Unsere Kapalua Golf Villa befindet sich am 5. Loch des Bay Course. Sie befinden sich auf Straßenhöhe mit nur drei Schritten bis zum Eingang. Beobachten Sie Golfer beim Kaffee oder genießen Sie eine Happy Hour mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen mit Meerblick von unserer übergroßen Veranda aus. Die Bucht von Kapalua und der Küstenweg sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Kapalua Bay ist einer der besten Schnorchelstrände der Insel.
Es gibt viele Restaurants in Kapalua, die nahe genug sind, um zu Fuß zu gehen oder den kostenlosen Shuttle zu rufen, der in der Region Kapalua verfügbar ist.
Das Anwesen verfügt über vier Pools, von denen der größte nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von unserer Villa entfernt beheizt ist. Jeder Pool verfügt über einen Grill und einen Essbereich, wenn Sie lieber außerhalb der Villa kochen möchten.
Diese Villa mit einem Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Sie können bis zu zwei weitere Personen für eine Gebühr von 50 USD pro Person und Aufenthalt anfordern.
Das große Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Ausgang zur Veranda und ein eigenes Hauptbad mit begehbarer gefliester Dusche. Es gibt einen Flachbild-Smart-TV, mit dem Sie Ihre Lieblingssendungen im Bett ansehen können.
Das zweite Vollbad beinhaltet eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Dieses Gerät enthält auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe.
Das Ess- / Wohnzimmer ist ein offener Grundriss und verfügt über einen an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher. Die ausklappbare Couch ist eine Option, wenn Sie einen Aufenthalt für mehr als zwei Personen beantragt haben.
Die Villa verfügt auch über ein kleines Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, das für ein Kind oder einen einzelnen Erwachsenen geeignet ist.
Ihre Küche ist komplett ausgestattet für diejenigen, die gerne im Urlaub kochen.
Es gibt geteilte Klimaanlagen, so dass Sie an warmen Abenden die Möglichkeit haben, diese nur im Schlafzimmer zu betreiben und Strom zu sparen. Deckenventilatoren sorgen auch dann für einen guten Luftstrom, wenn Sie keine Klimaanlage benötigen.

Great Maui Experience

The condo and host were perfect. We had a perfect week long stay as a family of four in this condo with plenty of room and space to move about and get ready. Can’t wait to stay here again if we get the opportunity to come back.

Great Start to Traveling Again

Our first air travel since COVID-19. The weather was great for golf and other activities. The Kapalua Golf Village was perfect for the two of us with beautiful views of the Bay golf course and ocean. The villa was very clean and comfortable with many pools available within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect as it was central to many hikes and beaches as well as a short drive to Lahaina. Ellen was very easy to communicate with and made the check-in and check-out process very easy for us! The condo is beautiful, very up to date and clean! We were extremely pleased with our stay and would love to stay here again next time we visit Maui! Thank you, Ellen!

Great condo in a great location

From booking to check in to checkout and everything in between Ellen was easy to work with. The condo is in a great location very clean and comfortable morning coffee and evening cocktails overlooking the golf course created some of our favorite pictures. 4 pools and 4 beaches in walking distance plus miles of hiking trails makes this an awesome place. Short drive to Lahaina makes it convenient. Highly recommend this unit

Would stay here again!

This property was PERFECT for our family of 3. Our daughter had her own room - no tiptoeing around the couch in the morning while she slept. The kitchen was exactly as described and everything worked! The beach chairs provided were easy to use and comfortable. This was our first time to Maui but we will definitely consider staying at Ellen’s if we make it back in the future. It was such a great location, the view was beautiful and the property is very clean and well kept!

Perfect stay in Kapalua. Appliances and cookware above average for rentals. Washer and dryer up-to-date. Excellent information provided on working TV, pool access etc. Ellen is very thorough in providing needed information. I highly recommend this Kapalua villa. Fabulous view! Wonderful location!

We enjoyed staying at The Golf Villas and Ellen is very easy to work with. The unit layout is great and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and there is your own carport parking space. We enjoyed watching the golfers and the beautiful sunsets from the lanai too. Many Extras for the beach too. Believe all of the 5 star reviews! This unit is truly special. Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The large lanai is perfect for quiet morning coffee and gorgeous evening sunsets. You are in walking distance of 4 fantastic beaches as well as shops and restaurants. We loved exploring the beautiful area yet being able to return home to a peaceful home. Ellen was a great host. We hope to return!

Fantastic Villa!

Beautifully decorated villa overlooking the golf course with an ocean view and gorgeous sunsets. Very clean. Ample space with a great Hawaiian atmosphere and super furnishings. An excellent place to spend time. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end cookware to accommodate all your cooking needs. The surrounding area is quiet and beautifully landscaped but also close to all the activities. Loved it and would return. Highly recommended!

Pleasurable stay - echo other reviewers

Ditto of what many of the other reviewers have mentioned... peaceful, quiet, beautiful ... Ellen quick to respond to questions. Little extras like multiple beach chairs and cooler made trips away from the condo a breeze. Kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. Parking at Kapalua Bay was extremely limited due to construction so walking to/from or leveraging the Kapalua Shuttle was the way to go.

Super Villa!

Love this Villa! Great views with awesome sunsets. Lots of room with excellent furnishings and Hawaiian atmosphere. Very clean. Located in a great part of Maui that is quiet but close to all the activities. The surrounding property is beautifully landscaped. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a 6 minute car ride to Napili Plaza that has a few restaurants that are very good to excellent (Fond). More beautiful than the pictures indicate. Stayed here last year and would return. Highly recommended!!

Perfect place for a Romantic Getaway!

I booked this trip as a surprise for my wife's birthday, and she was amazed by the unit. Firstly, the images do not do the property justice. Everything you see in the photos is much more glamorous in person. Secondly, the unit has everything you need and more. We had all the amenities of a timeshare. The property manager also provides you with items you need for the beach. Thirdly, be prepared to hike the property, because it is stunning!!! You are going to want to explore the area. Lastly, book it!!! You are going to love it!!!

Highly recommend!

Perfect place for my husband and I to spend a month. Ellen was excellent to work with. Condo exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable with lots of nice extras such as water bottles, note pad and pen, even a personalized welcome note. Kitchen had everything we needed to make almost all our meals there. Very large lanai - ate all our meals there overlooking the golf course; enjoyed the lounge chairs for afternoon reading (and naps). Sunsets are spectacular from the lanai. Nice to have the second bathroom, and also the small extra bedroom for storage of suit cases, etc. Large closet and lots of drawers in master easily held our clothes. Easy walking distance to store, restaurants and beaches. We strongly recommend this condo and the location.

Even better than expected

Believe it or not, this condo was even nicer than the pictures indicated! We both said that we could actually live in this condo - it had ALL the amenities you would want and more. We loved having 2 baths and loved the double sinks in the en suiite. Everything you need was there. And, we loved the quality of all the appliances and kitchenware. If we opt to stay in Kapalua again, this is definitely where we will stay. We loved watching golfers and seeing the ocean over the trees. The directions to the condo were explicit and easy to follow. The entire complex was pristine. We wish we could find something this nice in the Kihei area! Ellen was a pleasure to work with. We recommend this condo for your Kapalua stay!

Kapalua Double the Pleasure

Where do I start? Booked this property for my friends' 40th Wedding Anniversary. I was a little anxious because they had planned to go to Jamaica and I convinced them to celebrate in Maui instead. You won't regret it I said! Famous last words right? Well not this time! My friend's husband allowed me free range to book a property for them. I read a lot of reviews but ultimately wanted something that they would both enjoy. Ellen was amazing to work with for the booking. I wanted to pick the perfect place so I asked a ton of questions. She answered all my questions and was helpful. Upon arrival my friends found personal note from Ellen welcoming them and wishing them a happy anniversary. She even left them a gift certificate for a drink on her to celebrate. The property looks like the photos and is in good condition. It was very comfortable and very well equipped. My friends LOVED it! I rented a place nearby and we spent time together enjoying the view from the lanai and watching the golfers with the ocean in the background. Beautiful sunsets at this time of the year. Perfect! It is also very convenient to one of the 3 pools on the property. My friends enjoyed having a pool so close. Imagine my relief when my friends said they not only LOVED Maui, they LOVED this property and would come back again and stay in the same unit. Quiet relaxing paradise!

We had a fabulous nine-day stay in this beautiful condo. It was so peaceful with rainbows every morning and gorgeous sunsets. We were only a 12 minute walk down to the beach and Ellen equipped the unit with beach chairs, floating hammocks and big towels. Multiple pools to pick from and fabulous restaurants close by! No sign of any bugs or ants and we just loved the lanai. Would love to stay again!

Gorgeous location and comfortable stay!

Enjoyed the location, great for walking and enjoying the coast. Beautiful views. Unit had everything we needed! Could use a bit of updating and a more comfortable mattress, but was all we needed for a week of working and enjoying HI!
