BESCHREIBUNG
Das 'The Beach House' befindet sich in hervorragender Lage an der Küste von Northumberland mit Blick auf das Meer in Beadnell an der Harbour Road und bietet einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Wenn Sie an die Küste von Northumberland kommen, möchten Sie hier sein.

Diese Unterkunft am Meer befindet sich in einer großartigen Lage mit einem Geschäft, das 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist - und einem Pub / Restaurant, das 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist.

Die Immobilie wurde im Januar 2016 komplett renoviert und im Januar 2019 mit einer neuen anthrazitgrauen Fassade und einem eingebauten Garagentor neu dekoriert.

Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (6 - 2 Doppel- und 1 Zweibettzimmer) und ein Spielzimmer (zusätzlicher TV-Bereich), eine Waschküche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Der offene Küchen- und Essbereich verfügt über eine Mittelinsel und führt auf einen Holzbalkon, der abends eine tolle Sonnenfalle ist. Keine Haustiere, fürchte ich. Auf dieser Seite befindet sich eine Anordnungskarte.

UMSTELLUNGEN: Wir vermieten wochenlang während der Sommerferien mit Freitagsumstellung. Wir bieten 3-Nächte-Wochenenden und 4-Nächte-Kurzurlaube unter der Woche an. Montags und freitags wird umgestellt.

Auf mit dem Haus ...
Das offene Wohnzimmer und die Küche befinden sich im 1. Stock, zusammen mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer. Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (1 x Doppel- und 1 x Zweibettzimmer), ein Spielzimmer mit Fernseher und Spielekonsole, oder Sie können Ihre eigenen zum Einstecken mitbringen. Es gibt auch ein Duschbad mit Waschbecken und WC und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit einer Hintertür.

Die Küche hat eine Granitarbeitsfläche und eine Mittelinsel. Kaminofen im offenen Wohnzimmer mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer.

Es ist hochwertig eingerichtet und verfügt über 2 Badezimmer (eines mit Badewanne und Handbrause und das andere mit einer Doppeldusche). Neue Teppiche und Dekoration, werden Sie sehr bequem sein.

Sie haben Zugang zum Garten hinter der Terrasse mit einem gemauerten Grill und Fahrradständern, an denen Sie Ihre Fahrräder befestigen können.

Das Anwesen ist neu eingerichtet und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Nordsee - eine der besten Lagen in Beadnell für den Meerblick.

Wir haben uns bei BT Infinity Wi-Fi angemeldet.

Hinweis: Wir sind ein großartiger Ort, wenn Sie an einer Hochzeit in Newton Hall, Bamburght Castle oder Ellingham Hall teilnehmen. Entschuldigung, bitte keine Junggesellenabschiede.

In der Beadnell Bay gibt es einige großartige Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausblicke, darunter in den Sommermonaten seltene Küstenseeschwalben. Wassersportaktivitäten wie Surfen und Kitesurfen werden ebenfalls angeboten (ein Gast hat einen Delphin aus dem Fenster gesichtet). Fahrräder können vor Ort gemietet werden und werden bis zu Ihrer Haustür geliefert. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Bamburgh Castle (8 km), die Farne Islands (3 km) und die historische Marktstadt Alnwick (19 km) sind bequem mit dem Auto oder Bus erreichbar.

Simply One of the Best

Lucinda and Guy have created a perfect VRBO rental - everything is just right and my stay was wonderful, easy, relaxing and happy, due in many ways to Lucinda and Guy’s efforts. The check-in/info packet is as complete and helpful as any I’ve ever had, including for hotel/resort facilities. I really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and everything in good shape. (The welcome treats were also a very nice touch!) I also very (very) much appreciated that there were good quality newer hairdryers provided, as well as a very good quality new iron and ironing board and washing machine with clothes racks and outdoor clothesline. And 2 sizes of binoculars for guests use! As I said, above and beyone and simply, one of the best rentals I’ve ever had - thank you so much Lucinda and Guy!

Fantastically positioned, very comfortable and well equipped house with beautiful views of the sea, we saw dolphins on 3 separate days! Five minutes walk from the gorgeous beaches, and 15mins from very good restaurants the small village shop is 10mins for essentials. Couldn’t be bettered! We will be back

Lovely house in lovely position.

Great sized house, well decorated and immaculately clean on arrival. Positioned on the land side of a road, with nothing opposite but a low wall and the sea - lovely view through the large picture window when relaxing in the lounge. Nice quiet area, close to Seahouses and close enough to Berwick etc for a day out. Visited "Hogwarts" at Alnwick Castle and "New Asgard" at St Abbs on relaxed days out. Recommended.

The house really is a hidden gem and it is obvious that much love has been put into making this an outstanding holiday home . The Beach House

Although we had viewed the property on line, and been impressed, the reality was even better. The location was excellent and the massive picture window gave an artists view of the seascape, which at times was breathtaking, particularly helped by the wild weather. We were able to sit in the warmth of the wood burner and watch nature at its rawest. The house was extremely thoughtfully equipped with all necessary items and some nice touches to make us feel immediately at home. The recommendations left by Lucinda worked out well and we would probably add The Apple Inn at Lucker to the list, superb Sunday lunch. We will not hesitate to revisit the Beach House again, but maybe at a less dramatic time of year.

Lucinda was great, so helpful and responded to any queries quickly. The photos are great but the house is even better in the flesh and even bigger than expected. Loved people and boat watching from the living room window. Beach a short walk as are a selection of amenities. My daughter was doing her uni work online and the WiFi was great, never let us down. Definitely on my list of places I'd love to visit again. Lovely touch leaving the prosecco! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

A living room with a view

Stayed in the Beach House for 4 nights in early June. House was very much like the pics, the higher floor is terrific, lovely and light with fabulous views. Lucinda the host was great from booking all the way through to our stay, really responsive, very accommodating and helpful. The house yIf you can find a slot, definitely try to stay!

Five star luxury with inspiring views

Our hosts prepared this newly renovated property to perfection but the star of the show was the ever-changing energy of the sea. My son walked in, looked out the window, and said “it’s a postcard”. The location is amazing, with miles of beach to explore without having to jump in a car. We went in the winter so the modern heating and wood stove were also features we enjoyed. The open plan kitchen and dining area made cooking sociable too.

The Perfect Place to Chill and Recharge

This is not just in the most fantastic location but the property is fantastic. The views from the lounge overlooking the sea just wash away the stress and put you in a state of calming relaxation. It's well decorated, has lovely furnishings and has most things that you would expect in a good rental property. The outside balcony is lovely and gets loads of sun. We loved being here - the process is really simple and Lucinda and Guy are super attentive which makes the holiday totally stress free. If you want to go to the Northumberland coast then go here (well not when we are back!), it's amazing!

My parents, Kenneth and Patricia Howe, have had a family holiday house in Beadnell for over 60 years. We spent most of our summer holidays here every year, now I have two children aged 17 and 21 and we have followed in their footsteps. It is a beautiful part of the Northumberland Coast with safe sandy beaches. The kids love pier jumping at high tide. There are so many fantastic walks to great pubs in the area and more castles than you can ever visit. Oh this is the 'about you' section - never good at talking about myself... I am a events manager for a London company organising professional conferences for the planning world, which I love (working from home in Durham) and have worked for the same company for 30 years.

We are the owners or custodians as I like to think of it of 'The Beach House' (for the last eight years). You will love the views - they are just AMAZING looking directly out over the north sea - watching the tides come in and out. Dolphins were recently seen by our guests swimming in the sea in front of the house.

It is decorated (annually) and furnished to a high standard and the location is excellent. Our changeover team are great and provide lovely white bed linen and huge towels for your stay.
