Großer Wohn- / Essbereich mit 3 Sofas und einem Esstisch. TV mit englischen Kanälen über eine Freesat Box, zusätzliche 2 Sofas draußen auf der Naya. 3 Schlafzimmer (plus 2 einzelne Ausziehbetten), Bad und Dusche. Moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler und separatem Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Großer Essbereich mit Tisch und 6 Stühlen. Großer privater Pool mit 6 Sonnenliegen und Tisch und Stühlen. Private Fahrt mit elektrischem Tor. Internetzugang und eine neue Klimaanlage wurden im Oktober 2017 in allen drei Schlafzimmern installiert. Deckenventilatoren sind in allen Schlafzimmern und in der Lounge vorhanden. Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern. Außerhalb Tuk Tuk Bar mit Kühlschrank für Ihr eigenes Vergnügen schrullig (nicht bestückt). Entspannungsbereich mit 6/8 Stühlen und Kaffeetisch. Ideal für den Besuch lokaler Festivals und Fiestas in der Umgebung. Viele Bars und Restaurants in den umliegenden Dörfern. Kann Go Karting in Moraira & Javea empfehlen. Tolle Segway-Touren in Benidorm.

War schön, aber...

Das Haus ist groß und komfortabel für sieben Personen. Der Pool war super. Das was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist dass das Haus nach Alt gemüfelt hat und die Küche etwas dreckig gewesen ist. Sonst waren wir zufrieden

Great Stay

Just had a great stay, loved the outdoor space so many places to sit or sunbathe. Most of our stay was outdoors as the weather was very warm our grandchildren tho spent some of the day indoors to get out of the heat and watched the tv. Beds very comfortable and there is air con in each bedroom as well as ceiling fans, the kitchen has all you need. I would recommend this villa.

La villa correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes , la piscine et la climatisation sont vraiment un plus ! Nous dirions juste qu’il manquait d’ombre sur la terrasse pour les repas à 6… La communication avec Jane s’est très bien déroulée et elle a su répondre à nos diverses questions très rapidement. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

La propiedad cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas. La zona exterior es increíble: zona de barbacoa, piscina y espacio muy amplio. La comunicación con la propietaria excelente. El único inconveniente, muchos mosquitos.

Amazing!

The property it lovely and in a great location only 8 mins drive to Javea. The pool area is just amazing, the villa is very well equipped with everything we needed for am amazing holiday for our family of 7 with ages 16 to 80!! Highly recommended

Had a fantastic week staying in this villa in Les Fonts. Beautiful villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Everything you would need was provided. Outside space and the pool were great. Cannot really say enough about how good this villa is.

El alojamiento está genial, camas comodísimas, sillones en el comedor para toda la familia, electrodomésticos de gran calidad, menaje de cocina de todo lo que puedas imaginar. Un gran detalle de bienvenida, una garrafa de agua mineral, una caja de leche y una botella de cava. La ubicación de la piscina estupenda, le da todo el día el sol, y además al estar rodeada por el seto no te da el aire aparte que así no te ve nadie. Por poner alguna pega, que está un poco alejado de todo, pero claro eso lo ganas en tranquilidad

Great Holiday

The property was well looked after with all mod cons to make it a home from home. The location was perfect for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing break with easy access to all areas within the region. The owners were extremely easy to deal with from start to finish, with many helpful tips. I would strongly recommend this villa.

Great villa.

Rented this villa in July 2019 with husband & 2 teenage sons. Very pleased on arrival. Villa very spacious and comfortable ( beds, sofas ). Quiet neighbourhood, perfect for getting away from it all. Pool wonderful & very private. Secure gated parking. Excellent internet & air con in bedrooms. Pleasantly mosquito free due to insect netting on windows. Convenient for exploring nearby towns. Plenty of nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend this villa & hope to return. Thank you x

Peace and quiet

We had a lovely week at this wonderful villa. Our 4th stay in the area but the first stay at this villa. The photos do not do the villa and outside areas justice. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice and spacious inside and the outside areas are just superb. Plenty of shade if you want to get out of the sun as well. The owners have designed the pool area to provide the maximum amount of privacy and you are not over looked at all. Benitachell, Moraira and Javea are lovely places with plenty of nice restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. If your looking for a relaxing get away from it holiday along with wanting to be in an area that has a wonderful climate this is the place to go.

Home from home

Stayed here for two weeks August 2018, with my wife and 3 children. Villa is well maintained and in a good location, I would strongly recommend that a car is hired while staying here, beaches, bars and restaurants at Javea and Moraira are about a 10 to 15 minute drive away. The Villa is very spacious and easily sleeps 6 but there are camp beds that can be used to increase this, there is ice cold aircon in all 3 bedrooms which in August was a god send, all of the villa including the pool area is very private and not overlooked. The villa is well equipped and caters for everything. The pool area is fab, the deep end of the pool is somewhat deeper than a lot of villas I have stayed in which was great for the kids. TV in the lounge is very good and has a good selection of UK free view channels, it also has HDMI and USB so could connect hard drive loaded with films for the kids, when things were a bit hot. Villa has free wi-fi which was very good and didn't seem to suffer when multiple devices connected. The Tuk-Tuk bar has a fridge in it which is good for storing cold drinks while by the pool or the BBQ. We had day trips to a water park near Benidorm which was about a 30 min drive and also went to Valencia for the day which was about an 90 min drive (highly recommend Valencia).The booking process and communication throughout were second to none. A huge thanks to Jane and her family for letting us enjoy this fabulous family villa, we had a superb time.

Super verblijf!

Comfortabele villa met alles wat je wensen kan,gelegen in een rustige buurt. Een auto is noodzakelijk. Het enige spijtige is dat het niet echt praktisch is om buiten te eten aangezien de ligging van de eettafel.(afstand met de keuken en in de zon/ wind ) Een overkapping had misschien handig geweest. Verder een fijn contact met de eigenares,niets was haar te veel. Ook nogmaals onze hartelijke dank voor het uitgebreid welkomstpakket.

Très jolie villa au calme, un vrai bonheur

Magnifique maison de famille au calme et très bien équipée (encore mieux que sur les photos). Une superbe végétation (jasmin, palmier, citronnier, oranger...) et un très original mini-bar. Située au centre de plusieurs sites touristiques, on a que l'embarras du choix. Nous choisirons cette maison à nouveau sans hésitation ! La propriétaire est très sympathique et veille à notre confort. Voiture et citronelle indispensables.

This property is wonderful!

We really felt at home at this property. It was just as advertised. We enjoyed fresh oranges off the tree as well as fresh lemons. The whole home was extremely comfortable. The location was peaceful and quiet. You do need a car, however, if you are a cyclist and bring you own or rent this is an excellent location. It is easy travel to local beaches and villages. We enjoyed the local markets for fresh veggies and fruits. We would definitely recommend this property. Contact with the owner was excellent and we will be traveling to this location again.

My husband and I purchased our lovely home in 2001. We have had many happy holidays with our family here over the years. After my husband passed away eight years ago, I am unable to use the villa as much as I would like and have decided to share our villa so that others can make happy memories too. My daughter, Jane, handles all the bookings and with her husband have worked very hard to prepare the villa and ensure you have a lovely holiday.

This is a unique property giving you space and privacy. The surrounding area has many bars and restaurants as well as beautiful beaches and coves. Benitachell is a traditional Spanish village with numerous fiestas, as well as Javea and Moraira. The Moors and Christians in Moraira, in June is very popular. Theme parks are in abundance in Benidorm as well as evening entertainment.
