Overall, the location and cost of this unit trumps everything. It is very convenient and great for a family of 4 or so. That said, here are few complaints, also noted by others in previous reviews. The locks on two of the four doors don't work. I didn't bother to complain while we were there because I didn't want to deal with it, but make sure you fix those. Most of all, the beds are woefully out of date. The bed downstairs should be a king, and the two queens they do have are very old and sleep like hammocks. The couch is ok, but the rest of the furniture could use updating. Especially the kitchen table and chairs. The kitchen needs more decent breakfast bowls. Not the ****** plastic ones. The fob for the front gate, should you need it, is a very small black oval on the house keys. I don't think this is noted anywhere and caused us an hour of annoyance one night - wondering if would be able to get back in. We didn't have a pool fob or parking pass when we arrived. Information about trash disposal and checking out should be on a sheet in the unit. The free Explorie stuff (golf in particular) is a great deal and add on. Would return.
