Dieses Haus ist eine neue Vermietung für 2020. Ain't Life Grand ist ein 1800 m² großes Haus auf der Mississippi Sound Seite von Dauphin Island. Dieses Haus ist insofern etwas Besonderes, als es einen Privatstrand am Mississippi Sound und einen Pool im Erdgeschoss hat. Die "Golf" -Seite der Insel ist nur 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2-3 Minuten mit dem Golfwagen entfernt. Das Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert. Im Mietpreis enthalten sind 5 Seekajaks, darunter Einzel-, Tandem- und Kinderkajaks, mit denen Sie die Kanäle und den Sound erkunden können. Dauphin Island gilt als die Sonnenuntergangshauptstadt des Südens und Ain't Life Grand bietet einige der besten Aussichten auf die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Insel.

Für den Fischer hat Ain't Life Grand einen Liegeplatz für Ihr Boot und kann ein Boot bis zu 28 Fuß bewältigen. Der Sound ist voll von gesprenkelten Forellen, Rotbarschen, Flundern, Dreifachschwänzen, Leng (Cobia), Krabben, Garnelen und vielem mehr. Im Golf finden Sie alle oben genannten Arten sowie Schnapper, Zackenbarsch, Königsmakrele, spanische Makrele und viele andere Offshore-Arten.

Ain't Life Grand ist perfekt für Familien und Kinder. Der Sound, wo sich der Privatstrand und das Haus befinden, ist flach und ruhig, perfekt für Kinder und Erwachsene. Für mehr Surf und Alabamas berühmte weiße Sandstrände gehen Sie einfach zur Golfseite der Insel

Ain't Life Grand hat auch ein Krähennest auf der Oberseite des Hauses mit 360-Grad-Blick. Das große Achterdeck bietet Blick auf den Pool und den Privatstrand.

Das Haus Layout ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad. Der Meister hat ein Badezimmer und ein französisches Bett. Gästezimmer 1 hat auch ein französisches Bett und Gästezimmer 2 hat 2 Etagenbetten. Beide Zimmer verfügen über ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das Haus bietet Platz für 8 Personen.

Draußen haben Sie eine riesige Terrasse rund um den Pool, eine heiße und kalte Außendusche, Zugang zum Strand und unter dem Haus befindet sich ein Gasgrill zum Kochen Ihres Fangs und das Seekajakgestell.

Sie können fast jedes Boot jeder Größe zum Angeln, Cruisen, Delfinbeobachten usw. chartern. In der Dauphin Island Marina können Sie auch Boote mieten.

Ain't Life Grand umfasst auch alle Leitungen, Dish Satellite TV und Highspeed-Internet.

Sie können einen Golfwagen für Ihren Aufenthalt direkt bei den Eigentümern nach der Buchung mieten.

Had to come back again!

We liked this property so much last year and had to come back. The pool was perfect. We caught fish from the beach and in kayaks. John is an excellent host, I hope we can do it again next year.

This is a great location, on the sound side of the island less wind but all the sun. Great amenities, pool and gold cart are a must! The owner was very nice and helpful!

Wonderful trip

House was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Really enjoyed the go cart and highly recommend renting it. We had some issues with the pool heating and kayak but they were resolved very quickly. Communication with John was impressive and we are looking forward to staying again!

Great time!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners were very nice and checked in with us to make sure everything went well. The house was clean and just as advertised and the neighborhood was very quiet. This was our first stay on the gulf and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The property was just perfect for our family . The beach , pool and view were amazing ! You even had a view of the beach and bay from 2 of the bedrooms, which also had glass doors opening to the upper deck. The pictures can’t possibly do it justice.

Best Fall Break Ever

The perfect beach house for children. Pool was wonderful, we had it heated, and the beach was literally 7 steps away. I would recommend adding the golf cart. We didn’t use our car the whole time. John was an amazing host with exceptional communication. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

First off, the owners are the most amazing, friendliest, and honest people. We had the most amazing trip and John made the whole process easy and stress free. The house was very clean and I just can’t put into words how stress free this trip was. During our stay we had the threat of a hurricane, and we didn’t even have to worry about that because John watched it hour by hour and assured us that he would let us know if there was even a doubt of our safety. He said he would refund us but thankfully, we didn’t get affected by the hurricane. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Fantastic getaway

The property is perfect in location and beauty. It has all the amenities and more. I highly recommend this as your next beach vacation. It is a spacious home, well equipped for cooking in and the outdoor space is amazing. The pool is wonderful for coming home to after a day at the beach when you need to get away from the sand and heat. I also want to say that the owner looks out for your every need including any tropical storms that might head your way. He is all about your safety! We will definitely be returning!

Just as good as the first time

Great place! Loved it so much the 1st time, we came back 2yrs later for another week. The owner reached out before and during our stay for updates, which I think is cool and the house remains in great shape. I took my kids kayaking every evening to catch the sunset in the sound and it was awesome. During our week stay, we had 2 pool visits for pH checks which made me feel better about both kids in the water almost all day. Beautiful location, well kept house and friendly owner. We are getting this house again next summer!

Life Was Grand!

Hi there! I wanted to comment on what a lovely week my two adult children and I had staying at "Ain't Life Grand!" We returned from Dauphin Island three days ago and are already looking forward to returning as soon as we can! The owner's of the property are top notch! They have thought of everything to welcome newcomers to the island and their home! The private beach on the bay and the chlorinated swimming pool were having the best of both worlds at our feet. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The photographs are accurate and depict the many amenities needed for a visit to DI. Best beach vacation

Life Doesn't get any more grand

Our family spent spring break '24 at Aint life Grand. The prior reviews are not exaggerated, this place is truly awesome! We loved the pool and having a beach in the back yard. The house was well equipped and meticulously clean. John made everything easy getting in and answered questions very quickly. We also had friends on the island that came over and couldn't believe how cool this property is. They all commented on the fantastic amenities as well as how clean and nice the house was kept up. The crows nest on the roof was also a favorite hangout for the sunsets. We hope to return in the near future.

Spring break 2024

This is the perfect place to stay with kiddos. The kayaks and pool kept them busy most days. The sunsets are incredible and the golf cart was a fun add on. John is an exceptional host. He made sure everything was going good and any issue that arose, he would take care of immediately. We would stay again and again. In fact, we never wanted to leave it in the first place.

Holidays on Dauphin Island

This property is decorated very nicely, which creates a warm, comfortable feeling. The decks are perfect for the beautiful views. Pool looked great although we didn’t use it mainly because of the weather. We celebrated Christmas and Thanksgiving with local and out of town family. The Host, John, even surprised us by setting up a Christmas tree which added to our Christmas spirit.

Loved this house! The amenities and pool were as described. We have stayed in Dauphin Island but never on the bay side. We loved it. All 3 kids loved the pool and kayaks. Hoping to visit again.

Life Was Grand

First time on Dauphin Island for 4 adults. The home was very nicely decorated and conveniently located. Having the golf cart was a nice bonus as we drove it every time we went to the beach or restaurants. The pool was great! Owner was very accommodating and friendly and gave great instructions. Would stay here again.
