The internet worked flawlessly and the TV's had YouTube TV as well as Netflix. We can't thank David enough for everything and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice property

Large well kept condo on the third floor, property owner met us at the condo and provided keys and showed us our parking space. Nice view from the patio of the mountains and surrounding area. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving getaway

very nice condo unit and property. Loved having the 9 hole golf course on site! Good location to lots of things in the Scottsdale area (shopping, restaurants, park access, quick access to highways, etc). Didn't have time to check out the pool, tennis courts, library or workout room; maybe next time. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location

The property is in a great location and had everything on site that we required. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the property and how close it was to Old Town where we walked every day to. We also enjoyed the pools around the complex and used the bq a couple of times. David was very quick to respond to all my inquiries and I would recommend this location as a rental for those traveling to Scottsdale.

Great Location

The outside is well manicured and very pretty. Buildings are a little older but pretty well maintained. Hallway to the condo a little dark and musty. Inside of condo very nice. Plenty of room for the three of us. Paper products were not well stocked. Ran out of Kleenex by the second day. Had to buy more toilet paper. Kitchen was decently stocked with cookware, appliance etc. maybe include more towels. There was only one for each person. Over all, we would stay here again

Scottsdale Condo Complex

Secure property, great pools, nice 9 hole executive golf course for practicing your short game and access to free shuttle to downtown Scottsdale. Close to great restaurants. I would highly recommend Pasta Brioni’s and Clancy’s Pub & Grill. Our condo was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Perfect Home Away from Home

The purpose of our trip was to drop our son off to college. This condo was beautiful and felt very homey. David, the property manager was very accommodating! You are surrounded by great eateries from high end dining to mid range, shopping and so much more. Phoenix is just a hop away. I would definitely utilize thus property again.

Great Place!

When we first arrived, I have to say I was a little skeptical; it's an older building and the hallways to the unit have not been updated at all....but - don't let that stop you! The unit has been updated and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. We didn't get to experience the golf on-site unfortunately. The complex is very well staffed - we saw employees actually dusting the parking garages for spiders, etc. The grounds are very well kept. They have food trucks, it seems, about twice per week, which was fun. David was EXCELLENT! He quickly responded to any of our needs when we first arrived - he is very attentive to your needs. His communication was excellent. It's a great value and a great place to stay - plus so close to Fashion Square and great restaurants!
