With a one-time $644 membership transfer fee, you will have access to the club that is just steps away and from where the PGA TOUR (Korn Ferry) plays the Suncoast Classic tournament on one of the TWO CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSES.* The pool scene is one of total relaxation and beauty - and also includes a pool side Tiki Restaurant where you can gather with friends and enjoy a wide variety of food and drinks. Spacious, comfortable and quiet (Outanding)

We stayed at the property for almost 60 days. The condo was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The beds where extremely comfortable. Kitchen and baths were well stocked. Having a garage was a plus. Loved the two balconies to use. The view of the golf course was great. There are chairs and pool noodles for you to use. Adam made everything very easy and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The amenities were outstanding. We don’t golf but we did use the pools, tiki bar, spa and pickle ball courts. We were able to take lessons. We have stayed at a few properties but this was by far the best. We highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The veranda is exactly as pictured. Very clean and cozy. It has everything you can possibly need.The office and fast internet speeds were a bonus as we work remotely. Adam was a great host. He would respond back very quickly if we had questions and was very accommodating. My family really enjoyed their summer stay. We highly recommend!

Fabulous Stay!!

Everything about our stay at this condo was spectacular. The floor plan couldn't be beat. From enjoying our morning coffee on the lanai in the morning to hanging at the amazing pool and playing lots of golf and enjoying the tiki restaurant with our kids and friends, we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and the owner went above and beyond for us. When the dishwasher was not operating properly, the owner made arrangements to have it replaced immediately. If you're lucky enough to find availability here, do not hesitate. You will not regret it! We will definitely be back. :-)

Great property and rental experience!

Adam was a great help in making sure we had an easy check in to the property. He was a great communicator and has a wonderful property. We had everything we needed to make his place feel like home for the two months we rented. I can’t think of anything that was missing. We loved the community so much that we’ll be returning next year for three months.

We enjoyed our November stay at this unit. The place offered everything we needed. It was clean, quiet and decorated very nicely. We spent lots of time at the resort pool and tiki bar.

Model Home Meets Vacation!

WOW! This place is absolutely AMAZING! The pictures, location, amenities, pet friendly and bonus room/office sold us but the level of detail, Lakewood National staff and community and Adam’s hospitality definitely exceeded our expectations. The apartment is immaculate, clean, cozy, well furnished and beautifully decorated. Just add food, drink and family. The kitchen is generously equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, cooking appliances including a full-size Kuerig. Each bedroom was big, views looking out over the Lani and had really comfortable beds. The master has two closets and a large TV! The large TV in the living room was great for movie night! Each TV is smart allowing us to login into all our streaming apps with was and as an extra bonus Adam included YouTube TV during our stay. Wi*FI is very strong which is a must when working remotely. The front Lani and the garage are a bonus. The community was something close to a high end resort with food and bar service daily, pro shop, well maintained courts, driving range and golf courses. We didn’t want to leave and Adam has thought of everything!!! Adam was very responsive to our needs and was a pleasure to work with. We will look forward to returning next summer.

A Perfect Relaxing Getaway!

Our family had an amazing month here! The condo was immaculate and had everything we could need. Adam was communicative as needed during our trip. We were appreciative of the available beach towels. There were also items available that we did not use. (chairs/other beach items, tennis rackets) We took advantage of the beautiful amenity center which includes the pool, tiki bar, fitness center, and spa. We had a wonderful, relaxing, and peaceful vacation! I highly recommend this property!

We purchased this property at Lakewood National because it offered an incredibly safe and clean environment for our family with young girls to visit. Our Veranda is professionally decorated and has the right amount of space for a small family. The golf courses are exceptional and the pool is a perfect place to relax and get some sun. In addition, the Bradenton area has developed into a place where you never lack for services or dining options. And lastly, certainly not least, a "day at the beach" here means you're visiting the Nations #1 beaches (ranked that way several times). This property is just a perfect blend of all those things for us.
