Located on the 4th floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- and a fully equipped kitchen.

You'll particularly appreciate the view and peacefulness.

Television, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, oven, etc. are all available during your stay.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The studio is well appointed. It is close to restaurants and transport links.
You'll find a Franprix supermarket 550 m from the building for your everyday needs.

In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :

The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.

Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches

Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large, largely residential area, which nonetheless includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14th is home to the Tower, the Gare and the Cimetière Montparnasse. It's also home to the Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, rue Daguerre, with its cafés and little stores that will remind you of rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. You'll also find the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
