Geräumige moderne Villa in Llenaire. 200 m vom Meer, 400 m von den schönen Sandstränden und 20/25 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Puerto Pollenca entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über Klimaanlage / Heizung. Alle Schlafzimmer können King oder Twin sein. Der Pool mit luxuriösen Sonnenliegen befindet sich im hinteren Garten neben einer überdachten Terrasse mit eingebautem Grill und Tisch für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Gemütlich eingerichtete Terrasse an der Rückseite der Villa. Tischtennis. Der Pool ist 9m x 5m ohne Stufen. Das flache Ende ist 1. 1m und das tiefe Ende 1. 9m. Erdgeschoss: große möblierte Eingangshalle, Tür zum Hauswirtschaftsraum (Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner), Toilette im Erdgeschoss und Doppeltüren zum geräumigen Wohnzimmer (TV mit englischen Kanälen, DVD- und CD-Player, Pelletofen), Doppeltüren vom Wohnzimmer zum Esszimmer und Terrassentüren zur möblierten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Esszimmer mit Billardtisch (kann zum Esstisch umgebaut werden), Tür zur Küche (Ceranfeld, großer elektrischer Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühl- / Gefrierkombination, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle). Obergeschoss: Bett 1 mit en-suite Dusche - kann mitbenutzt werden Bett 4. Bed 2 en-suite Dusche und Bed 3 en-suite Bad mit Dusche. Es gibt einen großen, sonnigen Gemeinschaftsbalkon mit herrlichem Bergblick von den Betten 1 und 2 und einen kleinen, schattigen Balkon von Bett 4. Es gibt DVDs, CDs und Familienspiele.
Alle Schlafzimmer können King oder Twin sein. Kinderbett / Hochstuhl vorhanden. Kein Tor zum Pool, bitte beaufsichtigen Sie Kinder.
Die Villa ist gut gelegen, um zum Strand, zu Restaurants usw. zu laufen. Ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil, wenn Sie kleine Kinder haben, viel einkaufen oder die Umgebung erkunden möchten. Es gibt eine gute Busverbindung ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Villa nach Alcudia, Pollenca, Palma usw.

Zugänglichkeit: Da es keine Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss gibt, ist die Villa nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet.

In Übereinstimmung mit lokalen Energiesparinitiativen ist die Klimaanlage zeitgesteuert und steht täglich von 18.00 bis 08.00 Uhr zur Verfügung.

Es gibt eine neue Kurtaxe auf Mallorca, die für jede Person in der Villa berechnet wird. Unsere Preise beinhalten diese Steuer und wir zahlen sie in Ihrem Namen direkt an die Steuerabteilung.

Amazing Villa

This is a fabulous villa. It is very spacious, beautiful pool, nice and cool even in 30 degree heat. The location is also excellent. About 10 mins walk to the sandy beach but we hired bikes which meant we could get in to the central harbour area in about 10-15 mins. Definitely recommend!

Perfect family villa

Janet’s villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. 3 generations and we all loved it. Villa very well appointed with everything we needed. Pool and outside particularly nice. Large very clean pool , grass area and great outside bbq area. Two Good local restaurants. Our only negative is the 25 minutes walk into the town area.

Wonderful stay at an amazing villa

We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends at Janet’s villa. The photo’s really don’t do this property justice. 4 large double bedrooms, 3 with en-suite rooms, large lounge and kitchen area. Wonderful outdoor seating area, dining area and pool. The family all loved the pool table and table tennis area - great fun! A bike would be useful to make a dash to the supermarket! Perfect week - thank you Janet.

Relaxing Family Break

We love the resort and wanted to be out of any noise and relax in private. The villa was ideal for us, peaceful and a short walk from the restaurants and beach. The villa is so well prepared with a lovely kitchen, lounge and ensuite bedrooms. The pool table and ping pong was a great distraction for the kids when not in the pool and there is more than enough space for everyone including some personal space for a quiet read. The villa is beautifully decorated and have thought about almost everything, we were not disappointed at all and in fact we hoping to return next year, if not sooner! Highly recommended family hideaway x

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa

Excellent location close to Puerto Pollensa. Very spacious and well appointed. Big swimming pool and a useful outdoor cooking and eating area. Comfortable beds and the air conditioning keeps the house cool however hot it is outside. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of utensils, pots and pans and plates and glasses. The family enjoyed the pool table and table tennis. My grandson loved playing on the lawn.Just perfect

Just perfect!

The villa exceeded our expectations, photos do not do it justice, so spacious and very well equipped. Bedrooms all beautiful especially those that had balconies. We didn’t spend much time indoors as weather was good and either on the comfy sunbeds or in the wondeful pool. Had some great BBQ’s as facilities perfect we loved eating at the outside table & chairs and chatting & drinking on outside sofas. Our 2 year old grandson loved the water and it was great to see him swimming in the big pool! Ate out locally at Can Josep, 5 mins from villa - food & service amazing, and celebrated my husbands 60th at No31 restaurant near the marina - this was exceptional! We definitely hope to return! Thank you Janet, your communication was perfect and for making our celebrations so special - some very great memories made this week.

Amazing

We were a family of 9...4 adults and kids ranging from 14 to 1. This property is just gorgeous and lived up to our expectations. The house and gardens are spot lace and very well maintained. The pool area is perfect, lovely comfy loungers and a gorgeous BBQ area. There is a pebble beach a 5 min walk away which is lovely and the sea is so safe to swim in, there is also a sandy beach a 10 min walk away, which is busier but also lovely. The kids all loved staying in the villa and the flexibility it provided their age ranges.

Lovely villa, well equipped kitchen, excellent varied selection of books, lovely views

The villa was excellent, on the outskirts of the town, nicely furnished, very spacious. Enjoyed the good selection of books, playing table tennis, and lovely views from the upstairs bedrooms. Owner was extremely helpful. My grandchildren loved it too.

Fantastic villa in great location

This is not our first visit to villa Susana! We have stayed here before and loved it so much we keep coming back! The villa is huge, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you could ever need! Any issues or queries are quickly sorted out by Bob and Chris who are very friendly and always on hand! The location is great - just a short walk to the beach! Would recommend to anyone! We can't wait to return next year!! :)

Fantastic villa in fantastic location

We took our whole family (daughter plus husband plus 3 grandchildren, son plus wife plus one grandchild) to Majorca, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa was ideally placed within walking distance of the beach, but to be honest we could not get the grandchildren out of the lovely pool! Would thoroughly recommend it

9 family members including our children and grandchildren.

We can endorse all the other first class reviews for this lovely property. We were 2 Grandparents , 2 children with spouses and 3 grandchildren , ages 14 to 5 year old. we were surprised and delighted by the spacious nature of the whole property, somewhat larger than we were expecting . Superbly equiped and comfortable , so much so that as we were pretty well all there just to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather there was little incentive to rush off to the beach or town all the time . We went out to a few excellent restaurants but had a number of barbecues round the pool . My daughter loved it so much she says she will let her house in England next summer and move to this villa for a few weeks !!! We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to others and will be trying to visit again in the near future.

Fantastic villa

We were thrilled when we went into the villa . All the rooms are very large and it really is the best equipped place we have ever stayed in . The only negative was the downstairs bedroom en suite shower cubicle door needs attention . We used the shower head in the bath so it was ok .The drive gates didn't operate but the street is quiet so not a problem to park on the street . The pool table was very popular and we had lots of fun , and of course the lovely pool . Brilliant villa we would certainly book it again

Villa

The villa was beautiful, lovely bedrooms and comfortable beds. A short walk to the sea and into Llenaire and some very nice bars. We self catered a little and could have done with some bigger kitchen pans to accommodate 10 people, apart from that the villa was very well equipped. We all enjoyed our visit very much.

Fabulous villa, perfect for our whole family holiday!

Everything about Villa Susanna was fantastic! It was spacious, so even with 8 adults and three very young children, we were not at all crowded. It was beautifully furnished and appointed, but not so posh that we couldn't relax and feel at home. We loved that it was in a quiet residential area, but within easy reach of the beach and Puerta Pollensa. Of course, with such a fantastic outdoor space, we 'lived' by the pool, and BBQ'd every night--we didn't visit any restaurants, just the ice cream places! We can't speak highly enough about the villa and would recommend it to anyone!

We are a Scottish family, currently living near London. We have 4 children and love spending time together as a family in our villa.

We have enjoyed many lovely family holidays in our villa. It is in a great location, quiet but near all the many facilities of Port de Pollensa. We love spending time on the safe sandy beaches, strolling down to the port along the beautiful promenade, eating in one of the many restaurants or simply sitting on the villa terrace enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. There are lots of water sports available nearby, sailing, wind surfing etc and a golf course within 10 minutes drive. Walking and cycling are popular during the cooler months. Plenty to do if you are looking for an active holiday.

The villa is set in a great location - mountain views but close to the beach and shops. The airport bus drops off beside the beach, shops and restaurants and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the villa so a car, although recommended, is not essential.
