Latitude 29 ist ein familienorientierter kleiner Strandkomplex, der nur wenige Schritte vom weißen Pulversand und dem wunderschönen smaragdgrünen Golfwasser entfernt liegt. Wenn Sie an den Strand kommen, um Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden, ist Unit 3 in Latitude 29 eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Sie werden die Schönheit und Ruhe seiner Lage und die Nähe zu allen Annehmlichkeiten von Latitude 29 lieben.

Einheit 3 ist die einzige Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Der bekannte lokale Architekt Cary McWhorter entwarf die Einheit, die komplett umstrukturiert und neu konfiguriert wurde, um ein offenes modernes Design und einen familienorientierten Grundriss zu schaffen.

Das Meer ist Ihr Garten und Einheit 3 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Gehen Sie einfach aus Ihrer Schiebetür, um die Schönheit von Ihrer Veranda aus zu genießen oder an der Uferwand zu sitzen. Es ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Ein großer überdachter Grillplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Pool, ein Kinderbecken, ein Spa oder das Genießen des „besten Hinterhofs am Strand“. Alles ist leicht von der Wohnung zu erreichen.

WOHNUNGS-HIGHLIGHTS
Die modern gestaltete Küche verfügt über Granitoberflächen, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und ein Kochfeld mit einer Edelstahlhaube.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player, ein neues Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und einen Sessel, eine bequeme Liege und maßgefertigte Vorhänge.

Auf dem Flur befindet sich ein 1,80 m großer, speziell angefertigter Schreibtisch- / Bürobereich mit Steckdosenleiste für Ihre Computer und Regalen zur Aufbewahrung.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein speziell angefertigtes Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über Etagenbetten und ein eigenes Bad, das auch vom Flur zugänglich ist. Die Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern sind mit 4 Pfund Memory-Schaum für Komfort überzogen und mit hochwertigem Allergie / Insektenschutz versehen. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player.

Fall Break Week

Well cared for property. Unit was perfect size for my family- husband and I and 3 small kids. Super convenient, few steps to the beach. Pool great, also has a baby pool! The owner communicates very well! Highly recommended!

Perfect location!

This property is fantastic because it’s on the beach! It’s super convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. This unit is nice to have the bunkroom closed off as a separate room - which was perfect for our teenagers. Well-equipped and updated kitchen.

Great beach spot

Proximity to the beach is second to none. However, could use some refreshing. Resolution of the unit owners, on site, harassing renters needs to occur. Overall, great experience with a great group of friends.

Owners/property mgr needs to take pride

First night we were there, knob broke off the dryer. There are no knobs on the washer (needle nose pliers hanging on wall to operate), ice maker made slithers of ice, one side of toaster not working, hot tub not working. This place needs an overhaul. Property mgr never responded to email (said it went to junk folder when she got my first one). Gave it a 2 because the AC worked great and location.

Our favorite spot but needs some work

We just finished our 17th year at this spot. It’s convenient & family friendly & the ease of the location is top notch. However, now that Latitude 29 no longer has onsite management, the overall property appears in decline. There are only 2/3 of the chairs that used to be available for families to use near the pool & patio areas. The ones that are there all have broken straps & some were even taped! The grass has not been taken care of and there are bald spots in many places. The boardwalk areas where you rinse your feet are full of sand as you enter the pool area; hence getting sand in the pool. Those areas used to be hosed off multiple times a day when there was onsite management. There’s also an ant problem around the umbrella tables. There are little biting ants when you’re trying to sit and relax with your family. Again, that would not be an issue if there was onsite management. As far as the unit itself, it’s our favorite in the complex. The AC worked GREAT this year! The kitchen is pretty decently stocked with cooking items. However, the ice maker does not work AT ALL. And a mere 4 old school ice trays are all you have available for use which is unacceptable. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable which is a plus. However, with multiple light bulbs burned out in the master bedroom AND bathroom, it’s hard to see much less put on makeup. The master bathroom sink is also clogged. Will we return? YES! But please add onsite management back!

The main housekeeper we saw and she is so very nice and caring. The condo is nice, we so appreciate the washer and dryer and two bedrooms. The mattress on the twin bed, lower bunk is actually quite comfortable. It is a bit outdated but i hear that it will be updated soon with an ice maker as well. Tess is absolutely amazing and cares very much for the property. Would recommend Latitude 29. We now go to dinner down toward Seacrest, Rosemary Beach etc. Very good places. U

Would have liked to see the heater turned on for a bit, also the hot tub was down 5 of the days we were there. The gate that lead down to the beach was not working properly and would not open at times, which was very frustrating! As soon as we arrived we were meet in the parking lot by the property manager asking where our parking pass was! We explained we had just arrived! Not the friendliest way to be greeted just arriving! Many quest were complaining about the way the property manager would approach you about a parking pass as you arrived. Just seemed like she could have approached in a friendlier way. Also while we were there heavy rain brought water up to bottom of our patio door and actually came inside the trac of the door. We were worried for awhile the condo was about to flood. I believe a pimp was out of order on the property. Over all we enjoyed the condo. The pool, hot tub left a lot to be desired!

The change of using outside sources to rent rooms for good or bad, really determines who you use. I highly recommend Helen Phillips because she responds, acts, and makes sure your vacation is great! My Brother dealt with another company and was very upset with their service and lack of responses. The Latitude is awesome and cozy. No elevators and everyone knows everyone by the end of the week because it is just a good family atmosphere with grills, a pool, hot tub and quick and easy access to the beach. Helen is great. There is always the possibility of something going wrong with a room but with Helen, she will get it fixed asap or get your issue resolved.
