Das Palms at Seagrove C4 befindet sich im ersten Stock und bietet einfachen Zugang zum Strandspaziergang. Der Komplex ist ein Favorit für Stammgäste Jahr für Jahr und alle Eigentumswohnungen haben ein Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Das sonnige Dekor in C4 ist reizend und es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich und Kojen, die in den Flur für die Kinder eingebaut sind. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge und kühle Golfbrisen von der Terrasse.

Das Palms verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftspool und Grills für nachmittägliche Grillabende. Auf einer privaten Promenade gelangen Sie zum Strand. Die Lage ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es einen asphaltierten Pfad entlang der Linie 30-A, der zum Spazierengehen, Joggen und Radfahren genutzt wird. Bei örtlichen Anbietern können Sie Fahrräder ausleihen.

Property was very clean. Everything I expected. Walk out patio door beach was right there. Bed was comfortable I liked have two bathrooms. Had everything you would ever need. Would stay there again. Close to restaurants and shops.

fun few days with some issues with communication

It's a great spot and lovely condo. My only suggestion is to provide BEACH TOWELS!! It would have been so nice to have a few beach towels to take to the beach. Communication with Benchmark wasn't great. I wrote numerous times asking for an early check in and was ignored. I arrived early with kids and though we could see the room was empty and cleaned, nobody informed us. Took a lot of effort and three hours to get in touch with someone and finally was charged 65 to get in a couple of hours early. Upon our departure we texted to ask for a late check out or even an extra day but nobody responded. Would still book again bit would hope for better communication from benchmark

Spacious family room and bedroom - our kids loved the hallway bunks. The location is the best part - lots of things to walk to (doughnuts, souvenir shop, restaurant) - this first floor condo is located right at the steps to the beach, which is perfect. The view is unbelievable. Great stay! We will definitely book again.

Walk out the back patio and about 20 steps across the grass to the deck walkway down to the white sand beach.Also just a couple of blocks down from the Vacaczyn bike rental shop where we rented bikes; and a bike path right in front of the property that can take you miles along 30A to other scenic areas. Definitely recommend this place! We would absolutely stay here again!

We booked this unit because we decided to come to FL a few days early, we were already booked to stay in C7 (another gorgeous unit we stayed in after C4). This ground level unit made getting to the beach a breeze! Right out the back door. Wonderful updates and kitchen was SO stocked! The location is perfect for renting bikes and riding to Seaside. I have nothing bad to say about this unit or Benchmark Management, they are very responsive and a pleasure to work with! Hats off to the cleaning company was SPOTLESS. We will be back.

Perfect BUT price has sky rocketed!

My husband, daughter, and I absolutely love this unit! It has been our go to the past few seasons, and we assumed we had found our every year place. I noticed the price creeping up months ago along with other 30A properties post 2020 Covid summer. We hoped it would eventually go back down but obviously it’s in demand and people from farther away than us are paying these prices. Since the price has more than doubled since Covid for the same dates, beautiful C4 will no longer be on our go to. It had some renovations done but not enough for us to pay double what we were paying. We’ve decided next season we will take an all-inclusive vacation with flights and food included for less than it will cost us to just rent C4. Love the unit, but the pricing has become a little on the ridiculous side for us.

We love this location

This is our third time staying at The Palms. We love this location, being right on the beach and not too busy. Everything was wonderful and we loved our stay once again. C4 was beautiful too and had everything we needed to make our wonderful.
