THE APARTMENT
This beautiful apartment features the following:
- A sober and elegant decor, to render an atmosphere “like at home” rather than “like at the hotel”.
- A large living room with wide bay windows opening onto the terrace, furnished with a dining table for 6 people, a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a TV set.
- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need during your stay.
- A first bedroom with a queen size bed, a TV, its own shower room with toilets, and a large closet.
- A second bedroom, identical to the first but with a bathroom instead of shower room (with toilets as well).
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 20 minutes on foot from the Vallauris / Golfe-Juan train station, 6 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
You have a car? A private parking spot on the property is included.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a few steps on the road to Cannes, you’ll be able to easily walk down to the small beaches and coves in that area.
You are also within a few minutes driving distance from the following points of interests:
- Cannes and the beaches around the Palm Beach district.
- The famous Croisette seafront, to take a leisurely stroll between luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine sandy beaches.
- Downtown Cannes (within 10 minutes), to discover the trendy Rue d’Antibes and Rue Hoche, or head to the medieval Le Suquet district.
- The picturesque seaside of Golfe-Juan, within less than 3 minutes.

A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer.
After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock boxes.
All the key lock boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
