This family cottage is located in the North Nordegg subdivision on 1.26 acres of land with direct access to surrounding crown land and direct access to the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains. Activities in the area include hiking, fishing, ATV with many trails, lakes and rivers at your doorstep. This fully equipped cottage provides all the amenities and comforts you desire including satellite, high speed internet via Starlink and a collection of DVD's. Enjoy a fire inside or out and enjoy the many activities this mountain region has to offer. The opportunities for adventure are endless in historic Nordegg! Please note that dogs and cats have stayed in the cottage from time to time.

Awesome Cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful cabin. Loved Nordegg as well. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Communication was great from the host from the time of booking until the time we left. 10 out of 10. Thank you for letting us stay at your little piece of paradise in the woods.

Relaxing Getaway at a Gorgeous Cabin

The cabin and property are stunning. We were comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire stay. We felt well prepared as the trip got closer because the communication with the owner was so thorough. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Tranquil and well stocked

Great cabin for getaway in the mountains

We can’t say enough about the stay we had here, this property was everything we hoped for. The cabin was very clean and well kept, it has great views out the large windows at all times of the day and it was a pleasure dealing with Darcy throughout the process especially since this was our first VRBO experience. We look forward to booking again!

My husband and I were so impressed with this verbo from the minute we drove in. D'arcy was super to speak to. The verbo was very well prepared. It was beautifully decorated and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. We would definitely consider coming back!!

Charming cabin, great location

Couldnt have asked for a better location for our getaway. The cabin came stocked with everything we needed, including firewood for the pit outside. We love Nordegg and all of the activities around it, including Coliseum Mountain which is within walking distance to the cabin. We will definitely be back!

Amazing time in Nordegg Cottage

We stayed for a little friend get together and this place was perfect for us! The cottage is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The yard is big and we played some yard game around. Definitely would return!

Family road trip: nice to stay

We will miss the beautiful Abraham Lake and mountains if we didn't book this property to stay. It's a bonus to our Banff trip. We also visited Ram River Ranger for horseback riding. Excellent! The wild fire disturbed and interrupted our trip. But nothing to reduce our joy staying in Darcy's place!

Great experience!

We really enjoyed the cabin. Very comfortable, clean and a gorgeous location. The kitchen had all the utensils or cooking gear we needed and our daughter loved the Xbox! We stayed during the heat wave and were happy to see that we could be comfortable inside the cabin, and the evenings cooled down nicely. Darcy was very helpful right from the time we booked until we left.

Fabulous Stay!

We loved everything about this property because it encompassed our biggest goal: to be outside. It is perfectly situated to climb the Nordegg Via Ferrata, and we rented the side-by-side for one afternoon as well which kept us outside the rest of the time. The cabin itself is beautiful, with high quality furnishings and plenty of towels and blankets. It did get hot while we were there and there is no AC, but nights cooled right down. Highly recommend staying here!
