Genug kann man nicht sagen, wie schön die Aussicht von dieser Eckeinheit ist, man kann das Meer von überall sehen.

Diese Villa befindet sich im 5. Stock, so dass Sie so weit sehen können, wie das Auge über den Atlantik reicht. 1506 Villamare wurde komplett renoviert. Die Küche beherbergt Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Das Wohnzimmer bietet reichlich Platz für Familiengespräche, zum Faulenzen und Spaß!

Diese Ferienimmobilie bietet zwei Master-Suiten für absolute Privatsphäre. Jede Master-Suite lädt Sie mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad ein. Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Queen-Size-Betten. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this fabulous condo. The ocean views are unsurpassed with dolphin sittings a daily event. The renovated pools and hot tubs create a spa like atmosphere. The central location gives easy access to almost anywhere on the island. The addition of closet organizers in 2 of the closets and the 2 new sofas were greatly appreciated. We had very few concerns during our stay but a couple minor things were immediately addressed by Island Time.

Wonderful Family Beach Retreat

This condo was wonderful for our family. The 3 separated bedrooms/bathrooms gave our family of adults their own space with their own ocean view balcony. The living room/dining area provided a generous space for movie watching, game playing and hosting friends. We loved this vacation venue and hope to return!

Very Nice Complex, But Condo Unit Left Some Things to be Desired

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The new pool deck area is fantastic! Walk to the beach was easy with no stairs to get there. The condo unit, however, needs updating and the 3rd bedroom sharing kitchen wall is really small with french doors that didn't allow for much privacy or sound/light control. Better having a standard door. Limited space in bedroom to allow for luggage. Also, not great having sinks by the bed with no door putting you at risk for awakening someone else. Bathroom drawer needs to be repaired. While small issue, we didn't have salt and pepper shakers or coffee filters in the condo. That's been standard in any other place we've rented. Very expensive condo for some of the things we noticed. Loved the floors (no carpet) and the condo was generally clean.

Paradise in Hilton head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 5 weeks we spent in 1506 Villamare went so quickly, but what a wonderful time. The views are fantastic with great looks from any of the 3 balconies or the large window in the main room. It was unfortunate the magnificent pools and spa renovation wasn’t completed before we left but we were made aware that was a possibility. This is a central location on the beach so you are so close to everything. Island Time was great to work with and we have already booked this unit again for next year.

So close to perfect!

Our family absolutely loved this property! You can't get any closer to the beach and the views from the property are excellent. There was a lot of construction going on and property management did notify us in advance of this, so the grounds/pool deck area weren't very usable but I think it will be nice once it's done and my kids actually loved watching the equipment. My ONLY complaint is in the kitchen. It's pretty cramped and worn out. The last people there must have used dawn or something in the dishwasher and we had to run it multiple times before we could get rid of all the bubbles and that dishwasher has seen better days (not the worst dishwasher I've seen in a rental though). But, the pans were the worst I've seen in the dozens of rentals I've stayed at. Scratched to the point the teflon looked fuzzy in one pan! And the tea kettle needed to be thrown out as well. It was rusty and moldy on the inside. So, overall the place is almost perfect and I'd absolutely recommend it and stay here again...I'll just bring my own pans next time :)

Great Rental

This property was wonderful and completely as described. The unit was clean and pretty well equipped. Villamare is a good location with easy access to many of the areas attractions. Great view of the ocean from all three balconies. Spent most nights just sitting out here enjoying the sights and sounds. The only minor issue we had was the balcony door were a bit hard to slide. Other than that it was great.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family had a great time at this condo. It was clean, spacious and had a great view of the Atlantic. The pool was great and plenty warm, despite a couple days of less than ideal temps. The rental company communicated very well throughout the process so we were never confused about what was expected. This unit had plenty for making meals as well as some beach gear which was also a plus.

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was perfect. Clean. Well maintained. BEAUTIFUL view. Definitely a repeat performance in the future. Only drawback was we only stayed 10 days. Next time 3 weeks!
