Let yourself be tempted by this convenient apartment that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and which is perfectly fitted to offer the most relaxing vacation setting on the Riviera!

Inside, you will find:

- A beautiful living room with a large bay window opening to the terrace, with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a giant pear-shaped bean bag (a pretty nice comfy addition).

- An open-floor kitchen, with a bar counter partition, equipped with all you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?), including all appliances plus a kettle and a toaster (Management declines responsibility for any burnt toasts).

- The first bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and direct access to the terrace.

- A separate bathroom with shower and toilets, fully equipped with everything one may find in a bathroom.

- The second bedroom-suite type, with a queen size bed, a large closet and its private bathroom with shower and toilets.

- And on the outside: the large terrace with a dining table for 4 people and a great view of the swimming pool and the sea further away. 4 outdoor lounge chairs are also available.

- High-speed wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi

- Location in the Croix des Gardes neighborhood of the city, in the lower hillside section of Cannes: a luxurious part of the city.

- Less than 5 minutes away by car from the city center.

- All local shopping available within less than 3 minutes by car (bakery, neighborhood café, convenient store, etc...)

And, as a bonus:

- House linen is provided (bed sheets, bath towels, bath rug, kitchen towels).
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (and yes, including coffee).
- But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

Once you leave the property in your car, you will be able to pick your destination within a few minutes (unless you decide to drive in reverse, or with your parking brake on):

- Reach the Midi beaches and claim a spot to install your beach gear. (5 minutes.)

- Go to the Croisette beaches and see if you can find any available beach chair or stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race any of the remote controlled boats. (8 to 9 minutes.)

- Beat the cobblestones in the alleys of the Suquet area, order some red-snapper filet at Beija Flor’s and fill up on post cards and tiny (but very expensive) souvenirs. (5 minutes.)

- Use your imagination while walking around the city center but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets. (Various times.)

- Visit the town of Cannes La Bocca (an easy 5 minutes away) and enjoy its beaches, shopping and other points of interests.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
