Diese Wohnung wurde komplett mit grau-weißem Marmor und Küstendekor im gesamten aktualisiert. Mit 2 großen Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Badezimmern ist die Wohnung perfekt für Paare oder kleine Familien. Diese Wohnanlage wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine komplett aktualisierte Küche sowie Upgrades im gesamten Gebäude. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch sowie Zugang zum Balkon. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as described. The golf cart and balcony furniture is different than pictured but not in a negative way. The golf cart is super nice and balcony furniture is an upgrade from the picture. It was clean, inviting, and well stocked. We did not use the sofa sleeper. The appliances including the washer and dryer worked well. However, the ice dispenser does clog with ice and could use a deep cleaning. The beach access was easy and not over crowded. The pool was heated. A little disappointed in people saving pool chairs and not even using them. That isn’t on the property management company though. We would book this property again.

Great stay

We had a great time at this condo. The view of the fireworks for the fourth from the balcony was amazing. The golf cart made getting around fun and easy. We would stay here again.

Home away from Home!

Had a wonderful time in Destin. Room was wonderful. Great place to stay and rest. Very clean and cozy! Will try to book this room again!! Golf cart was a great amenity.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and we had ample room to have privacy and enjoy shared spaces too. The views are fabulous from everywhere! The balcony is nice too. The entire grounds and property seem very safe and are maintained well. The golf cart was a nice bonus too. We would return here and definitely recommend!

Nice stay

This was a great space and location for our family of 5. The included golf cart was great for exploring the area! The only negatives would be that some of the towel and tp holders were coming out of the wall, some of the cupboard door hinges were broken and it wasn’t cleaned very well. Did it ruin our trip? Absolutely not! We will be back and would be happy to stay here again!

Excellent Condo and Location

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in this condo. Location is excellent and very convenient. View is great. Golf cart is great to have to get around resort and to go across the highway through the tunnel to get to Baytown area. Loved the check-in and out! You are sent the code for the door lock and the code for the gate locks. You go straight to condo and use the codes to get in. To check-out- you leave by 10. So easy and convenient! The only recommendation I have is for the mattress in the master bedroom to be replaced. It is getting to the point of needing to be changed out. The mattress in the second bedroom was comfortable and in better shape. Will definitely rent this unit again!

Nice place

Location was wonderful and once you figure out codes to gate and entryway, it was easy. Place was clean and looked like pictures. Golf cart did not match photo, had paint missing from sides, however it ran fine. Master bed mattress was not comfortable at all, and sleeping on sofa bed was worse alternative. E-mailing owners or management went without response (2 days) however when I called management, they answered and were nice. (I was just letting them know there was no cover to be found for golf cart and it didn’t match photo, not a complaint, but didn’t want to be responsible for the cover). Everything else was fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a wonderful 10 day stay. There were a few things that could be updated like master bedroom mattress, unfortunately it was very uncomfy and woke up with back pain. The golf cart is a wonderful addition, but could really use some TLC. Only other complaint were the screen doors to the balcony. We would have loved to been able to use them, especially the one in the bedroom, but the day we got it, we noticed they weren’t even on the tracks, oh well. Again this was a beautiful stay, with minor updates, it would be all round five stars. My family has been visiting Sandestin Beach Resort for 4 years now, and we love the area/location. This was the first time we splurged for the beach side, and so glad we did!

There are things that really need updated in this property like the bedding in both bedrooms and the Coachbed!!! Horrible 4 nights of sleep!! My son had to take the coachbed poor thing!!! The inside of the toilet tank is full of mold please clean that up !!! My husband found that out when the tolit keep running and he raised the top to fix it from running!! The refrigerator is horrible every time you get ice or water out of the door water and ice went everywhere and you had to clean up the floor behind it!!! The location was the only thing good about this place!

All expectations were met. Plus More! The condo was clean and provided for a wonderful four night stay. The condo was stocked with all your BASIC needs. Going from the room, beach and pool could not have been easier. The best part was the golf cart. Let me just say Convenience is key and the golf cart sums that up. Especially, when commuting between the condo and Baytown it makes life so much easier, with parking and even taking the whole family back and forth. Also, much praise to the rental management co. They were great with communicating. They were coming to replace the microwave and gave us ample amount of time before doing so. Also, the golf cart had a small issue with the switch, quickly came to the rescue and had it fixed by the end of the day. They saved the day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got back from a 5 night stay at Westwinds 4807. We had a great time during our stay. The location was beautiful and we had great views from every window. The best part was having a golf cart to see the resort. We only used our vehicle once during our stay because we had the golf cart. We were able to drive the golf cart around the resort, to restaurants near by, and to Baytowne Wharf every night. There was a couple of things that were broken in the condo that need fixing. For example, a dresser, a kitchen cabinet door, and a couple of beach chairs. The golf cart had some paint damage on the side but no big deal. I contacted the management company to let them know so that I would not be charged for the damages and they responded quickly. They were wonderful and very professional. This did not keep us from having a great time. We will definitely be back to this condo and resort for a longer stay next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Westwinds is in a lovely location, directly on the beach and amongst lush landscape within the Sandestin property. The biggest plus is that this unit comes with the use of a 6 seater gold cart to navigate throughout the entire Sandestin Resort and the neighboring Grand Blvd shops and restaurants. You really don’t need a car. This unit needs some attention as there were quite a few issues. Dresser drawer front hanging off, kitchen cabinet door hanging, screen on balcony door almost totally ripped off, golf cart no longer had an operating radio nor backup camera and had a huge area of paint missing. We opted to report these issues but not have them addressed during our stay. Personally I book units that are aesthetically pleasing to my eye so having these noticeable issues still in disrepair is less than admirable. Definitely would book this unit for a 3rd time feeling more than confident these issues will have been remedied by next summer. Again, great place, great views, great pool and we were so thankful for the golf cart !!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always fun with my daughter, unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there. The condo was excellent. We have stayed in this unit before.
