Nice space for families to stay. The layout was nice and comfortable. I let the host know there were several things broken in the house and it needs a deep cleaning.

Excellent accommodations with prompt host correspondence

We loved the layout of the home and the pool table & foosball table in the game room.Lots of kitchen supplies but may want to update spices.The two large gathering rooms are very comfortable but could use a little more seating. The beds were pretty comfortable.Wish we could have used the outdoor are! We may have to come back in the summer!

December stay

This place was comfortable. The beds were nice (memory foam in good condition) and there is nice space to spread out if you need. In the summer the pool and patio area would be awesome. There is definitely good privacy for the pool as the house is on a very large lot. Our family did enjoy the pool table but at times we were wishing for some table games. Definitely could have been a little cleaner.

Pre thanksgiving get together

Overall we had a good time. Ages from 15-83. Ample about of space for sleeping, relaxing, eating. Enjoyed the game room. Things aren’t too far away but some of the roads to get there are dark and winding. Had plenty to prepare Thanksgiving dinner but needed a couple serving dishes. Some of the areas are harder to access for older guests with limited mobility. Very well kept and easy to access.

“Everything was the way we expected and described on the VRB .. The only thing that we thought needed improvement was the grass was a little high and around the pool the weeds were high and growing over the wall. There were also many fallen leaves around the pool. The pool chairs, table, and game toys were dirty. We arrived on Thursday 10/03/2024 and left on Tuesday 10/08/2024 and on Sunday morning we woke up with the noise of the lawn mow crew cutting the grass. They were there for an extended period of time and I thought having the crew there was a little inconsiderate since it was very noisy, blew pollen around, and we wanted to sleep in later that day. But beside that … WE loved the place; location and we would come back. 😊 “

Wonderful, quiet getaway for the whole family!

This quiet, spacious house was exactly what our family needed after needing to quickly leave Florida due to Hurricane Milton. The owners were incredibly responsive and the house had so much space for our entire extended family to spread out and have their own rooms. Would love to come back in the summer months to enjoy the pool.

Great spot for a large group

We were a group of friends/co-workers in town for a charity event, so all the rooms and beds were key! Pool was great for a cold dip to refresh! Would definitely look into coming back here.

Nice House in a Nice Location

We really enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues that were quickly addressed by the owner. They responded to text messages within minutes of our request and most items we asked about where already available we just didn't know where to look. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot outside of Nashville

Everything about the property was as described and in the photos. A great house for a large group of adults with ample space for individuals and couples. 11 Adults and we had lots of space for the trip. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The host responds quickly to all inquiries and messages. It was a bit expensive for Ubers but we knew that heading in that we would be spending our evenings on Broadway and planned accordingly. The pool area was utilized to the fullest. We had an excellent trip and highly recommend this listing to large groups looking to avoid the smaller lodging options located in Nashville.

Great home, great location!

This home was so cute and fit our group of 14 perfectly! The two separate living room, game room and two very large tables gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. The pool was a huge reason we choose this house and it did not disappoint! So many fun memories made with family members ranging in ages 9-70. The large tables made game nights so fun and everyone could be included. The location was perfect-close to Nashville which we went to visit twice during our stay. Places to eat and shop also very close. We also felt we had privacy with our big group since the house was secluded and not in a neighborhood. We felt very safe in this area and the communication with the company was quick and pleasant. Would highly recommend this house for your next trip to Nashville!

Great stay - exceeded our expectations!

Our stay provided an amazing family experience! The residence and all the amenities were outstanding! The home is very spacious, well furnished, and well supplied with amenities for a large group - including dining supplies (plates, silverware, glasses, cups) linens, towels, etc. The location and facilities were perfect for the family and provided a great environment to share our time together. To be honest, everything exceeded our expectations! The grandchildren have asked if we could return when the pool was open to be able to enjoy that amenity - great deck and furnishings! The whole trip, from scheduling through departure went flawlessly thanks to the amazing support and communication from the host.

40th Birthday celebration

Communication couldn’t be better! Check in was easy. House set up was great. Comfy beds, spacious rooms for all guests to hang out. Large dinner table and large table on the lanai was great for family style breakfast and lunches. 20 minutes to Broadway. Travel was easy in and out. Would highly recommend!!!!

PERFECT PLACE

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, close enough to downtown to easily get there, but far enough away to enjoy the peace of the quiet of a country neighborhood. The bedrooms were all spacious as well as the eating areas. There were 5 of us and we never felt like there wasn't room for us to hang out altogether. Thank you for an absolutely perfect reunion trip.

40th Nash Bash

The house was as described but in need of some TLC. It was very clean and the flow was very nice. Kitchen was well laid out but not stocked well. Plastic on roof and garage doors did not work. Bannister on front porch and bannister going upstairs were both loose. We could not enjoy the patio area with the pool, there were leaves and tree debris all over the furniture. Never went up to the fire pit, it is a steep hike and we had a few older people with us.With a little TLC, this would be a perfect pick!!

Family Vacation

The house was in a nice location. The inside was mostly clean but definitely needs some furniture updates. The outside grounds and pool area needs more attention for sure, some kind of patio finishing that was not completed and left a lot of rough cement granules over the pool area, plugged drains, old pool supplies, bricks and outdoor furniture remnants took the "I want you to enjoy our home" feeling away. It was a lovely house but the outside picture on VRBO is outdated. I have stayed in nicer homes for less cost Maybe my expectations are set to high. Otherwise we had good family time and enjoyed being in the house and pool.
