Zweigeschossiges Einfamilienhaus in einer Sackgasse in einem Wohnviertel. Das Haus, 2700 Quadratmeter, bietet Platz für 8 Personen, formelles Wohnzimmer, Familienzimmer und verfügt über zwei Hinterhof-Terrassen, mit Whirlpool, Terrasse von jedem der Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und einer Sonnenterrasse auf der Oberseite. 7 Minuten Fahrt nach Atlantic City. Zugang zum Strand (Stühle und Tags zur Verfügung gestellt) ist einen Block entfernt. Großer Schuppen zur Aufbewahrung von Fahrrädern, Surf- und Angelausrüstung. Tolles Zuhause für einen Familienurlaub.
Das Familienzimmer ist das Zentrum unserer Aktivitäten in unserem Haus. Ausgestattet mit einer eleganten Bar, einem 3149-Game-Arcade, einer Jukebox und einem 83-Zoll-4K-UHD-Fernseher. Xfinity mit HBO (auf allen 7 Fernsehgeräten im ganzen Haus) und Chromecast Ultra-Streaming-Funktionen bieten unzählige Film- und Musikoptionen in den Heimkino-Bestuhlungen (Popcorn inklusive!). Direkt vor dem Familienzimmer befindet sich eine Essterrasse und ein Whirlpool. In der Nähe haben wir eine Cocktailterrasse in der Nähe des Master Grill und der Rotisserie.

Excellent stay!

The property was well kept, clean and had so many fun amenities like the jukebox and bar! The property manager Brian was so kind and accommodating. Very easy to work with and contact. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving Family gathering

Our family enjoyed our 2nd Thanksgiving at the beach. Communication was excellent from the time we booked and included a text after we had arrived to ensure everything was to our liking. Our family loved the location and spaciousness of the house which had great family spaces for fun game and movie nights as well as spacious and comfortable bedrooms when we all needed some privacy. Already talking about next year.

Unforgettable birthday surprise

We rented this house to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The house exceeded all expectations. It is beautiful, clean, and well located. The extra touches everywhere make it very special. We especially enjoyed the popcorn, jukebox and the hot tub, of course! And not only did the house exceed expectations, the host went WAY above and beyond to help make the stay comfortable and special. I highly recommend staying here!

Change of Pace

Stayed at this property instead of staying at a hotel on the boardwalk. Nice change of pace. Theater room with juke box and popcorn machine was a fun hangout place. Hot tub was great. Enjoyed our stay.

Sunshiny days and comfy nights

My children and grandchildren had a fantastic week away in Brigantine in Brian’s home. We were there to enjoy family Olympics, and after we competed, we relaxed in front of the firepit and then went off to our comfy beds. The grandkids loved listening to oldies in the jukebox and then reclining in their own lounge chairs to watch a Disney movie. We’d definitely stay here again. Can’t thank Brian enough for answering all my silly questions so quickly.

Great House and Manager!

The house was great and as advertised. The backyard is a great place to hang out. It's in a nice quiet and private part of Brigantine. The biggest plus to this house is you get the house manager Brian. He's awesome and takes great care of the house and it's guests. We've been renting in Brigantine for 10 years and he's the best manager we've had. Thanks Again!

Great vacation rental

Wow, we loved this place so much! Such an amazing time, we’ll definitely be back for sure! The location was great, not far from AC beaches, casino’s and fine dining! We loved how our host Brian, made his home comfortable for us! Brian reached out to us asking for positive and negative feedback regarding his property. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Our favorite part of the property was the masters suite. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting looking for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic week in Brigantine

Brian was very accommodating and the home was a treasure. With three levels and plenty of outdoor spots there’s plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out or be together. A+ Property! You won't be disappointed!!!

I rented this lovely house along with three of my friends for a girls weekend getaway. The communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. The pictures depict the property exactly as it is, wonderful! The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom is decorated so perfectly with a different beach theme. The bar area was our favorite place to hang out in the house and the jukebox was the icing on the cake! The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe. Located just across the bridge from Atlantic City, which can be seen from the balconies of this beautiful home. The host provided all the comforts of home, you'll just need to bring your clothes and some food and drinks. I highly recommend this home for your next Atlantic City vacation! I know we'll definitely be staying here every time we visit.

THE BEST!!!!

The only negative that I could put in this review is that I can only give 5 stars instead of 10! Everything exceeded our expectations! If possible, the house is better in person then in the pictures. Brian was the “Hostess with the Mostess”. All the amenities that he included went above and beyond. The hot tub, movie theater and popcorn, bar, snacks, clean, I could just keep going! It was off the charts! Thank you Brian! We will definitely be back! Everyone had the best time (ages 17 and up). ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Allen's house! We were able to take advantage of all the amenities: the jukebox set a fun mood, the grill was terrific, and the hot tub and fire pit were perfect for a slightly cool evening. It's a short walk to the beach and there's a beach cart and chairs provided. We were sad to leave and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cool house with lots of bells & whistles and a short walk to the beach

Lots to like about this house. The big screen TV w/movie theater seating was a huge hit with the kids, as was the hot tub! The master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous with vaulted ceilings, and the balcony is a nice spot for an afternoon snack or coffee. We would definitely come back.
