Diese im typischen westindischen Stil eingerichtete und eingerichtete Villa in einer sicheren Residenz verfügt über 4 große, klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten, die jeweils mit einem Badezimmer ausgestattet sind. Haushaltswäsche wird gestellt und die Reinigung erfolgt dreimal pro Woche.
Die Villa wurde auf einem Hügel erbaut und liegt eingebettet in einen exotischen Garten von 3500 m².
Es ist geräumig und komfortabel, ideal für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden.
Der riesige weiße Sandstrand von Orient Bay ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet Strandrestaurants und alle nautischen Aktivitäten: Segeln, Jetski, Tauchen, Surfen, Wakeboarden, Kitesurfen, Parasailing oder einfach faulenzen und bräunen.

Glorious Trip

Our stay at Villa Allamanda was glorious. Our family of seven checked in with Dominique and he was available whenever we needed him. Always greeting us with a smile and pleasant disposition. The location is perfectly located at Orient Bay. The beach club is great and plenty of restaurants to visit during our stay. We hope to definitely stay here again next year!

Villa Allamanda

August 3-10, 2024. This villa was great. The outdoor space is amazing. The pool and hot tub are the best we have experienced in the Orient Village(5 different properties so far). The bedrooms are very nice and spacious. Communication from the owner was accurate and timely. The only downside was adjusting to no air conditioning in the main house area. By opening the doors a nice breeze kept the area manageable. The bedrooms all have a/c so no problem sleeping. All in all, i would definitely stay at Villa Allamanda again

Great property in ideal location!

We had a fantastic time at the Baie Orientale house. It was very spacious for our 6 guests and in immaculate condition provided by Bernadette the housekeeper. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurants, food market, etc., but the right distance for a very private accommodation. Definitely would recommend, and look forward to visiting again.

My friends and I came to stay at this property for my birthday. It was exactly as expected and even exceeded our expectations. The property manager was lovely and responsive and the house had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would book again.

Great house

We spent 4 nights here with 3 other couples. The house and location are great. Wonderful views and a short walk into town and the beach. The house was very clean and has everything you need. Both Nathalie and Bernadette were great and very helpful.

Beautiful Villa

This property is a wonderful. Perfect location with a beautiful view. It is walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The villa is large, but cozy and very comfortable. The property has beautiful views if you want to enjoy the pool and hot tub. It has everything you need while on vacation and if you are missing anything, Dominique will check in on you and help you! If you are looking for a perfect vacation spot this is where you need to book!

Perfect in every way

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The views are unbeatable and the location is superb. We had an easy check in and check out. Nathalie was always very helpful and responsive to our requests beforehand. We had a big group but everyone left there happy and we all had a wonderful trip. Thanks - we will definitely be returning! :)

Great time!

The property was very secure with excellent fenced yard and alarm system. The backyard was beautiful and my family loved the pool. The living area does not have air conditioning and we were worried that it would be too hot, but the Caribbean breeze kept the house comfortable when we were there and had everything opened up. When we went out and closed the house up, it did become very warm. The kitchen needs to be updated.... we would not cook in it. The only negatives to the home were the ants, no seeums, and mosquitos.

Amazing location and poperty

We'd never been to St. Maarten before and I'm so glad we ended up in Orient Bay and at this property. Orient Bay has a low-key feel to it and is less "in your face" touristy. Villa Allemanda was a fantastic property and great location...about a 5 minute walk into the main area, where there are high quality shops, restaurants, grocery and of course, the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful...windy with waves and quite uncrowded -- perfect in my opinion! The vill itself was clean and secure with a great European feel to it. Bedrooms were well air conditioned and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool, hot tub and covered back deck area were perfect, whether you prefer sun or shade. And Dominic...well he is wonderful. He checked in on us without being overbearing, gave us good advice on the area, and worked out a couple minor kinks with incredible responsiveness. I'd highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great place!

This property is beautiful!!! It is just a slice of heaven. We went to St. Martin in July, and it was hot/humid!! We were so thankful that our bedrooms had AC and it was not unusual for one of the 8 persons in our party to be hiding in our room to soak in the AC. Dominique, the caretaker, was kind and welcoming. We did not have the proper plugs so he was trying to accommodate all of us with the converters. He said that prior guests had removed the plugs that were there for their use so he pulled from his personal stock. I would suggest that each bedroom had what one would need and that they would be a big strip of plugs (including American option). Dominique also kept us in regular supply of bug spray and would kindly turn on the hot tub heater for the evenings. It is surprising that we would need the heater since it was so warm. But at night the water would feel very cool so the hot tub was lovely. I would give 5 stars if there were more vigorous fans in the living room and fans on the porch. They have fans in the living room but they are high on the ceiling and help some with cooling but they should be stronger to create more air flow. There are no fans on the porch. So when you are sitting out, enjoying the view, you just wish for some airflow and to control for mosquitos. Once again, this property is just amazing. I would love to feel the difference to travel here in January versus July!!

Séjour d’exception à la villa Allamanda!

Séjour idyllique dans la magnifique Villa Allamanda en janvier 2025, idéalement située et parfaitement adaptée à notre famille de trois générations composée de 6 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants. Dominique, le gardien attentionné, nous a accueillis avec chaleur et simplicité, ce qui a été très rassurant et particulièrement apprécié.La villa offre une vue à couper le souffle sur Orient Bay, ainsi qu’une splendide piscine parfaitement sécurisée pour les tout-petits, ce qui a été un vrai plus pour notre tranquillité d’esprit.Les chambres, bien conçues, correspondaient parfaitement aux besoins de notre groupe, et les espaces communs spacieux et confortables ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un petit souci de climatisation a été réglé très rapidement grâce a notre gardien. Une petite suggestion serait de rafraîchir certains éléments de l’ameublement des espaces communs, ce qui pourrait encore sublimer cette villa déjà exceptionnelle.En résumé, des vacances familiales mémorables dans un cadre exceptionnel, agrémentées par la bienveillance de Dominique (alias Franck Dubosc), qui a pris soin de nous jusqu’à la dernière minute. A refaire!

April 2022 stay

Can’t say enough good things about our trip. The communication was awesome before the trip. I sent several questions multiple times and they answered them all quickly. Dominique the care taker on-site is amazing. Such a nice and helpful man. The house is in a great location. It’s on a hill with an amazing view. The warm small pool was our favorite. It’s not blazing hot but more like a warm bath to sit, talk and enjoy snacks on the table. Air conditioning in the rooms was perfect. Some times even to cold. WiFi was good. Fiber speed in the US implies really really fast speeds. This was just adequate enough for 6 adults on devices all the time. We had one work day and were able to do a video call. Beds were very comfortable. The amount of different group seating areas inside and out is amazing. So many options. The kitchen has a large retractable walk through window that opens to the outdoor back porch. This was so nice cooking and serving meals restaurant style. It was a bonus we didn’t even know about. Property is fully gated with a remote. Inside a gated resort area. Entire house has an alarm with remote. We felt very safe in the entire area. 6 min to Grand case by car. 3 min down to Orient beach at the bottom of the hill. Lots of restaurant choices. 7 min car ride to Pinel island ferry or Anse Marcel beach. Both must do’s. Overall we loved the place. Just a couple of little draw backs we didn’t realize. But they would not prevent us from returning. Only 2 of the rooms have a toilet inside the room. The red master bedroom had a full tub, shower, sink but no toilet. It’s in unairconditioned hall way. Also the one bedroom downstairs has a full bath but it’s in the hall. There is a door to the hall so it’s private. It’s just not inside the air conditioned room. We were told the downstairs room was low water pressure. Last draw back. Kitchen cabinets are very dated. But well stocked. They even have two full sized refrigerators. That was great to stock extra drinks and ice in. Again we loved the house and would go back.

Traumhaus mit kleinen Fehlern

Es ist ein riesiges Haus in wunderschöner Lage und mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer über den Pool und den Whirlpool. Wir würden jederzeit dorthin zurückkehren. Lediglich die Küche und die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wobei, da man sich nur draußen aufhält, nur die Küche ins Gewicht fällt.

Great value, huge pool, in the best location

My birthday escape group had several last minute extra guests, so we were so happy to be able to grab this villa so close to main villa. The onsite property managers, Dominique & Carole gave us an easy check-in and friendly welcome. The house was spacious and accommodating... and i think it may have the largest swimming pool inside the gates of Orient Bay village. Perfect whether you lounge in pool taking in the panoromic views, or take a 10-minute walk down to the beaches and restaurants in town. We would stay again for sure.
