Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage in der begehrten östlichen Ecke im 7. Stock. Keine Gebäude nebenan versperren den Blick und bieten direkten Blick auf den Außenpool am Phoenix Gulf Shores. Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Eingangstürschloss, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit den Schlüsseln Schritt halten müssen! Vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster des Geräts genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf. Mit über 1.980 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig und neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt!

In dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Gulf Shores gibt es zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten: Das Gerät ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, einem Bartresen mit Eismaschine, einem 60-Zoll-SMART-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und einem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Master, einem 42-Zoll-Fernseher ausgestattet. Smart TV im 2. Schlafzimmer und ein 39 "SMART TV im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Great Condo and Great Views

There were 8 of us in this condo, however this place would easily fit 14. The views are amazing and everything was great. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites for future stays. The only things that could improve: fridge has seen better days and needs a refresh on the pans/saute pans.

Wonderful Condo at Phoenix Gulf Shores

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and just as advertised with plenty of room. We especially loved the large family room & huge TV. The condo is on the 7th floor with great views of the beach, the pool and the water slide below. The owner was also kind to check in on us as well. We hope to stay here again!

Awesome experience

Our stay was amazing. The property was very accessible. The location from the property to the beach was perfect and the pools were awesome. Our condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 13. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing!

We had our entire family of 17 here and it was perfect! Big enough that it wasn’t crammed at all. Balcony views were amazing, dolphin views almost every morning. As close to the beach as you can get 👍. Condo was very clean and up to date. Lots of appliances. Check in and out process was super simple. Great location. 10/10 recommend and will definitely continue staying with Phoenix !

Spring Break

The condo was in a perfect location - walkable to shops and restaurants. The beach was not too crowded in this area and the kids loved the pool. Only concern was the oven took a long time to reach temperature...but once we figured that out, we planned accordingly.

Spring Break

We had a great stay over our spring break. It was a group of 14 extended family members ages 73 to 13. The accommodations were great and we loved the view! We had one maintenance issue with a toilet that was fixed quickly! Would highly recommend that condo!

Wonderful place to stay

We loved the condo. Just be careful about charges from VRBO that won’t be listed on the Phoenix rental agreement. I believe that ALL charges should be listed on every agreement. That was the only grievance we had. Also VRBO was not friendly when we called to question the $431 fee from them.

1st Big Family Vacation

The management, front desk, and all the other staff personnel were outstanding. Everyone in our party was impressed with the condo. If I could give a recommendation though. The need of a new bed in the Master Suite and one of the other bedrooms. My wife and I felt as though we were going to roll out of the bed opposite sides, like it was raised in the center. All in all, though I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay for our 1st not last Big Family Vacation.

Reviewer Comments: It was overkill for us size wise (3) but an opportunity that I am glad we didn’t pass up. A great building with a wonderful combination of beach and heated indoor pool. Sized for a much larger group, we wanted for nothing and what an extraordinary view!Gulf Shores isn’t much to write home about but who cares when “ home” is great. We used carry outs exclusively and why wouldn’t we? Good choice of seafood joints nearby and non could top our view!Sleeping arrangements here are not democratic, it is best if you are not trying to share costs. Best for a family gathering but be aware of the doubling up and shared bath. However, it is good if your are the host and get the master bedroom!

The bulbs either didn't work or there was only one lamp in the living area. (2 are pictured but there is only 1). Not all bedroom fan lights or lamps worked. Not a big deal but as I said that is our only complaint. We will definitely rent this unit again!

The view from the balcony was amazing. The only issue we had was there was only 1 roll of T paper in each bathroom, 1 dishwasher pod, no extra trash bags, no laundry soap. So we had to make a trip to the store. Other than that, great place. Would definitely rent again!
