Beautiful Neo-Basque villa in a quiet and residential neighborhood in Bidart with breathtaking and panoramic view over the Pyrenees mountains.


Recently renovated with quality materials and amenities, the villa is spread over 3 levels with a private 400m² garden.

On the ground floor, the living space opens into a large terrasse which overlook the lovely swimming pool. An electric awning is installed there to allow you to relax in the shade and to enjoy meals outside.

You will find a cosy living room with large windows and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, you will discover a laundry/game room and separate toilets.

On the first floor, you will have 3 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms and toilets:
- Bedroom 1 with mountains view : Queen size bedroom w/ wardrobes
- Bedroom 2 : double size bedroom with wardrobes
- Bedroom 3 : 1 bunk bed (2 childrens) and wardrobes

In the "basement", you will find a summer kitchen and another bedroom with a sofa bed. From there, you will have a direct access to the pool (10x5m, salt with an alarm).
