The centre of Saint-François, with shops and restaurants, is approximately 1 km away, and the nearest beach is about 1.5 km away.

The 230m² villa is spread over 2 levels:

The lower level includes:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and Queen Size beds (160X200), including 1 bedroom with a sofa bed for additional sleeping for 2 people
- A large living area with a lounge space and dining area

The upper level includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom and Queen Size beds (160X200), including 1 bedroom with a sofa bed for additional sleeping for 2 people and another with 2 pull-out beds for additional sleeping for other people.

Despite the large surface area of the villa, you will spend most of your time by the large pool (11X5m, secured by a barrier) and under the carbet where you will find a kitchen with an American bar as well as table and chairs for your meals.

To perfect your tan, you will also appreciate the numerous sunbeds by the pool!

Note: Given the size of the villa, and the available additional sleeping arrangements, the villa can accommodate up to 16 people with a supplement for each additional sleeping space above 10 people.
