Dieses schöne Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich auf der zweiten Etage und ist geschmackvoll mit raffiniertem und tropischem Charme eingerichtet. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, ein Queensize-Gästezimmer und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Haupt- und das Gästebad wurden kürzlich mit wunderschönen, gefliesten ebenerdigen Duschen renoviert. Die offene Küche ist warm und einladend mit neuen Schränken und Arbeitsplatten und ist voll ausgestattet für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse bei der Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten.

Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee bei Sonnenschein auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Beachwood Villas ist ein familienfreundlicher Komplex mit Tennisplätzen, zwei Pools (1 beheizt, je nach Datum und Temperatur), Shuffleboard und einem Spielplatz für Kinder. Dank der günstigen Lage gegenüber einem öffentlichen Strandzugang sind Sie nur einen Katzensprung vom Spaß in der Sonne entfernt!

Willst du raus und erkunden? Mieten Sie ein Fahrrad und genießen Sie den 32 km langen Radweg entlang des Scenic Highway 30A. Seaside ist ungefähr 1,6 km westlich und Grayton Beach etwas weiter westlich. Wenn Sie sich ehrgeiziger fühlen, fahren Sie ungefähr 11 km nach Osten zum Alys Beach oder Rosemary Beach.

Another great Beachwood Villas condo

The condo was well supplied, clean, and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed having the spot to come back to rest after our mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pools. Beachwood Villas continues to be our spot of choice during our summer visits.

Excellent location!

Close to everything Watercolor and Seaside. Swimming pool and tennis courts were great. Unit is a little dated but great value and plenty of room for 6 adults.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay. The space is small but it met the needs for our family of four. My only complaint would be to upgrade the pots and pans. It was difficult to cook in the kitchen with the pans we were provided. Even just a non-stick skillet would go a long way:)

Condiments and Other Kitchen Items

I appreciate the layout of the place and the location. Overall, it suited our needs just fine! Our check-in process was stressful because the person forgot to add an extra night to our reservation and the code didn't work! I am grateful we were not charged for that night because it was definitely a mistake!!! In terms of the kitchen, I like to rent places with kitchens to cook and save money. I was surprised there were no condiments available such as a basic olive oil to cook with and salt and pepper, and even ketchup! Basic condiments would be helpful since we flew in and there is a 3 once maximum, I had to buy oil and find salt and pepper packs to bring home. Likewise, it would be helpful to have a more fully stocked kitchen such as a spatula to cook something basic like eggs!!! I was looking in the drawer for a spatula and large knives were there and I ended up cutting myself slightly because of the placement of the cooking utensils. It would be helpful if there were more order to pots and pans and cooking utensils in the drawer. There were plenty of plates, bowls and cups, just needed the other cooking utensils and basic condiments. I've never stayed in a place that didn't have these so I felt limited in what I could make and how I could prepare it and had to spend extra money and effort to look for and buy these condiments. Thanks for considering this aspects for future guests ease and comfort!!!

One thing to note is that the pool is only heated for the month of March and the week of Thanksgiving...It was a little chilly, but the kids didn’t mind. We would stay here again.

Good condo for money

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First- benchmark was fast at taking care of the issues we had. But the condo was dated and tired. Everything from the duvet covers to the dishes seemed to have been bought at goodwill. We cleaned the main living area upon arrival due to lack of cleanliness. Even the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and the coffee pot was disgusting. We couldn't wait for house keeping to come since we had 3 crawling toddlers. The AC and hot water heater worked great!Again- the location was great but the condo left much to be desired.

Relaxing vacation

The condo was nice, clean comfortable. However, Rent Gear Here was not so great, didn’t leave beach wagon, finally got one a day late, then it was a garden wagon not made for beach, so useless. Left a cheap umbrella instead of the umbrella described in ad. I was supposed to get a discount and refund for their mistake didn’t happen.

Crowded up and own hwy 30A, but very peaceful in the Beachwood Villas complex. 12h gets sun all day, is proportioned well and was clean and well stocked. One (nice) TV in family room, they provide the Roku so you just log into your apps. Does not seem to have cable tv. Short walk to beautiful beach. Friendly area, great (pricey) Publix by Watercolor. We will get bikes next time, pretty long ride to Seaside, but probably best way to travel there is by bike. We would like to return.

Everything was as described and clean! Only issue was the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly but it was fixed the same day I called and reported it. Great management team! Would stay here again!

Great family vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as pictured; unfortunately we failed to notice the lack of tvs in the bedrooms so we were at first let down about that. However as the days went by and we realized how nice it was having family movie nights that became a moot point. The villa was very comfortable for our family of five and the location was excellent walking distance to the beach. The beach (water and sand) were Spectacular. We pretty much had the pools to ourselves and enjoyed grilling out as well. If you’re used to staying in a condo, the villas are a lot smaller but it was not a big deal. We would stay here again.

This location was a beautiful villa just steps away from the beach access. The poop, tennis courts and shuffleboard were an added bonus and our favorite part was getting to ride bicycles, safely, everywhere we went. 5/5 recommend this villa!
