Das gesamte Design umfasst einen 2 Hektar großen tropischen Poolkomplex mit 2 großen beheizten Pools (ja, beheizte Pools!)., beheizte Wasserrutsche, beheizter Lazy River, beheizter Whirlpool / Spa (so heiß wie ein Bad!) & Wasserfälle. Warm genug, um das ganze Jahr hindurch zu schwimmen! Entspannen Sie auf den weitläufigen Sonnenterrassen unter der Sonne Floridas und im Kinderspielbereich im Freien sowie im kürzlich errichteten Kinderspielzimmer und im Fun House des Banana Jacks.

Das Clubhaus verfügt über eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption und einen Check-in-Schalter in der Unterkunft sowie ein großes Restaurant mit Terrassenservice zur Terrasse am Pool und eine Sportbar mit Kabel-TV. Es gibt Live-Musik am Freitag- und Samstagabend, Karaoke am Donnerstagabend und Unterhaltung an den meisten Tagen (in der Saison). Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Airhockeytisch und einem Dutzend weiterer Videospiele sowie ein Highspeed-Internetcafé mit 4 Arbeitsplätzen und einer drahtlosen Breitband-Internetverbindung für Laptops.

Unser Anwesen ist eines der größten Unis des Komplexes. Es ist nur wenige Minuten von den Einrichtungen und der Hauptrezeption entfernt und bietet auf der Rückseite einen Panoramablick auf die Landschaft Floridas. Wir sind eine ENDEINHEIT und haben WIFI-FREIEN INTERNETZUGANG IM HAUS. Es gibt zwei Master, beide mit Kingsize-Betten, beide mit eigenem Bad. Eines hat einen möblierten Balkon mit Blick auf den offenen Bereich und eine extra große Badewanne. (Und einen Safe ... auf Anfrage erhältlich.) Es gibt zwei Zweibettzimmer ein Familienbad teilen. Wir haben Kabel, SMART HDTVs und DVD. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Eismaschine, Mikrowelle und genügend Krokodil für 8 Personen. Es gibt einen Frühstückstisch in der Küche und einen formelleren Essbereich mit großem Tisch. Wäschemöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Waschmaschine / Trockner / Bügeleisen / Bügelbrett. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden im Haus zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt eine möblierte Terrasse mit freiem Blick. Die Einrichtungen auf Regal Palms sind ausgezeichnet und der prestigeträchtige Highlands Reserve Golf Club befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der Komplex liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von einem Supermarkt und Geschäften sowie einer Auswahl an Restaurants entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und das Haus ist wirklich ein Zuhause in der Ferne. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass Sie mit der Unterkunft zufrieden sein werden ... (und nur um Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass das ganze Haus regelmäßig besprüht wird, um Insekten vorzubeugen !!!) EIN HERVORRAGENDER ORT, UM DIE MAGIE IHRES ORLANDO-ERLEBNISSES ABZUSCHLIESSEN.

Ok but not the best.

It did the job but the beds aren’t very comfortable. They also don’t have a well stocked kitchen and the pots and pans were dirty and black. They also don’t give any extra supplies so you have to bring everything including trash bags which is inconvenient.

Very Nice Place

Stayed here for a combo family trip to the them parks for the New Year's Holiday. Nice place, first day discovered a broken coffee maker, but management brought a new one within a couple of hours. I was very please with communication. We also discovered on the last day that the washer was broken, which was a bit inconvenient for packing up. I did notify management again, but obviously did not expect that there was enough time for that to be resolved. The resort was nice and had lots to offer-we did get to swim 2 of the evenings and the kids enjoyed it very much.Overall, I will definitely keep this location saved for any future trips to the area.

Great vacation !

We spent a marvelous week at Tom's place. It's exactly as described : spacious and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The resort is very convenient to rest after visiting the parks which are not too far. I would recommend this property to my friends ! Thank you Tom !!

Was very happy with our stay. Would go back again!

Very family orientated. Our stay was great. Only a couple hiccups that were not the owners fault and did pass these on to owner about maintenance. Would definitely go back to Regal Palms and especially Tom's place. Thanks for not going this Christmas to your condo, both families had a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday.

Football Weekend

Enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms Resort for a football weekend. A fun and enjoyable stay before going to the Tampa Bay - Philadelphia Eagles game on Sunday. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was helpful and responded immediately to all inquiries. Would recommend to our friends.

We certainly enjoyed our stay in your home. It was the perfect size and location for us. The children loved the pool and waterslide. We liked the fact that this unit was located at the back of the resort because it was very peaceful and had a country rural feel. We also loved that Publix and CVS were located so close as well. We hope that the next time we come back to the Orlando area that we can stay here. The unit was extremely clean. Thank you so much!

Great neighborhood.

Overall nice stay in a great neighborhood. The beds were very uncomfortable but that happens when it’s a rental sometimes. The shower curtain needs to be replaced since it was covered in mildew. The rest of the home was clean. The TV remote was missing buttons so we had no TV for the trip. We were gone most of the day exploring theme parks so we just used our tablets. WiFi worked very well!

Very Spacious, fun amenities

Our family had a great time in this condo. The owner was super accomodating to our needs. I appreciated him helping us out. There was so much room for our big family. The pool area was fantastic. We spent a ton of time there. Some of the kitchen appliances are a little outdated. A couple of the burners on the stove took a long time to heat up so keep that in mind if planning on cooking large meals. Also the crockpot was missing a lid. But we made do. That was a small inconvenience for how much fun we had being there. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We stayed at the house from 7/23 - 7/29. The owner (Terez) was very nice and easy to deal with. She answered every email quickly. Very professional and helpful. The house was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. It is an end unit, which is a nice feature. The only complaint we have are the - for us - very uncomfortable beds (very firm for us) and scratchy towels. We also thought the house would be closer to the pool. After a long day at the parks we and especially our 5 year old son did not feel like walking about 10 min to go to the pool. But that's just a personal preference. The amusement parks are about 20 - 30 minutes away. Easy drive. We can totally recommend this owner and their house. I am advertising it already to friends. :)

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at the condo; the space met our needs. The kitchen space was small and could have had a little more counter space. Since we are all in our 70’s the stairs were a problem for some us. The one issue we had on our arrival was not being able to access the key code on my email. I contacted the property manager but did not get a response. When I emailed the owner, he responded very quickly. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Regal Palms - not so regal

We were SO disappointed with our place. The carpet was filthy and that set the tone for the entire week. The one shower was clogged and we stood in 1" of mucky water while trying to get clean. The dishes had a film on them. WIFI didn't work. The towels were old and ratty and the place needs some material upgrading. The property manager was great - but could only help so much.

Good for the price

This property is great if do not plan on spending a lot of time there. It has plenty of beds for a family. However, no place for more than 4 people to have dinner together. Had everything you need for a stay, but outdated appliances. You have to drive to the pool unless you want to walk 10 minutes each way. The pool was very nice, but bring your own floatation device for the lazy river.

The townhouse was not clean.

The upstairs master bathroom had a few black hairs in the shower. The towels were old and crusty. There was only a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen was very dirty and we had to clean it. We also had to clean all the dishes. I was not pleased with this rental property.

My occupation is as a School teacher and my son is an Airline Pilot. It will usually be me that you talk to when enquiring about our house! Together with our on site property management company, we endeavour to do our very best to facilitate any requests you may have and genuinely hope you enjoy your stay in our home from home, and have a fantastic vacation!

We chose to buy our vacation property here at Regal Palms in Davenport, FL. Plain and simply because we love Florida, and the USA. We are close enough to be able to easily visit all the Central Floridian attractions when we come over, yet the community of Regal Palms provides us with a sense of seclusion and 'time away from it all' that can be refreshing after all the hustle and bustle.

Based at Regal Palms you will experience one of the biggest units on the development, and one of the nicely furnished interiors. Open plan downstairs living and well sized bedrooms with an ample selection of bathrooms. The property doesn't back onto other properties, but onto wide open fields providing for a beautiful view to drink your orange juice to on the patio in the Florida morning sun. This also helps to escape that 'rat race' feeling - yet still being close enough to all the community resources - bar, pool, gym etc.
