Das neue Deck ist 50% größer als das Original und verfügt über einen Esstisch mit Platz für 6 plus 3 Barhocker. Die Elektronik des Whirlpools wurde ab Februar 2016 ersetzt und aktualisiert.

Swaying Pines verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafboden. Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Kingsize-Holzbett, während das obere Schlafzimmer ein Queensize-Holzbett bietet. Der Dachboden hat ein Doppelbett. Wir haben auch ein ausziehbares Doppelbett im Wohnzimmer hinzugefügt. Die Ottomane verwandelt sich in weniger als 30 Sekunden in ein Bett, in dem ein Kind oder ein Teenager bequem schlafen kann.

Swaying Pines liegt direkt zwischen Pigeon Forge und Gatlinburg - nur wenige Autominuten von beiden Städten entfernt. Gut asphaltierte Straßen ohne gruselige Abfahrten oder anspruchsvolle Kurven. Nur ein stetiger Anstieg, den die meisten Fahrzeuge problemlos bewältigen können.

Family trip with pup

Blown away from the second we opened the door. Beautiful, pet friendly, & perfect location. I will admit I was glad my husband did all the driving because the driveway was a bit tricky but that’s no big surprise in the mountains. It was by far the nicest, best equipped rental we have ever stayed in and we hope to return again. Even our pup felt right at home which isn’t always the case in a pet friendly rental. Communication was excellent and cleanliness top notch. So happy we found a true home away from home.

Pigeon Forge Trip

Perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, perfect size, close to everything and great communication with the host. We were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

First time in the Smokey Mountains and we loved everything about the cabin! Location was great-away from all the busyness of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but close enough to explore anytime. Cabin was clean and welcoming. Jen was great to work with as well. We will definitely rent from them again!

Relaxing cabin near everything

Our stay was great at blue mist cabins. It was clean and welcoming when we arrived. It's in the perfect location for quick access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The huge deck that is perfect for relaxing surrounded by nature after long days of sightseeing.

Quite little cabin

Great little cabin! Clean and spacious with enough room for my family of 4. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outside due to weather and activities but was quiet. Great communication! Only negative were the roads to get up to the house. I can’t imagine if there was ice or snow. Overall we would definitely book again.

Fabulous and Quaint Cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous and quaint cabin. The pictures do not do it justice. The cabin is perfectly nestled between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You can reach either place in just minutes, yet the location is away from the hustle and bustle. The location is just so peaceful. The cabin is also very clean and well-stocked. You can tell that a lot of thought went into anticipating items guest might need to make their stay more comfortable and convenient. We usually visit the area once a year and this has been my favorite place to stay so far. We will definitely be booking here again in the future. Special thank you to Blue Mist Cabin Rentals for communicating so easily also. They were very professional and friendly.

Great place to stay!

We recently returned from our stay at Swaying Pines. Like others, we read all the reviews and looked at the photos from this home. Even with all the positives, we were still nervous to arrive because you just never know what you will get. Well, we got exactly what we wanted and the reviews/photos were all on point. Very clean, very comfortable and very well stocked with everything that we needed. We had our pup with us and they even had a jar of dog treats for her. The home is close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Nice Cabin

My family and I stayed at this cabin during the Christmas holiday for 7 days. We appreciated the fact that there was a small Christmas tree and other holiday decorations throughout the main living area. The cabin is located very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which made it easy to drive to attractions in these areas. The cabin is located in a quiet area. We enjoyed walks on the property, fishing, and feeding the ducks. Amy (Host) was readily available to us when we had questions and was super attentive and professional. We would definitely stay in this cabin again if we travelled back to this area.

Absolutely Perfect!

The cabin was exactly as pictured and Amy was so easy to communicate with. The small touches throughout the cabin were appreciated and my kids both loved the wooden toy train! The cabin is perfectly located between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge but nicely tucked away for peaceful evenings. I loved the iPad/tablet which also provided recommendations and addresses. Thank you so much for sharing this piece of heaven with us. I would 10/10 recommend this property!

Our anniversary weekend

The property is just as it was explained. It was cozy and nice for our stay. It was loud during the day cause they are redoing a house on the hill next to the cabin but other then that everything was great. We have verizon and had no service here but there wifi is amazing i highly recommend this place.

Perfect location in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to without steep mountain climbs. The cabin is beautiful and so clean. Great outdoor deck and yard for the puppers. We highly recommend it. Our hosts are on the ball with questions and all around communicating. We will be back

Just off the Parkway

Great location nestled just off the Parkway, easy driving. Very responsive host and well kept cabin. Enjoyed walking around the lake with our dog! Kitchen had plenty of cookware and amenities. No issues, would definitely return!

Perfect getaway

The cabin is perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Super clean and inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub and even had a bear siting (from a distance) driving up to the cabin. We also really like the pond and did lots of laps. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Hi I'm Amy Greener and along with my husband Rick, we own and self-manage our 3 cabins in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, plus a few more for our neighbors. Our goal is to give you the best vacation rental experience ever. We hope to retire someday but for now, this is our family business and it keeps us busy!

Lots of people ask us why we chose this area to buy a vacation rental, when there are so many beautiful properties in our home state of Michigan. Honestly, it boiled down to two big factors: money and weather. With three young children, we didn't have much money to work with. We were looking specifically for a modest, fixer-upper. And Michigan gets mighty cold after October, so we headed south for our cabin search. We stumbled across Swaying Pines and new immediately it had real potential. It was painted blue outside and sad looking inside, but with time and sweat equity it's become a favorite with guests. We love the Smokies, the history of the area and it's welcoming people. We've made many friends and acquaintances here over the years, and you can't help but feel that wonderful southern charm and hospitality wherever you go.

Swaying Pines is a hidden gem...only 5 minutes from either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We especially enjoy the short drive to either town when it's really busy, like holidays. The 6 acre lake is privately owned so you don't need to buy a fishing license. It's so relaxing to take a walk around the corner to the lake and drop a line...or just make a loop around the lake for some exercise. The horseshoes are lots of fun, too. It has been a joy for us to gradually update and upgrade the cabin and hear comments from guests who remember it having a blue exterior, dial up internet or the old jacuzzi in the main bath. Humble beginnings, for sure :)
