Urlaub mit Stil! Dieses großartige zweistöckige Strandhaus befindet sich am wunderschönen Seagrove Beach, nur eine Radtour von der berühmten Küste entlang der Scenic 30A entfernt. Dieses Haus liegt nicht nur nur nur wenige Schritte vom zuckerweißen Sand entfernt, sondern verfügt auch über einen großen, einladenden, beheizten Pool.

Die fröhliche erste Ebene verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer sowie einen gemütlichen Treffpunkt und eine Bartresen. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein hübsch angelegter Garten mit Platz zum Spielen für die Kleinen. Eine offene Holztreppe verbindet die erste und zweite Etage.

Die zweite Ebene verfügt über eine übergroße Küche mit einer gebogenen Granitbar, einem Wohn- und Essbereich und dem Hauptschlafzimmer. Zweite Ebene auf der einen Seite hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und auf der Vorderseite können Sie mit einem kalten Getränk auf der riesigen Veranda entspannen, die einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf gibt. WiFi-Internetzugang, 6 Flachbildfernseher, HD-Kabel.

Well maintained home in a high end area with very close beach access. The pool was perfect size and temp. Comfy beds, nice showers, well managed property that I would stay at again!

Excellent location and pool!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 6 adults and had plenty of space to be alone or together. The beach access was just 3 houses away! We have visited this area several times in the past and Ethridge House was by far the best location yet! The pool was large and nice! The house was clean and appeared to be recently painted/updated. Master bed & bath was large and comfortable. You will need to bring a hair dryer. Other beds were nice also. Kitchen was well stocked with all of your needs for a large group. Coffee pot and Keurig were available. Downstairs had a living room, wet bar area with a mini fridge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and outdoor access. Upstairs had kitchen, master bed/bath, living, dining, and 1/2 bath with a beautiful balcony with an ocean view! We could sit out and watch the dolphins with our morning coffee! Manager was quick to address that the ice maker wasn’t working and sent out a technician who gave us a countertop ice machine that worked great! Also, the starter on the grill didn’t work, and we made them aware of it. They said they would have to get a new one. We didn’t use it, but could have just used a lighter to start it ourselves. The outside shower wasn’t working, but again, we didn’t use it, so no big deal. We made the management company aware and they were looking into it. We just rinsed at the shower at the beach access before coming back to the house. They had lawn service 1 day from 7am-1pm. It was inconvenient and would have been nice to have a heads up. Highway 30A backs right up to the backyard so it can be noisy when you are in the pool, but we were prepared for this. There is a 4ft. Hedge that surrounds the yard for privacy. Check in and check out was simple and easy! We will definitely consider Ethridge House again for future visits! Being that close to the beach was AMAZING! (Just a note, if you have issues with stairs, the beach access has 3 flights of 15 steps to get to the beach.)

We arrived in town at 2:30pm, the house was cleaned and empty, and Benchmark would not let us get inside until 4:00pm on the dot. It’s just disappointing that they couldn’t work with us since the house was cleaned and ready to go.

The new Gas Weber grill at pool was a hit. The kitchen was well equipped. The ocean view from the top porch was spectacular. The walk to public access steps to beach was 2 houses over on frontal road. The beach was not crowded in this area and was family friendly. We will use this house again.

Nice and clean, great location
The house might be a little outdated with the style, but new master bathroom upstairs was great. Also the location is awesome and the pool is nice and heated. However we couldnt use the pool for 3 days as it was full of stuff from a storm and nobody came to clean it until Wednesay. We also had no electricity when we got there but this was solved quickly. The people at benchemark were nice to talk to and helpful and they would always pick up right away, no waiting. Overalt we were happy with they house and had a great time. Easy, quick walk to the beach as well!

Empty water bottles and food wrappers underneath bed and littered pool patio. Refrigerators were frozen and had to be defrosted over night. We made the best of trip as we invested 12 hour drive but sadly disappointed.

Great location
We really enjoyed the location of this house; close to Seaside and to the beach! The pool was awesome! I was a little disappointed in the house itself. It could definitely use some updates. The carpet in he bedrooms and the tile flooring in the bathrooms have seen better day. For the price, I expected a little nicer interior.
