For those of us who are a "certain" age, climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage, supplies, groceries, beach gear, etc., proved too much. My message, using the Hospitality (Benchmark?) app went unanswered. We learned the elevator had been inoperable for some time. Clearly, we would have selected a different property. Also, broken blinds need repairing and the floor is in dire need of a thorough mopping. Maybe the owner should try being their guest in this property and may realize the difficulty.
