The property we finally booked ON OUR OWN without your help was as advertised.
You WERE NOT. After being cancelled last minute by one of your clients, YOU rebooked US into a lesser quality location that again was already filled. The owner of the second location caught this, your staff did not! On our third go around, NO manager wanted to speak to US. We were promised multiple phone calls backs multiple times (3) from the ever elusive manager. “My manager will get back to you in a couple of minutes.” Code words for “You’re screwed and we can’t and will not help you. Wait on hold for an hour, get disgusted, and hang up!” We found a place ON OUR OWN and will NEVER be using your “service,” which is an oxymoron in itself, again.
The anguish and frustration placed upon our family when our reservation made in March was cancelled by your client 72 hours prior was unwarranted. This was going to be our last family vacation before our family went off to college and career and the ineptitude and unwillingness of your staff to correct your own mistakes (booking #2), caused unneeded angst for my family and shows you simply DO NOT care about your customer. Have no fear, we are relating our horrendous experience with your company far and wide.
