Charmantes und klassisches Sullivan's Island Haus, das den entspannten Lebensstil der Insel widerspiegelt! Das Hotel liegt 1,5 Blocks vom Meer und 1 Block von den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Insel entfernt. Sie haben alles, was Sie brauchen, zu Fuß erreichbar! Es bietet eine geräumige, abgeschirmte Veranda und einen großen Garten, der sich ideal für ein Familientreffen eignet. Es gibt einen Holzkohlegrill vor Ort. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer auf einem geteilten Schlafzimmerplan, mit zwei Schlafzimmern weg von jeder Seite des Wohnzimmers. Das Haus bietet Kabel-TV mit DVD-Player / WLAN im Wohnzimmer. Sullivan’s Island Vacation

We were very impressed with how comfortable and clean the property was. It was a great location and very close to the beach. I would highly recommend renting the beach cruisers for a morning ride on the beach. We loved that!! Obstinate Daughter was a fabulous place for dinner - great food, vibe and staff and very close to this property. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great house

Great little beach house. Amazing location in Sullivan’s, can walk to everything and one block to the beach. Definitely can’t beat the location. The house is not anything super fancy, but has plenty of space and was comfortable! Great screened in porch which was really nice. Has everything you need, would recommend!

Fantastic Location

The location was perfect for us - a few minutes walk to the beach, a few minutes walk to the restaurants/bars. We were also a quick drive to Shem Creek and Isle of Palms. The property didn’t have luxury high end finishes, but it was clean and comfortable. The screened porch was our favorite part. We ate breakfast every morning there. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

Was a fine place for us to spend Labor Day. Adequate supplies for us and good sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately closest boardwalk to beach was underwater, (not owners fault), so Grandpa had to trek a bit. Very steep staircase that was hard for older family members to negotiate.

The house was in the perfect location for a girls beach trip! It would be nice to have a mattress cover on the mattresses and sheets that fit the king bed, but that is the only complaint.

Ladies Getaway!

The four of us had a terrific time exploring Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms. The rental house was perfect for all of our needs. Plenty of space, (we each had our own bedroom) and it was easy walking distance to both the beach and the main street to restaurants! The rental/realtor office was the best! So helpful and accommodating of all our questions!

Great location and grounds!

We thorougly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is perfect, the layout of the house is so wonderful for two families but the grounds were the best. The downstairs outdoor shower area was so nice and the HUGE lawn was so fun for playing games and grilling out on memorial day. The only thing that would have made it better was to have more outdoor furniture so it was easier to enjoy the huge lawn. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Choice for Families

Our experience with this charming, comfortable home was 100% positive! Our family enjoys coming to SI every year and we like choosing different properties to expand our choices. This house worked so well for us we all agreed we would like to return to this one again. The location is perfect for walking to the beach in minutes with little children and strollers in tow. The restaurants are a quick 2 blocks away, so we walked or took our golf cart every day. The screened porch is perfect for letting the littles play safely outside or on the porch swing and the spacious back yard was just what we needed for them to play games and run off some energy before winding down for bedtime. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open concept so everyone could easily visit, cook, eat, watch TV, and be together before and after beach time. The 4 bedrooms and 2 Jack & Jill baths gave us privacy for sleeping and worked fine for our family. The full size washer & dryer was a must for us with babies and small children, and the counter space was great for preparing breakfasts for all in the mornings. The cable & WiFi worked fine, water pressure was great, and the stacks of towels/bath mats/hand towels were all new, white, thick quality and enough for our large family if we washed a load each night. The mattresses were adequate, may be the one upgrade I would suggest, but it worked fine for our stay. The comforters all appeared to be new, and linens were fine. The furniture and decor is typical for a beach rental, but totally fine. The house was exceptionally clean, plenty of kitchen and cooking supplies (don't need to bring anything from home), and as long time SI vacationers, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you for creating such a nice place for our family vacation with grandchildren ages 2 month, 1, 2, & 3 years old. I know this is probably more detail than needed, but the previous review was undeserved. I would highly recommend this house for families and couples whose expectations are to be close to the beach & restaurants, want a well stocked kitchen & full size washer/dryer, and expect a clean, comfy home away from home for a few days!

Lacking...

Check-in requires you to go get keys and sign a very strictly-worded "rules" document with threats of fines for even simple things like not taking all the linens off the bed at check-out (you pay for cleaning BTW). This house had zero reviews (or the listing was removed and re-added) so I should have known better. The hot water didn't work for the first day we were there, resulting in cold showers. The Cable never worked, which I contacted Carrol realty about and didn't get resolved. The house has no extras. No beach toys, chairs, coolers, anything. The beds are old. And... FYI I saw the linen cleaning process at change-over doesn't include the comforters... wonder the last time they actually cleaned those. Maybe I've been spoiled by other beach houses we've rented but this one is lacking all around. Really great location if you want to be near the town area. This is 3 stars and I feel even that is generous.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
