Welcome to our Beach Condo!
Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #220. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.

Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Spectrum Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.

The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Nice getaway

This condo was a great place to spend a night in the offseason. The manager’s communication with check-in and other information was very helpful. The condo was as described. This is an end unit, which adds extra windows but also makes it closest to the road so bring a fan or noise machine to drown out the road noise at night.

Great location and views.

Very nicely decorated large one bedroom condo. Stand up shower was nice but could use a little upgrade. There is more than enough space for 2 or 3 guests. The condo was clean and well stocked. The free popcorn was a nice treat. The balcony was spacious and we used it often even in the chilly fall. Thanks for sharing your condo. Amber, the manager was very responsive and helpful.

Not the best, not the worst

Overall the condo itself was OK. Definitely suited our needs for the weekend as we were only in the condo in the evenings. It was chilly enough in the evenings, we did not utilize the beach front. Clean interior overall but the outside balcony was not clean. Lots of bug webbing on the one side. Part of the lake view was obstructed by trees that could be trimmed down. If we were to stay again, I would definitely rent a third-story unit. We did enjoy the proximity to downtown Traverse City & the abundance of restaurants close by. Property is located at an intersection so there was lots of street noise.

Absolutely beautiful!!!

We had an amazing time. This was our first time in traverse city. The condo was exactly as advertised. Perfect location on the beach. We wanted to stay another night. Next time we will stay longer.

The location and view is amazing! Everything was clean and ready to use! My only complaint is the key pad to get into the condo! We got locked out several times for 10-20 mins due to the key pad not working properly! I would change the key pad or just use a standard key! Otherwise everything was enjoyable! Thank you!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property had no manager, office person or even a house keeper to be seen at this condo complex. It was a very impersonal experience. The Beach condos used to be a friendly, well kept place and now the renters are on their own. Our condos bedding was dirty ( comforter, extra blankets,). I rented here in the early 2000 and I am uncertain if I will stay again:/.. such a disappointment.

I literally had to clean my own bathroom (tub, shower, toilet and sink. Scum ring in tub, mold in shower stall. Kitchen had dirty dishes in cupboards and in silverware drawer. TV in living room was not usable. Horrible visit!

Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 14th consecutive year staying at the Beach Condominiums. We rent 3 separate condos for our multi-generational family and 220 is one of them. We have been through changes in management and many changes in housekeeping. This year was one of the best thanks to a very polite, friendly and accommodating staff. Some of our family have asthma & we always request that scented products such as Fabreze, plug-ins or scented laundry detergent is not used. Thankfully, housekeeping accommodated us this year. We will continue to recommend the Beach Condominiums to friends & family...many who have taken our suggestion.I should mention that the main tv in 220 did not work and the employee at the desk could not get it to work either. While we don’t watch much tv, it was unfortunate that it didn’t work during the Olympics.

Beach Condos - Traverse City

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Each unit is owned by an individual. The management company has little control over the condition of the unit, so it can vary widely. Landscaping on the ground looks untouched from last year. Needs flowers and definitely a good trimming. Very basic beach chairs, so no umbrellas and zero shade. The good: Great location. The pool has been redone. Soft sandy beach. Boat rental is next to resort, so very handy. Pirates Cove is just down the street. Overall: If the weather is good, you will be outside anyway. Otherwise you may not be too happy.
