This is a newly remodeled and furnished apartment. It is equipped for up to 6 people with everything you need to enjoy a beautiful beach vacation. Ideal to share with family and friends.

The apartment has 100 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom with toilet only, living room with flat screen TV, dining room, kitchen and balcony. The ocean view is beautiful !!!!

The building is on the beach, from the pool you can directly access the sand without even having to cross the street.

This was a very nice place to stay. Accurate description except for when it came to the chairs and umbrella at the beach. They are actually a few buildings down which is very disappointing. Being able to walk right out would be much nicer. The place was clean and had everything you need. Great for a family or group of friends.

The Tides for the last 6 years

We love the Tides, we have rented several times in different condo units and every time it was perfect. Very clean, well equipped for kitchen supplies and beach apparel. Staff is super friendly and we have never had an issue in all the years that we have been. Check in and check out is seamless, Sandra and Ana are Gems, they make this process so painless, organized and always professional. Will be back soon : )

amazing vacation!

We had the best time at this beautiful condo! Everything is so clean, nice that the pictures really don't do the condo justice. It's much bigger than it looks and it has a million dollar view! The building is also very nice looking and the pool is great! The location is really good too, next to supermarkets, restaurants and across the street you can find nice pizza place. Very close to Miami beach and 10 min from the airport. Ana is just a pleasure to work with, always replied our emails fast answering any questions we had. Thanks, Ana! We hope to go back soon!

The Tides

Clean property with much to do. Work out facility was big. Make sure to check in on the main floor to obtain parking pass and fabs to access the property. The beach and ocean are beautiful. Pool is nice but too small of an area to accommodate everyone. Very hard getting chairs at pool unless you get there early.

Definitely going back

The unit was very clean and quite large so it was great with all the baby and toddler stuff we brought on vacation. We were able to move in and not feel overwhelmed with all our stuff. Sandra & Ana were great with the check in process (super easy), in answering any questions I had and they were super helpful and understanding when we had to extend our stay for medical reasons. The Tides has great pools and very easy access to the beach. I will 100000% be going back! The view from the balcony is amazing!!!

Great unit. Ana was fantastic! Great view from the balcony. Nice pool. Traffic was horrendous everywhere! The building needs some rehab. Elevators not always working and the door/gate locks didn’t always work with the key fobs when they were supposed to. But overall, it was all tolerable. Good place if you don’t want to drive anywhere very often!

Apartment was what you would expect; well kept, complete for a short vacation and a nice location. Building staff all speak Spanish so if that bothers you be prepared. Building showed an abundance of caution in it’s daily routine. Nits are the cost of parking for a visitor. Furniture was uncomfortable for me at my age. Toaster didn’t work. So in summary, it is as advertised and will suit you well for an affordable ocean view apartment.

The view from the balcony says it all. Loved the little touches which made the unit kid-friendly, like the high chair and floaty. Internet was fast, location of the pool and beach were excellent. Also wonderful to have access to beach chairs and umbrella as part of the rental. We would definitely stay here again. Only downsides had to do with the building itself - There was a lot of logistics to get in and run around between the bldg office to get keys etc (i paid $20 for a second key FOB since we needed more than 1), and the building had signs saying all people must wear masks but that was not enforced as much as we would have liked to stay covid-safe, but that is not the fault of the unit owner. Everything about the rental unit was wonderful.
