Dies ist ein wunderschönes, modernes Anwesen mit allen Ihren Urlaubsanforderungen. Geräumige, voll klimatisierte Zimmer, die alle neu eingerichtet sind. Moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus haben Sie eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Salzseen und das Meer, wo Sie den Sonnenuntergang an einem Abend beobachten können.
Draußen gibt es 6 Sonnenliegen, 6 Stühle und Tische unter Sonnenschirmen und eine große Pergola mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für 12 Personen im Freien.
Es gibt auch einen Steintisch und Stühle für mindestens 6 Personen.
Neu hinzugekommen ist ein Billardtisch, der ein großer Erfolg war. (Nicht nach 23.00 Uhr zu verwenden, um Respekt gegenüber unseren Nachbarn zu haben und das spanische Recht einzuhalten.)
Die Villa befindet sich im Zentrum eines großen Eckgrundstücks von 500 m2. Es hat Orangen-, Zitronen- und Olivenbäume und eine große Palme.

Golf trip with friends

We stayed in the villa for four days in mid-March. Really enjoyed the Villa, communication with property manager was excellent and the house met all our needs. A bit of distance to restaurants and shops but we had cars or used taxis which worked well.

Lovely villa. Just a couple of suggestions: at least one of the folding parasols need replacing as it cannot be fixed in the upright position. On our last visit we had a lovely 'welcome pack' that was absent this time. Not incumbent on the owners to provide as such, but it did make a nice touch. Maybe the pool area could be jet-washed as it would probably look a million dollars afterwards. Otherwise, really enjoyed the space and facilities.

Stunning spacious Villa perfect for large families.

Party of 10 just returned from a 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. This is a perfect villa for large families, boasting the 6 bedroom 4 bathroom layout. There was enough space for us all. It's situated about a mile away from the nearest village ( San Miguel) so unless you like to walk in the heat, a car is highly recommend. From arriving to our last day we enjoyed the pool every day which was so needed in the heat! Equally beautiful views. The villa came equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment we never ran out!! The welcome pack was also a lovely touch from travelling and enjoying our first drink and sit down. The management company were very welcoming and were on call at any time if any issues ( which there weren't any!!). Rosie you have one beautiful home thank you for letting us share for our holiday There were no complaints from any of us. Anita & family

Plenty of room for large families

Everything we needed was provided from a travel cot and high chair to pool towels; of which there were masses and very well used with everyone in and out of the pool. Being a large family with differing ages there was an area in the villa suitable for everyone. Taxis hit and miss in the area if you don’t hire a car! But my daughter belongs to villa Martin forum and we found an Uber type company that we could book and track arrival simply. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time together as a family and the weather was amazing!

Perfect Villa in a peaceful location

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 10 day stay in the villa. Everything was perfect for us, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise especially with a hungry toddler and arriving late! It’s a great size, we were a party of 8 and wasn’t on top of each other! The outside space is great and having the heated pool in October was brilliant! Thank you Rosie xx

Loved it, we will be back!

We have just returned from a week stay at this property and can not fault it. Rosie was brilliant from the start and so friendly. Lovely clean house, plenty of room, good size pool. Very relaxing family holiday. A car is needed to get around to shops etc but that is stated. We hope to return. Thank you so much :)

Absolutely beautiful villa had everything you needed and more very spacious pool was fabulous

The villa was brilliant from start to finish plenty of information about villa and area. Lovely and clean, we got picked up from airport then hired a car which was much easier. The owners couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely be booking again and telling people about the villa, 5 star plus .

Overall a fantastic stay. Accommodation is to a high standard. Everything you need I hand.

All of the bedrooms and bedding to a high standard. Supply of not only internal towels but pool towels. Kitchen was well equipped with indoor and out door drinks and food utensils. Villa info very helpful. Good restaurant in walking distance and many more a short cab away. Easy location for top beaches and fantastic golf courses.

Fantastic holiday, great villa, everything you need and more

Had a wonderful Easter break with all the family, there were 12 of us and there was plenty of space for us all to do as we pleased. The pool was heated and got to 30 degrees so that was excellent for the kids and adults. Plenty of sunbeds and seats for everyone. Pool table was a bonus for a game in the shade. Loved sitting on the balcony on a night before we went out, great views and fantastic area. Cant wait to go back.

Absolutely fabulous villa

Our party of six adults and three children loved every second of our stay in the villa. Loved it so much that we spent most of our ten days stay at the house. There is plenty of space for everyone both inside and outside. The villa is very well equipped and very tidy and we got a great welcome pack at the arrival. It is situated a bit outside of any center so a car is needed. The people who looked after the villa as well as the owners are extremely helpful. Thank´s for having us. Hopefully we will come back in the future. There are no complaints what so ever from any of us so the villa is highly recommended. Göran H with family

We are a family of 8 and purchased this wonderful villa this year for our enjoyment and for others to rent for a holiday. We have refurnished it throughout with new furniture both inside and out.

We love staying here and would love to share it with others. It is a most wonderful location, all private villas, beautiful views out to the salt lakes and the sea beyond. Lovely quiet area. Only 10 minutes drive to the fantastic beaches, bars and restaurants in Villamartin.
The village of San Miguel de Salinas is a 5 minute drive where you will find more bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket. There is also weekly market on a Wednesday which is worth a visit.
There is a bar in San Miguel that do a courtesy mini bus there and back on an evening.
