4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, 2 WCs - Dieses Anwesen strahlt Verschwenderisches und den Lebensstil der Isle of Palms aus. Wenn Sie eintreten, werden Sie in einem Raum willkommen geheißen, in dem Sie bei einer Partie Billard und auf großen Sofas Zeit miteinander teilen können. Drei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, zwei mit Queensize-Betten und das andere mit zwei Etagenbetten und einem Queensize-Bett, ermöglichen die Trennung und Privatsphäre von den Aktivitäten im Obergeschoss.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, auf dem die weiche U-förmige Couch in den Esstisch für acht Personen mündet. Die Küche, der Hauptbestandteil eines jeden Hauses, ist groß genug, um gemeinsam zu essen und zu trinken und gute Zeiten zu genießen. Das größte Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, der Meister, befindet sich ebenfalls im zweiten Stock. Ausgestattet mit einem Queensize-Bett und einer Couch sowie einem Doppelwaschtisch, einer Dusche und einer Badewanne im Badezimmer. Dies ermöglicht die Privatsphäre von sozialen Bereichen und den gesamten Raum in Abgeschiedenheit auszudehnen.

Birthday weekend

As my son walked in and said “this house is Sick!” It was beautifully decorated, clean and beyond spacious. The room that slept 6 was perfect for my daughter and her friends and they had an extra bedroom for luggage and their own personal “dressing room”. All the amenities you could want and perfect access to the beach. The game room in the bottom floo was a wonderful touch.

Beautiful Home with great space

Home was perfect for our large group and majestic entry stairs on this property. Everything was perfect in the home but if I had to say one thing the front door needs to be adjusted as it is tight, which is typical for beach properties but otherwise awesome for the week. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location but House Needs Work

While the location is great and the layout of the house provides lots of space, it is not well maintained. Carpeting was stained and frayed, bedding was spotted and dirty, and furniture in the 3rd floor living space was very worn (one pillow was so dirty we put it aside and didn’t use, and the sectional couch came apart and we had to call to get it put back together). It is clear that there is no routine maintenance. When we arrived, at least half of the canned lights on the 3rd floor were burned out, the dryer wasn’t working, the kitchen sink and chairs were falling apart (and there were no stools for the kitchen counter as described in the house write up), there were nails sticking up at least 1/2 inch all over the front porch and porch off the 2nd floor bedroom). Fortunately, Carroll Realty took care of everything quickly, but I think it is unacceptable that a renter should have to take their vacation time to deal with issues that are clearly due to poor overall cleaning and maintenance of the home.

Great place to stay. House was in great location and well designed, decorated and maintained. Had an awesome time. Should replace rooftop patio seating. Look into lighting for back patio we could not get anything turned on. And repair hinges on cabinets on rooftop. Loved the place and would rent again.

Great family home close to the beach

Clean, comfortable, spacious home 2 blocks from the beach. Beach towels would’ve been helpful as we were all coming from OOT. Lots of stairs but has an elevator which was helpful with my elderly parents. Check in was after 4p and check out is at 10a. You have to check in at the rental office which is an extra step but had keyless entry so we didn’t need to check out at the rental office.

Great Home Terrible Neighbors

This listing is beautiful and was a great venue for our girl’s trip. The home is gorgeous and the access to the beach was perfect. The spacious kitchen allowed for group meals and great memories. However, the neighbor across the street was terrible. Although we parked on the continued driveway from the home, she called the police twice about parking. She stated we could not park on the road when we were clearly parked on the home's property. This was very frustrating to us as we had paid a lot of money to stay and did not enjoy being harassed by the woman across the street. The renters need to provide information on this ahead of time or talk to the neighbor. To pay this much for a property and deal with this issue all weekend is frustrating.

Overall we loved the style of the house and location! Just a few minor issues. Oven door does not shut tightly and made it difficult to cook. The bed in the master bed room is old and the mattress needs to be placed. Having a pool table is nice, having pool cues with tips is even better! All the pool cues are broken. Could not find any additional blankets. The tub in the jack & jill bathroom was backed up, had to plunge on the first use. No shower mat in the master bath. Being able to turn the heat on for the hot tub would be great.

Disappointed home has potential

This vacation home has the potential to be phenomenal; however; small details that were missed made our stay somewhat unpleasant. My family and I only get together once a year so we always hope the vacation goes smoothly. The garages at the home are electric and have the corresponding buttons for access inside the home. Out of 3 garage doors, only one worked properly and it was at the back end of the home. You can imagine unpacking was extremely difficult without direct access to the elevator. Eventually, we were able to open the doors manually only to find standing rainwater in the garage that came from a leak in the homes' foundation. We chose this home because of its close proximity 'to the beach. What is a beach home without sunshine? The balconies are a perfect place to capture natural light but there were several blinds that were either broken or not functioning properly. The hot tub was not working at all. They give your fair warning that the pool will have leaves but the foliage was overwhelming. Even with the pool being directly under trees, it is a safe observation that the pool is not cleaned regularly. Shower handles, scuff marks on the walls, clogged toilets and bathroom sinks, water stains on the ceiling, and outdated furniture all contributed to our substandard stay. Also, the driveway is paved from the garage to the front of the home. DO NOT PARK AT THE FRONT OF THE HOME. The neighbors called the police because we parked, in what we thought, was an extension of the driveway. Signage or even a note in the welcome package could have prevented this embarrassing hiccup. All in all, this property has major potential. If the owners pay a little more attention to detail it will improve the overall client experience.

Proximity to the beach was great. Size of home was great. Master bed was too small and needs to be replaced. I had to wash all dishes prior to using. Food was left in oven on a cookie sheet. Good thing I brought cleaning products all bathrooms tubs and showers had mold in them. I will come back to Isle of Palms just not to this home.

The roof served well for stargazing. The kitchen was roomy. Overall the location worked well, with the beach nearby and about 1/2 hour ride to Charleston.

Not impressed!! The home had potential to be beautiful but was very poorly maintained. In the pictures it appears there is a hot tub but we we're informed by the pool maintenance that it had not worked for years. There was also an issue with the septic system and at times the backyard bubbled up and smelled so bad we couldn't sit around the pool. Although I called and explained the issue nothing was done and through conversation I could clearly decipher this was not a first time issue. My only other complaint would be the beds which are stated as Kings but are clearly queens. The kitchen was wonderful and being at the beach was so nice that I chose not to ponder on the bad!!

Large, nice, clean home

The house is definitely able to fit a lot of people comfortably. It was very clean, but lacked a lot of basics (notably beach chairs). A lot of the porch doors were broken and would not close let alone lock so safety was a minor concern. The decks and rooftop were great. The pool did have leaves but not a big deal and was enjoyable. Bummer the hot tub didn’t work though.

Not quite good enough...

Having stayed in several IOP houses over the years I was excited to try this property as a quiet option just off the beach. The new-ish house is in a good location with decent beach access. Unfortunately, for the price, the owner/manager has dropped the ball on some glaring issues. It took the 5 kids about 5 minutes to nearly fall in the pool due to several loose tiles on the edge, one of which is a true hazard. Equally scary were the tangle of exposed wires in the master bedroom. Several smaller issues were bad enough that we simply didn't want to get blamed for them! Broken refrigerator door, numerous broken cabinet handles and a poorly equipped kitchen along with the major issues we alerted the manager to on day 1. When the handyman arrived the next day, it turned out he was there to address complaints from the previous week's guests. He let us know the owner has known of these issues for some time but was not interested in making the investment for repairs. Given this, and the response to our concerns we it looks the listing is not being totally transparent with the listing. For a prime beach week on IOP, this is simply not quite good enough...

We loved the space and definitely loved how everything was easy to find. The property was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool having it right in our own backyard. Our neighbors were quiet. We didn’t use the garage but having it would have been a plus if we wanted it. Walking to the beach was easy for my extended family. I would not want to be any closer because of the traffic. So this road was perfect. We had a great experience and love the rental company. They were very responsive. They were right there when I needed to talk to them or ask them a question. They responded to my email or answered the phone immediately. We stayed the weekend after July 4 and I thought it would be dirty because of the events the week before but it seems to be that the cleaning crew is excellent even turning that around in one day. Loved This house. No complaints. The only thing is that I am not sure we would go back to this beach again just because we like to try new beaches each year. So enjoy this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home. We had 12 people and it was plenty of space for everyone. The location is great (easy walk to the beach) and we used the pool a lot. Other reviewers complained it wasn’t clean but a good portion of the pool is almost always shaded by some large trees (great for folks who need a break from the sun) so yes, there are leaves and dirt in the pool but a pool guy came and cleaned it while we were there so it’s definitely being maintained. Our biggest complaint would be the bugs. Again, the property is shaded by a lot of trees and bushes and we got eaten alive. Definitely need to be sure to keep the doors closed to avoid letting the mosquitoes in and douse your body in bug spray If you want to sit outside. Besides that, it was an excellent experience and I’d book it again!

Girls Weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very close to the beach and the roof top area was so fun! The only issues that we had were that the hot tub was advertised on VRBO was not included and the rental company wouldn't tell us how to turn them on. The other issue was that there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out beds.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
