The condo was in the perfect location and just as pictured. Baytowne Wharf was steps away with endless amounts of entertainment. Dave was very responsive with any concerns, will definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful property!

Highly recommend this unit. It was very clean, and had everything as presented. Owner/manager communicated very well. Have been coming to Sandestin area for 25 years, this was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in to date.

The condo was amazing. We were right in the middle of tge shops and restaurants. It had a beautiful pool area. We rented the golf cart that came with the condo and it was so convenient to ride to the beach or up to the Grand for shopping. We Loved it..

Beach get away

The property was perfect for my wife and I to relax but also be in an easy access area for some good food and entertainment. Having the beach a golf cart ride away as well as many golf courses within a 5 minute cart ride was fantastic. Dave was easy to work with and Cary communicative going into and during our stay. Definitely will be back.

Perfect location

You can’t beat the area. It’s a gorgeous property with shops and restaurants not that far away. The condo itself is nice and secure and quiet! We didn’t have a single noise issue the entire week. We have stayed here once before and it’s just as enjoyable as I remember. Only a few minutes away from the beach. Only suggestions I can make are fixing one outlet in both rooms…..they wouldn’t hold anything plugged in, and also possibly finding a way to push more air into the bedrooms. The living was nice and cool but the bedrooms ran a little warmer so you felt like you had to kick the air down more to cool them off even with the fan. Very minor things though! I would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids June 2024. The location is great, centrally located in the Sandestin complex. We LOVED the golf cart and being able to ride around to different parts of the property. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and had everything we needed at the property. 10/10, will return!

The best Mother’s Day gift I have ever received was a week in the sun with our babies at this beautiful condo! Thanks for the wonderful week of memories made, everything exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for all things our kids enjoy and Dave was a fabulous host, ensuring everything went smoothly for us from start to end. We will definitely be back. Perfect place to Get Away

We loved the location of this condo. Right in the heart of shops/restaurants/pier, yet quiet and private. We loved having the golf cart to roam the neighborhood but especially to get to the beach and many other restaurants. I was confused by the photos- the balcony is overlooking beautiful treetops- and the parking lot, not the pool, which is in a completely different building. But it was a nice place to enjoy the mornings/evenings. We also really appreciated how communicative the owner is. He resolved any issues with quick responses. Hope to get back here again.

Perfect for families!

We had an absolute wonderful time. Your condo is amazing and we can’t wait to come back! The golf cart is a must for families who want to head to the beach. Our girls just loved going on golf cart rides anywhere! We also went to Henderson State Park for a beach day. It’s $6 per car and about 15-20 minutes away, but it is way less crowded, cleaner bathrooms, more family oriented and just gorgeous! The condo was very well kept, Dave’s instructions were very detailed and he was also very responsive. There are a lot of instructions to read, but it was super helpful. We didn’t get to Baytowne until almost midnight and needed help finding our way to the condo and despite the late night text, he was still responding! Thanks again for the hospitality!

Family Weekend Getaway

We came to this area and Baytowne Wharf for the first time, to celebrate our sons 13th birthday. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Loved it!!

My family and I loved staying here. The convenience to the village and all it has to offer can’t be beat. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was going as it should and was also super organized with helpful hints for things to do. We also opted in for the golf cart and it’s definitely a game changer and so glad we rented it with the condo. We will definitely be back! :)

Top notch property and location

Everything was perfect. Great location. Rented golf cart. 2 adults and 2 teens stayed for week. Teens were comfortable in bunk room. Lots of extra blankets, pillows. All the comforts of home. Owner recommended place to rent bikes for week. Played golf at Baytowne. Brought our own fishing rods. Gorgeous pool. Efficient and effective communication. Exceeds expectations!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Convenient !

My husband and I planned a quick trip to Florida just for R and R. The village of Baytown was everything we hoped it would be. The accommodations of Dave’s condo were exceptionally cozy, the bed was comfortable, everything was well-organized and clean! There were thorough instructions about activities, events, procedures, locations of anything, and everything we wanted to do and see…plus more! We did rent the golf cart for an additional charge over the condo price but it was worth it. The vacation would not be as fun without it since the beach is a few minutes across Hwy 98. It would be a fairly long walk from the village . The Village is family and pet friendly. Some condo owners allow animals. This condo does not however since We don’t travel with an animal, we didn’t need this allowance in our choice of a condo. Dave’s condo was perfect for us . We appreciate Dave checking in to make sure all was ok and that we got settled in okay. He is a great wealth of information about everything in the area too! Thanks Dave for an amazing time away ! Loved the condo

Great location. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. Kids loved the bunk room. Dave the owner was very responsive leading up to and during the trip. We rented the golf cart (nice perk) but unfortunately ran into several issues with the cart. Dave was available by phone and took care of the situation and was nice enough to give us a gift card in exchange for the inconvenience. Overall would definitely stay here again next time we are in Sandestin.
